I was sent here because they had the part that I needed. The lady wouldn't let me use my military discount. Instead, she signed me up for AutoZone rewards. She just asked me to put in my information without telling me what I was signing up for. Never applied my military discount.

The manager Michelle and one of the other associates were rude and nasty. My son purchased a item from the Veterans location. The item had a malfunction which wasn t our fault. She told my son and I that she couldn t refund the item( even though we had the receipt)and to go back to the location where we brought it. I called three other local stores and they said that wasn t true. I called her and informed her and she said that she didn t know. She didn t apologize or anything. Thank you to the manager at the Veterans location for being professional.

Was in town visiting mom. Needed to head out asap, but my remote was malfunctioning. Dealership was closing in 30 minutes. Took my chance with AutoZone (Chef Hwy) around 2 something on 11/13...I chose the right place, right time. Young man Chris K was awesome. The remote was very challenging to open and close. He got the work done!! Additionally, he was very nice and professional..a rarity in young adults today. The manager on staff Michelle, whom I happened to observe was super fast and efficient!!! You could tell that she loves her job, and respects her crew. Thanks AutoZone!!! Btw, I called to be sure to confirm the names of the two individuals this morning 11/14 at 8AM, the supposed manager whom didn't identify himself until the end of the call asked me to describe them??? How foolish.. could he not have looked at the schedule for that particular time frame? or once I provided the names confirmed them? On any account I give credit where credit is due....THANKS!

Counter people were extremely rude, felt like they did not want to work that day but were rude too. Had a lot of things the guy just stated at me struggling then after paying for everything he informs me of useful Information that would have only helped if he had told me before I paid but hey.

Very nice... if something is really pricy inside the store yet cheap on say Amazon etc some of them will say so. it helped me save some $ in today's freaky inflation so that's a plus. I went for the light bulb in my Mercedes.

They offer curbside pickup in the online ordering app. You pay up front, with credit or debit card, but when you go down there to get your merchandise, they tell you you have to go inside to sign something, which kind of defeats the PURPOSE for curbside pickup, DOESN'T it??

I gave one star as zero wasn't an option. Cashier flat out chose to skip me at the checkout. Fortunately, the customer behind me, a man of color, refused to play along and wouldn't checkout ahead of me. This is a sad statement since I have worked with this business previously, investigating burglaries, robberies, and thefts. Guess my pale skin was more difficult to see when covered with a uniform.

Person would not sell me a battery because the computer told him it was the wrong kind for my truck. My truck is custom made so the computer would not be able to tell what kind I needed. He was very rude and I haven't been back sense. That was over a year ago. I was a vary good customer to Auto Zone.

Management and Staff are Highly Skilled! I Thank Ms. Lisa for The Phenomenal Staff she has. I was experiencing an issue with my car, In Reference to its Body Paint, That was hard to describe. I phoned Auto Zone @ 9332 Chef Menteur Hwy. Keith answered and in struggling to describe the issue at hand; Keith, with his Extraordinary Professional Intelligence; Stated, "I understand Exactly, What you're describing." In that Very Moment Keith, Being The Skilled Professional, That he is; Broke it down, Whereas, I was able to Completely understand the issue I endured, In Full Capacity!!! What "Front Runners"; Though We All Know, "OUR HEAVENLY FATHER", IS "THE #1 FRONT RUNNER"!!!!! AMEN!!!!!

LAZY EMPLOYEES! The sales associate spent more time telling me about how he was almost car jacked the other night than he did actually discussing my car issue and helping me find the products that I needed. I'm never pleased with stores whose employees are lazy, unprofessional and treat the store like their personal living room and the customer is interrupting their leisure time.

Man if you don't know who he is you should know the best person in New Orleans to give you advice on the parts you need I went to get a belt to bypass the power steering pump Mr. Phil got it right the first time, awesome I mark my spots for how short I needed it he went back on the first try and came out with the exact fit amazing he's great I I think they sent him to stores to make them better they need more of him Mr. Phil. To be honest I used to work for AutoZone and Mr Phil actually helped me get my first ASC certification in diagnosing vehicles great guy AutoZone needs to give him a raise him and the guy on lapalco Derek awesome

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They only auto parts store in the area who carried the part I needed at the last minute while doing suspension work on my vehicle. The store is very well kept, clean, and organized which make it easily navigable. The prices seem fair for most parts, accessories, fluids, solvents, etc. Beats out all other Auto Zone stores I've visited in the area hands down.

I normally don't go to this location but had to because they had what I needed. But I guess I didn't have what one of the managers Calvin wanted. Which was a vergina. I been waiting for his assistance but once a female came in he stopped helping me and started helping her and went out to her car then came back in got two bottles of oil then went back outside. He the came in again and another lady came in and he did the same with her. I thought they were supposed to help the customers in the store first. Between him with the females and his phone I guess my business was not important. I used to send $5000 a month at Auto Zone but this is one of the reasons I stopped. I really hope the CEO read this and fix it!

I called AutoZone before arriving there. The part was in stock, the customer care person very kind and patient, used a machine 2 see what the problem was. I was very pleased with the response and information I received from the Young male staff. Thanks 4 being a great help.

The Best AutoZone the Men and Women there Love what they do! They are so knowledgeable and wonderful! The Man who is the Manager is the Best! Also The Vietnamese Man will have you laughing down he is Hilarious!

Was on hold for 5 minutes them himg up and called back and was put on hold AGAIN! then had my buddy call from different phone and the lady gave him the quote right away while I was still on HOLD! Then they proceded to hang up on me!!

Pitiful order 2 parts on 2 different occasions with word from the guy and lady i ordered from that they would call me when it came ... pf course they didnt call and when i called to check on it i was told that its been here for days now ...smh
