I'd give less than a star if I could. The best thing about this location was the woman working security... At least she was kind and respectful. I stated that I was in a rush to get wipers in the middle of a storm for my girl who is a nurse and had to get to work asap. The storm came out of nowhere, so it was a last minute emergency. It took forever for the post gentleman to look up the part for me which was meant to save time, but I ended up being told the wrong parts. Suffice it to say, I had to look the parts up for myself on their website because the man refused to admit it was the wrong part. I got the CORRECT blades MYSELF and checked out. When I asked for help to install the blades in order to cut time with avoiding the guessing game, help was refused due to the man continuously claiming they were the wrong blades. Once again, I managed on my own BECAUSE THEY WERE THE CORRECT BLADES AFTER ALL... What a shocker! Attitudes, pride, and ego REALLY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED, and not just here... EVERYWHERE! Our car battery warning light came on . We drove to AutoZone . It was determined we had a charging battery issue, such as we needed probably a new battery. Without such, other internal and external features of our car could be effected. The employee at AutoZone was very kindred in helping us ladies on a weekend since our usual service provider, Toyota, the dealership was closed. Again, thank you AutoZone for being a compassionate service provider in New Orleans East .

Tech Lady did a diagnostic check on my truck. Called my mechanic, he came out next day and fixed it. Tech Lady was spot on! Establishment was well organized, employees helpful and wait was only a couple minutes. Thank you for excellent service!

Don t waste your time ordering to pick up from here. The older man working is lazy as can be and will throw anything in a Woman s bag: Always check your items before leaving the store, ladies especially!

I normally don't go to the store at night. But I had long drive today so I said I'll go later. Pulls up at Autozone on Morrison at exactly 830pm. Guess what they close. Mind you the whole staff still in the store. They need to change the sign to we close between 830 and 9pm at our discretion. So I went to the one on Chef. Glad they were still open. I just wanted to change my oil b4 morning

Excellent customer service. I stopped there today and got great help. There is a employee by the name of Justin H who was absolutely exceptional. I just want to make sure the people who do excellent work get a chance to be acknowledged.

I wish it would give me the option for 0 stars. My husband ordered a part for his truck over a month ago we have called several times and was told they could not track the order which I find to be completely ridiculous. Spoke with a manager was told she will follow up with us in 10 days it has now been 13 days so we called back AGAIN and was told the part had to be ordered 3 times. My husband now has to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund which is a huge inconvenience we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere

Good selection of merchandise in store with unlimited on-line access to parts. I hung out at this location while waiting for a ride and I was really impressed with the time the employees on duty spent with the customers helping them with their service problems. I believe them to be a local asset to the community, helping individuals with problems they can fix themselves. The staff was very helpful to women also.Merchandise selection good, advice, help, and parts search-priceless.

The young kid at the store was not very knowledgeable on how to use the equipment we needed an alternator check to see why the battery light was on

The two Ladies the short one who I think is a manager and the Spanish one Goes above and beyond! I can say they have the best customer service I definitely Refer! They make you want to come back !

I bought some windshield wipers and the guy came right out and put them on my car. The staff is well informed and very helpful. I just love the fact that you can go to a place and test your batteries and buy parts at a reasonable price.

I was in a jam, purchased a battery on the westbank expwy it was the wrong one.. My car stopped on me. Called AAA to get a jump the guy who came out said it was the wrong size battery.. I took that battery to Autozone on Morrison which I should have done in the first place Huey I think thats his name fixed everything without a problem! Thanks so much

Good assistance the people know most of them anyway know the exact part you need when you tell him some of them have problems if we find in the parts but I don't know if whether they still in training or not but always lights AutoZone for the convenience and the prices of the right and everything

Went to this store about 7:00pm and they where no longer taking returns...ok. I asked to get my battery tested and the guy came out to do so, then the manager came out twice asking what was going on as if I was planning something criminal! Take your business elsewhere!
