Came in with a dead battery with a post fused to the bracket. Mr. Rollo was amazing. Super patient and helpful in changing it out. The whole staff was as well. Highly recommend!

Came in asked about a part I spoke with over the phone with someone who stated that they had it and would pilot it on hold for me. I came in stood in the non existant line because the employees that were not helping customers were talking to each other so much so they couldn't greet customers coming in. So after Two minutes of being in the non existent line I got called by the assistant manager. I told her the above she then began to tell me how It would be a problem.for her employees if they had taken the stuff out that I wanted because customers call in all day wanting stuff they never come get l, my fault I thought I was coming to get merchandise not get lectured on how you ready to pencil whip your employees because your drunk with power. She proceeded to get my box then I paid when I looked up she had begun talking to another employee about another matter so I guessed we were finished and I walked out. I hoped a new store meant new attitudes but I guess not

I had a front light out and I went there. To my surprise the was a worker named navelles he was very courteous and helpful. He never rushed me he was knowledgeable of the task and I felt so confident as we changed the light out. He deserves a raise

The lady at the register Tatyana was great from the start. Remember the fact that I called just minutes earlier, without telling her who I was. Awesome hospitality during the whole process. Even though I had to bring everything back she helped me very well. She deserve a raise.

I visited AutoZone Auto Parts locate at 3071 Gentilly Blvd. I received excellent customer. I asked to speak to the Manager. I made him aware of excellent customer service I received from one of his employee. He was young guy and he knew the products. This is a plus to have knowledgeable staff who provided excellent customer service.

Frustrating...went in needing a grommet for a fuel injector. Found a sp Sorensen part in stock at the store according to the autozone website. At the counter told the rep exact Part number needed. With an irritated look, told its on Aisle 6. Look up and down aisle six, all Dorman parts...back to the counter, explain whatI needed, gp Sorenson, rep, we only Cary Dorman....you have to order that online. Showed rep on phone its in stocks. Again, irritated look. Another team member looks at part # and states it's with fuel injection on the wall. Team members gets it, I pay and on my way. One team member helpful and i just frustrating. My voice never raised and I was kind all the way till the end. I value learning something new if possible, working on vehicles for over 20 years, have learned so much from old timers at a parts counter by listening, guess that's the old ways now

Do NOT shop here. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I purchases close to $500 in parts trying to fix my truck. Found out it was a distributor and purchased one. Fixed my truck and tried to return the unused parts the next day, with receipts and under warranty. The female manager with blue finger nails refused to refund any of it, for any amount or store credit. The young males employees were very friendly and helpful. Former Parts sales Manger store 4494 east hartford CT.

Great experience. The store manager Keon dropped what she was doing to help get my truck back to proper running condition. She got down and dirty to do the deed and kept a GREAT and positive attitude the whole time. A true asset.

The most horrible AutoZone in the United States of the district of Columbia it does not make any sense because of the area you're in to treat people the way the customers treat you you should not allow the customers to control your actions towards other customers it's not fair to paying customers to believe he or she is attempting some type of fraud not everyone is fraudulent and the false information that is being given from the employees is the most disrespectful thing I've ever encountered, first one I can't get my money back because I installed the part that actually failed the mechanic shop installed their own part told me, bring the part back get my money back not sure the policy but I have before second commercial is closed wow I'm a commercial customer I travel all 48 states never been told commercial is closed not even on a Sunday there are 24/7 AutoZone in some states really not understanding someone please help me with some clarification only in the New Orleans area something has to be done I always advise my customers to use AutoZone I don't think it's going to be such a good idea anymore, I'm going to miss AutoZone. WOW seriously real live in living color (tell_lie_vision) no need to watch TV anymore just go to AutoZone in gentilly amazing you won't be disappointed if you're looking for a show

Stood in line for 15 minutes just to discover they don't carry rear windshield wipers for a 2017 Kia Sorento?? Didn't feel like the guy that helped me knew what he was doing

Staff are very helpful and pleasant to be with any questions that you may need to know about your vehicle or what to do to solve a problem you're having with your vehicle they seem to be always ready to help you and if they are unable to help you they will show you a way or a person to ask that may be able to do what they can't in that store

The "check engine light" came on. I brought the car over here and they let me use their code scanner to see what the problem was and then they printed out which part I needed. All free. You have to give them your ID to "check out" the scanner they used to do it for you but with the coronavirus they just let you do it yourself. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of five is 'cause they don't fix the car for you too!

My battery died just before going to wedding. I got my truck jumped and to Auto Zone. They had my battery replaced in 10 minutes. I was able to make the reception. Thank you AutoZone for the quick service.

I think I bought a master cylinder? I informed a sales associate that I was in the market for a particular "auto part". To their credit - they asked me a series of rather pointed questions about my specific automobile. I can only assume this was to verify that I did, in fact, own an automobile and was not simply going around, buying auto parts for some nefarious purpose. I still use my brakes to this very day.

Always helpful and they make auto part purchases simple. My mechanic at Dirty Girl's Mobile Mechanic always uses them to when he's on the way to do a repair or routine maintenance.
