I went in to buy a battery for my key fob. Not exactly brain surgery. I didn t know where they were so I asked the young woman at the counter. She said I had to open my fob myself. I asked if there was a screw driver I could borrow. She said AutoZone don t do that no more. I asked again where the key fob batteries were. She then did point to where they were under the counter and said mockingly you can buy anyone you want. I then asked her why she would recommend buying a random one, and that it was not helpful at all. So ignoring her wisdom, I found the number for the battery online and she walked away from the counter. Another woman holding a baby was standing nearby but NOT behind the counter. Eventually she recognized that I was a paying customer and rung up my purchase. Great job, corporate America!

Three times I've been kicked out of here for no good reason. #1 I was taking too long to shop #2 accused of stealing when I wasn't #3 accused of stealing again when I brought my windshield wiper in with me to get correct length. Yeah I'm stealing one used wiper come on. Really I think I might look like someone else because I went to the dollar store across the street and wasn't allowed in and I rarely go to that location and definitely have never done anything to get kicked out. Anyways back to AutoZone, I'd recommend the Airbi location the people working here have auto repair experience not just a cashier like Elysian Fields location

I've never had an issue with this location, everyone is attentive and they do their job. Nam, on the other hand, went way above and beyond. He helped me with my car battery. My car was at my house, he watched me walk in with my 2 year old and her car seat. He sold me the battery, was sweet to my daughter, helped me get the new battery into the uber, and he helped in every way I needed assistance. Very kind and professional

If you're ever stranded or need just anything basic... don't waste your time. They aren't prepared for customers with the basic normal things that Autozone prides themselves to have. Definitely I wish I could give them zero stars because even the customer service sucks.

The lady that helped me get all my car parts at one time was real patient and did keep her composure after I asked her for multiple items. She was real cool and didn t mind taking them time out to help me!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY STORE. EMPLOYEE SUGGESTED I go to Lowe's or Home Depot for a part listed & previously purchased at OTHER AUTOZONE STORES.NOT because this employee is a WOMAN, but because She does NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Auto parts to perform Competently..The CHALMETTE STORE HAD IT IN STOCK JUST 10 MINS LATER.

Tyrek helped us so kindly replacing a smoking battery, even as his shift was ending. So grateful to this young man. Please do visit this location for genuine community auto care.

It s what you expect but could have more parts. The staff is very friendly and my wife loves this location because they help her check her engine light. This is a great place to buy quality flashlights and the service is wonderful, especially the female manager. I would give 5 stars except they are out of a lot of parts

The service and attitude of the staff here is horrible. I had a problem receiving my reward worth $20 while I was purchasing parts with no help from the staff all while they had a nasty attitude. Then I called multiple times and was purposely left on hold. I will be contacting corporate and leaving a complaint.

Went in for wiper blades. Only one girl was working the register at 1st. Another guys was helping with a battery and finally a different guy came to the register. I told him i needed wiper blades and he looked in the computer, told me the size and pointed where to get the. No assistance or anything. I went to pay and the lady just told me the total as she continued her conversation with someone else. I didn't find it very welcoming or professional but at least i didn't have to stay too long and they had my part, even though i had no one to ask for advice on the best product!.

I thought you give them your phone number so they can pull up your purchase history. Went to return an item but lost the receipt and they wouldnt take the item back.

The store is easily seen from the street by drivers. There is adequate parking. The store was well stocked and counter clerks were courteous and knowledgeable. A return was handled with no problems.

This is the worst store/customer service that I've ever experienced!.. the employees are rude as hell. I brought my batteries in twice to be charged and both times were lied to about it making my trip out of town delayed! If there were something closer I'd NEVER GO BACK TO AUTOZONE AGAIN

I got a set of headlight for Christmas for my Mercedes Benz but I was in the process of selling my Mercedes Benz. So I brought the headlights back to AutoZone to swap them out for some seat covers and floor mats but the Chinese guy working there was about to swap it all out but he seen a crack in the PLASTIC case and said he couldn't exchange them because they were used!! NEVER USED THEM!!! ID ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER GO TO THAT STORE BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

The customer service is always excellent they go the extra mile. It was dark outside and I tried to get my headlight assembly out of my car and was unable do it. Went in and spoke to Nam and he helped me. I am so grateful.

This AutoZone has been trash since I was younger. Today's bad experience was, I asked an employee a question and he didn't know how to help me meaning he's new and hasn't been trained. I thought you're supposed to be trained before you start to work. That's not the bad part, he asked the guy who seemed to be working there longer and instead of him helping me he just told him to look it up on the computer. Smh. The guy still couldn't help me and then finally after seeing the new employee struggle the other guy came to help! Worst AutoZone ever!

The staff is friendly but stoned. Seriously. A couple of the people know what they are talking about but much of the staff is high on pot. I don't have a problem with this in theory but in practice it means the staff is forgetful. Go some place else if you need anything besides the most basic supplies.

They had no idea what parts were needed & management was extremely slow to help rectify the situations. I gave 1 star only because I can't give less.

This place has everything you need. The staff will help you out. But, remember your manners! The secret of getting onto New Orleans is being kind. Every man a king!

This autozone is in a bad location as far as getting in and out of their parking lot. The store is located at a very busy intersection so I reccomend bring your patience with you if you have to shop here. Now onto the store, the employees are very rushed and are not very knowledgeable about the products. In addition, the cashiers are typically rude. I only recommend this place if it's in your neighborhood otherwise there are plenty of other Autozone's out there that are easier to get to and with better customer service.

Horrible service really shady people hanging around and the most undereducated staff I have ever experienced in a auto parts store. The little asian man working the counter said no to every question he was asked. When I asked him for a timing light he asked me where it was then I pointed directly behind him and he grabbed it asking me how much it cost plus I was looking for a degree wheel wich he promptly told me he had none but I had found one hanging on his shelf never go there unless it's an emergency!!! Or you want to buy crack..
