Everybody was so nice and polite I didn t wanna leave I needed my battery changed and Aaron came out n did a awesome job really helped me out I thought I wasn t gonna be able to get home but he saved the day thanks AARON u the best for real for real .

Aaron was a great service and an asset to your establishment. Performed a battery exchange and install with a smile and fast service. Wayneisha was great and worked quickly yet diligently with a full store of customers. This is my new home for auto parts. Aaron and Wayneisha deserved a raise.

Worked with Aaron today. He was a tremendous help. He got me the right battery right away, was very quick, attentive, and cordial. He installed the battery and everything and did so super fast. I ll definitely be coming back to this particular auto zone and referring family specifically to come to this auto zone for all future purchases.

Aaron is the best he helped me put my headlight in my car. He got the job done with no complaints even though it was hard to unscrew. He answered all my questions and concerns and overall gave great customer service. I will definitely go back to this location.

Fantastic customer service! I was in a bind with a battery issue during holiday travel, and the manager and staff went above and beyond to help with what I needed to be back up and running quickly. Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous all around. I would highly recommend this AutoZone location if you are in the New Orleans area or visiting, and need any help with your vehicle.

Earlier today I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Aaron J at the AutoZone on N. Board St. in New Orleans. My car battery had given up on me, and it was 95-degree weather not an ideal situation by any means.From the moment I walked in, Aaron was courteous, immediately addressing my concerns. He didn't just change my battery; he also took the time to educate me about battery maintenance, all while moving quickly and efficiently. His attention to detail was second to none, making sure everything was properly installed and secure.In blistering heat, it would have been easy for anyone to cut corners, but Aaron went the extra mile to ensure my car was in top shape before I left. His service was not just a transaction but an experience that I truly appreciated.I can't thank Aaron enough for his outstanding customer service. Came here at 9:15 pm after getting turned away from a different Auto Zone. Cynthia and Wayneisha were incredible, knowledgeable and understanding, and will never turn anyone away before closing.
