I had a nail in my tire and went to Al & Al s. Service was so quick and easy. Took less than 10-15 mins. Cost $17 for my patch and they took care of everything. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Al & Al s!

In all my years of driving hoopties I have never looked forward to going in for a repair but at Al and Al s the family is so friendly and professional that they make the whole experience something that leaves me smiling. I love Al and Al s, they are the best!

Amazing service done in a fast and speedy manner. Had an inconvenient nail in our tire and needed a quick patch. Called around to a few other places and they we re averaging between 5 hours - next day, to pick the truck back up even for just a simple routine flat tire. Not only did these guys fix it within 20 mins, they also did it for less than half the cost it was at the other places. Them : $17. Other places average: $55. These guys were fast, knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service. Definitely pleased all around with the service work and quality they have done. If you ever get a nail in your tire, you better hope it s within distance of this shop.

Realized we had a flat at 4! Someone recommended Al & Al. They were able to get us in fast before the end of the day! Super nice!!! SO grateful!

I always bring my vehicles here when I have tire problems. Great, fast service and only $17 for a patch job. I usually pull up and pull off within 10 minutes.

This is probably the best tire shop I ve ever been to in my entire life. The service is always under 20 minutes, they are so friendly. I ve been 4 times in the last 2 years and I ve gotten fantastic service every time. Recently I went to get my tire replaced, as I thought the patch had already worn out. But they found that I had another nail in it, and I didn t need a new tire. The kind woman working inside told me she didn t want me spending all that money on a new tire if I didn t need it. Now that s exceptional service. They will have my business as long as I live in New Orleans.

I will go out of my way to come here for my tire needs (which are many on these NOLA streets). They are straightforward, efficient, and always have the best price. I've never had to wait longer than half an hour, and that was when they had to go out and get the tire I needed. I recommend them to everyone!

Firestone told me it would be 35 bucks and a potential 7 hour wait LMFAO.These dudes fixed everything in like 15 min for 17 big ones. Pic is about 45 seconds after I pulled up.

Had an egg in my tire and I called AL and AL..amazing fast service..those men are very professional and friendly..will be going back tomorrow to get my passenger side tire down..HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I love these guys! They are always fast and reasonable to fix a flat. Bring cash, although they do have an ATM - charges an extra 2.50, but we were out in 15 minutes, they were super friendly and helpful. Less than $20 including the ATM fee!!! This is my second time here and is my go to for tire needs on the construction roads of New Orleans!

We went to Firestone and they couldn t patch my tire (there was a nail in it) because it was on the curved edge of the tire. They suggested Al & Al. I pulled up they were about to close and stayed open late to patch my tire. It was super quick and affordable. I m so grateful! I thought I was going to have to buy a new tire (my car & tires are only 3 months old). Thanks Al & Al!!!! Will be back!!

I found this place accidentally when I was in needed of a new tire. The guys in this place were amazing: honest and knowledgeable. They have good prices, quality items and the work was done quickly. I will be coming back when I will need to change all of my tires. One of a few places where I was not treated like a stupid blond.

My rental car had a puncture and I was sent here by another shop that didn't want the job. These guys found the puncture, plugged it, filled the tire, and paid all within about 3 minutes. Amazing!

I love this place! Drive up. Stay in your car. They fix your tire. Fast service. Really friendly. It's a win win. They only take cash but there's an ATM inside if you need it.

I've always gotten great service at Al's. Usually, I go there if me or my wife needs a tire repaired. But today I purchased a full set for my 2013 Silverado. Great price and as always great service. However, I wish they accepted plastic.

Im visiting New Orleans for new years and I wasn t expecting my tire to go flat. When I reached out to them, they told me a more than reasonable price and came at an instant despite all the difficulties that came from my car being in a parking garage. When he examined my tire, he told me that I didn t need a new one, but that my stem valve was broken. He could have sold me a tire and not have told me the truth. I m from Atlanta so I was shocked at the honesty and the good business I received. After changing my tire, we went to get cash for him, but we couldn t find him. We kept calling and calling. And he just sent us a text saying happy new years . I called him begging to just send the money to him. He came out and was so helpful for such a fair price and did all of that work. And then he told me something that stuck with my friends and I. Money is not everything . Yes this is a business, but not one that is looking to make a profit from other misfortunes. I felt blessed today. Thank you guys for everything. Have an amazing year.

Amazing service. Had my car jacked up in less than 30 seconds of being there. Staff was warm and inviting, which made a stressful morning much better. They were able to take me in and patch my tire when Firestone was booked to the next day. Service was quick. In and out in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Had to stop to review the amazing service I just recently received from Al & Al: I popped in to have a tire plugged in a wild rainstorm. The 2 gentlemen that helped were super nice and didn t even hesitate to work in the pouring rain. They were quick, efficient and oh so kind. I highly recommend if you need your tire plugged on the fly!

Al and his team are ON IT ! Pulled up and they had my tire off and found the leak in 2-3 minutes. Parched and back in the road within 10-15 minutes. I will be back when necessary.

My tire needed an emergency patch after running over a lug nut. The first place I went to fix my tire was Firestone, but they were so busy that they weren't able to fit me in. A Firestone employee recommended that I bring my car to Al & Al s. As soon as I pulled into Al & Al s they got to work like a Nascar pit-crew. I couldn't believe how fast they got to work and how fast they were able to patch my tire. This guys at this shop literally saved our day!
