If there was a negative star I'd rate it this. On yesterday, on way home from work, needed steering wheel fluid for my Black Maxima. Pulled into parking lot, entered store, 4 males were in store, FOUR! I asked for and was about to purchase, asked if an employee could put in car. I was told, "No. We don't do that." There were no customers in store. I called my husband from his job to apply for me. The absolute worst customer service, was nothing compared to common courtesy, and pure manhood. I will NEVER give my business to this company, and will post on my social media as well. Craziest thing is this only took 5-7 minutes!!!! 4 MALES!!! Sad and pitiful. I'd just come from a recording with HBO, unreal how accurate this experience proved my point. Company's just don't care. Absolutely nothing good to report, and those employees weren't doing ANYTHING. One was fake plucking on computer. Silver lining, I avoided the $10.00 tip I was going to give.

Bought a pair of wipers for my Nissan SUV. I was getting my windshield replaced the next day and rather than pay almost 80 bucks to Safelite for something I know takes two seconds and does NOT cost 80 bucks, I purchased them there. Well, Safelite did not install them correctly and on the way to work this morning, the drivers side one broke and almost flew off of my car. I called the tech that installed my window and got the old, "well, since they didn't come from us we can't guarantee them" runaround. Drove straight to Advanced and Steve came out and told what they did wrong and fixed it immediately. Thank you Steve.

The name ADVANCE AUTO PART IS A GOOD NAME FOR THIS AUTO PART STORE I BEEN GOING TO OTHER TWO AUTO PARTS STORE FOR YEARS AND ALL WAYS GETA 2 year warranty most of the warranty expires two months after the warranty expired date so for the first time I try advance auto parts store and my part seen to last more than two year so. The name is fitting for their part Advanced part will kept your car running for years to come NOW ADVANCE IS MY AUTO PART STORE BUT THERE EMPLOYEES IS VERY GOOD IN KNOWING WHAT U NEED TO DO THE JOB THANK ADVANCE MY GOD BLESS YOUR BUSINESS.

I was in town helping my son with a car repair. He sent me to Advanced Auto to pick up the part he had pre-ordered. When I arrived I was able to get a parking spot with little trouble. The part was ready at the counter. The fellow that helped me was very interested in the car and very knowledgeable about it.

Came here after going to the Autozone about a mile and a half away. I paid $253 for a battery there and the associates wouldn't help me change the battery or even take it to my vehicle, so I immediately returned it and came here. Night and day difference in customer service. Steve was at the counter and super friendly as soon as I walked through the door. The exact same battery was $20 cheaper and Steve even let me watch him replace the battery since I'd never done it before and wanted to be able to do it next time- just in case I had another Auto Zone situation on my hands since I travel so often. I 100% recommend this shop and will come back if I need car stuff again while in Nola. Thanks Steve!

Helpful staff, though I needed a new battery but the put it on the charger and charge it for me so I didn't need a new one. Thanks

I'm a man, we love stores with tools and moving parts lol... But really, I've dealt with auto zone, O'Reilly, and advance for several years before settling in with Advance and don't have a moments regret. I've never walked in an Advance and had to wait on someone to finish texting before asking what I need. Plenty of knowledge and even help in the building.. And if they don't have the part they will tell you which store has it or can have it there for you the next morning...

I Have Been Working For Advance Auto For 18 + Years Came Home For A Funeral Service This Weekend,I Sent My Daughter To Get A Battery For My Car To Head Back To Atlanta,So Came To The BroadSt Location And Used My Information And A Team Member Told Her That I Need To Be There With Her REALLY!!!! I'm Sick And My Child Couldn't Come Pick Up My Battery,Not Understanding The Team Member Was Truly Rude To Her .We All Work For One Company If I Was Treated Like As A Employee I Understand What A Customer Would Go Through.A Disappointed Team Member With 18+ Years Of Services

yesterday 6th of june morning i come the store to buy diffrent parts for my car and they told me some of the parts no in stock so they promise if i pay the parts will be ready to pick up for today 7th of june @ 7:30 am, i agree and paid $1132 , since 7:30 Am i am here my parts is not here , it's not fare they disappointing me now its 12:40 pm .

I ended up here after auto zone didn t have what I needed and to be honest this place didn t either BUT the man helping me came out and spent so much time with me trying to figure out my issue and i didn t even end up buying anything. This will be my go-to for auto parts stores now for sure. Excellent customer service received fromEveryone working there today! Update: still here. Mr. Greg is like an auto angel and is helping me get the part I need.

Chris is awesome. Brought my car by to get a filter and said it was driving rough so he helped me figure out it was a calendar and gave me solid information to take care of it.Great shop, clean, good stock and informed and professional employees.

Every single time I've ever been here the people were great. They're always kind, helpful, friendly, and seem to know where everything is located.I suppose part of how a person interacts with you is the way you approach and talk to them and that's why I always have pleasant interactions with them.If you start off being rude and disrespectful don't be surprised if they are back. The customer is absolutely NOT always right. YOU HEAR THAT KAREN! Most of the bad reviews are from entitled a$$hats that start off being rude then leave a bad review when they get the same thing they brought.

Great store. I went in for a distributor cap, spark plug wires and a set of plugs, and they had everything I needed. This is unusual considering the age of my vehicle. The employees where helpful and one even printed me a 20% off coupon to save a few dollars. I highly recommend this store.

Helpful staff. It was after 5 pm and I needed to replace my car battery. Within minutes they were out investigating my car and in another couple minutes she was back out with the cart of tools and a new battery. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful service. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because of the price. I had found it for 30 cheaper a little farther away. But Advanced Auto was quick, easy and convenient and thought was worth the extra money.

The lady replaced my battery very fast. Super nice too. Answered the phone quick. Process was 15 minutes tops.Autozone's employees were sitting in the parking lot still an hour after opening because the store manager didn't open it. And they don't care batteries for 2016 Nissan Rogues because they are to new. What?

My experience was horrible. I went into the store and ask the gentleman working to help me with removing a rely fuse out of my car. One employee pointed out that they may have something that I can buy to remove the fuse. Which there wasn t. I then went back outside and tried to remove the fuse but couldn t, I then entered the store for the second time asking for help a gentleman named Martin just stood looking me In the face for about 30 seconds which made me very uncomfortable especially since he didn t have a customer. Out of aggravation I told him not to worry about it. I literally could not believe my experience. The bigger problem was I went down the street to AUTOZONE only to have a employee remove the fuse. Then I proceeded back to Advance to get the fuse tested only to find out that my fuse wasn t the problem. Btw I broke a nail trying to take the fuse out after basically being refused Assistants.

Martin was amazing. I came in all frazzled because not only did I have a battery that was kind of connecting and kind of not, then I got a check engine light come on. I am a law student so although no stranger to mechanic work, but definitely no expert. With in 5 minutes, Martin had it taken care of and I was on my way

The crew is amazing.Like literally all of them. No matter what shift is there they always are smiling and always greet you, even if it's 4mins b4 closing.... Lol. Anyway, Guy, is a real sweetheart he helped my husband and I out a few times and he was extremely patient and informative, it sucks they're in such a rough location and when I say "rough" I'm being very nice. But big ups to Advance AP on Broad St. everyone in there needs a raise, like, seriously!!!!!! No, SERIOUSLY!!!
