5 stars! Professional! Reasonably priced! The gentlemen at this location really were life savers! Changed the breaks on my Van. 7 pm the night before Thanksgiving stranded in New Orleans no one would help us.. Thankfully we found this location.. They took great care of all of us.. made sure we were road worthy for the trip home . They also didn't overcharge.. 10 out of 10 would recommend! They were amazing !!!

Our vehicle would not start. We are here visiting relatives and we were searching for a shop to have the truck towed.When I called A and P Autocare & Tire, the gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and took the time to listen to the issue with my vehicle.He answered my questions and gave me upfront costs; if the issue turned out to be what I suspected it to be.On top of all of this, he advised that because I was so close to his shop, he could come out and do a mobile diagnostic test and possibly repair it right there.This was a blessing and saved us the extra logistics of towing.He and his brother came out and fixed our vehicle even with it getting dark and mosquitoes going crazy.Overall, it was a good experience.

Hey yall, if you have a running car with no major issues I advise you to not bring your car to this place. My car ran fine before I brought it to this place and now my motor not any good. I brought my car to get my valve cover gasket changed! Drove my car there it ran fine, now I have work and I m out of a car. Then he wanted to tell me how bad of a car I have and saying that the motors in the type of car I have just don t be good at all. This shop is very much unorganized and I highly suggest that no one takes their car here! $310.00 out my pocket for him to tear my engine up

This place and the staff are awesome!! We are not from the area and needed some break repairs and even though it was late and the day before thanksgiving the still got us in and changed our break pads! They were so sweet. Everyone else in town turned us away because they were about to close but Albert and Paul stayed open late and helped us!! They are amazing!!

They saved our Thanksgiving! We'd been in NOLA for a few days and were headed back to AL when we had a break issue just as we started to hit rush-hour traffic. They were the only place we called that was willing to stay open the day before Thanksgiving and help us out.Thank you so much to the guys at A and P for saving our Thanksgiving!

A and P was so kindness they stayed open late to help me and some friends traveling out of state. They worked fast and allowed to us to stay in their warm office while we waited. They charged a very reasonable price and were some of the nicest people!

We had the best service. They helped us when nobody else would after stopping at 3 locations the day before Thanksgiving with everything else closed or closing. Good price. Friendly. Knowledgable. Highly recommend! 5/5.

This shop is not as modern-looking from the outside as some of the larger, brand-name shops but the mechanics are very skilled. They delivered fast, friendly, and honest service. I am very thankful for their help and can only recommend them!

I will definitely be back ! I went to three different mechanics and this shop was the only shop to fix my problem plus inform me every step of the way of what was going on and what else needed to be done . I will recommend this shop to everybody who asked . My car running like new again . I m a rambler but overall the experience was amazing made me feel very welcomed here

They stayed passed when they were closing for a holiday to help out of towners get home to our families at a great price and with excellent service. Couldn t be happier with all of the guys there!
