This place and their staff were very helpful to me after having a difficult time looking for a 24 hours open shop to fix my flat tire. I recommend you this tire repair shop! They charged me $20 for a tire plug... and I never had an issue after that with the fixed tire so they're providing a great service. Thank you for helping me and for the good customer service! Wishing all the best for this place and their employees.

We're from out of town here on family vacation and it was already later on a Saturday evening and found this place, drove over with a screw in my tire and guys got us in and out in a matter of about 10 minutes! Great service! Very thankful of this place!

At 4am, on our way home to Texas, we hit a couple of bad potholes and blew out a tire. Luckily, someone stopped to help us change to the donut, then we went to this place. Yes, the area is a bit shady, but the guys that were working knew what to do. We're very thankful and got a reasonable price.

The old rude woman who was sitting in the office asked me $65 for old used tire. This is the same price for new tire for my car in Walmart. Definitely stay away from this place. They are out of their mind. It s more than expensive for used tires.

OMG.... 24hr tire repair is best thing EVER.... Especially in this city. Gets really busy late at night on the weekends. Best time to go is around 5 or 6am.... No wait at all..... Tire I got for 75 bucks had more tread on it than my other 3 combined. This place is a Godsend

They re open when everyone else is closed at night. This type of city with such an active nightlife, it s best time to be open.

Was asked to wait by the car and told it would take 60-90 minutes. How about three hours and we get a phone call that says we will be there tomorrow between 9-10am?!?! Row was really expensive. It was in the fourth floor of a parking garage, sure not a simple tow. Almost $400? Unbelievable. They wasted my entire Sunday afternoon.

The service was horrible, there s nothing but a lot of crackheads that work there that try to beat you out of your money It was late at night, and they were the only 24 hour tire shop that was available! I would never recommend this place to anyone, but in an emergency situation what can you say You have no choice .

Had a blow out on and interstate, luckily this place was only a few blocks from the St. Bernard exit and they were able to get me straight with a fresh tire. It s cash only but the price was low and there was an atm at the gas station down the block

My diamond in the rough. Conveniently always open at the most inopportune times. Been going here for years. It's only what's going on in "society" that has most people afraid to go anywhere. NOPD just needs to patrol more frequently like J.P. & SBP police departments do.

High price for a plug. Being they are the only place for tires open on a Sunday, had to pay the $15 they asked for.The attendant was cool. He made the experience a pleasant one. Had to to him. But the man in charge was like a dictator in a concentration camp.

never again ! place is in the hood, crack heads everywhere. i went there with my tire off and asked for a patch! the guy took my tire and returned it with a plug! i specifically asked for a patch due to im driving 1000 miles on this trailer tire. i wasted my time going into new Orleans waiting over 2 hours for something i could have did my self from auto zone.

Worse service possible to humanity. Went to get a tire because we had a bad tire and was sitting for hours. Drug deals going on while getting serviced. All to get the tire put on and had a pin hole, $50 wasted. Had to miss a day of work. To go another shop the next to get an tire. The shop we went to said he been getting complaints from ppl come from this shop. Horrible just horrible.

It s like they don t want customers. Every employee I ve seen here doesn t say a word to any customers, and it s impossible to tell who s working there and who s not, based on the way they dress. It s the slowest service you could ever get. You stand there and watch the employees not working and in a daze. Every employee I ve seen here (2 visits) has looked like they re so high they can barely function. They literally have a sign that says No Refunds, No Receipts, No Proof. Only go here if you re desperate and prepared to wait MINIMUM one hour, even if you re second in line. Truly one of the worst businesses I ve ever seen.

You definitely take a chance going here I got a slow leak in my front right tire again my better just l went here they jacked my new 2018 ford f150 lariat up and it fell damaged the under carriage they don't have insurance so if something happens to your vehicle it on you never again even the police said by it being private property there was nothing they could do!!

Sorry, I would not recommend this place, I went with a slow leak, which I had filled several times. After waiting half hour the attendant told me that I had no leak and only needed air, by simply visually inspecting the tire while still mounted on the car, said to trust him, Of course the leak continued and two days later a proper tire pace found a screw imbedded in the tire and easily fixed it, The place is unprofessionally run,

Sold me the wrong tire size, gave the run around when I came back later that day, and ended up having to go somewhere else and pay for a second tire. The service guy flat out lied to me when first getting the tire and said it was the right tire size, but after driving home the car drove like it was out of alignment. Be sure to check and make sure your car has the right tire before leaving.

Omg where do I start. They give you bad tire's. If you go get air in your tire they put to much and now you have a egg in your tires. So unprofessional. They have a lot of work to do and learn great customer Service. Your job is to make sure your customer pull off with a safe tire and don't get stuck out again because you gave me a tire that wasn't good.

Avoid this place unless it's an absolute emergency. They will waste your time and come up with reasons to raise the price. Plus, there are a lot of shady characters working there.

Take too long, can t handle more than 2 cars at a time. Take people who pay more before people who less. I waited a hour for them to let 2 nicer cars go ahead of mine. Worst experience ever. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! But I guess if you want cheap tires, you get cheap service huh

Recommended, they work 24hrs. So, if you are in a hurry that is a place to get your flat tire done.P.S. Bring only cash though.

DO NOT TRUST DARK SKIN GUY WITH LOCS.. ASK FOR MANAGER FIRST.. IF NO MANAGER MAKE SURE RO GET A RECEIPT.. I was scammed out of $50! The tire busted a few hours later, but the manager kindly replaced it for FREE.. !!!

This tire shop is the worst in the city they take hours and have bad customer service they sold me a tire tht was leaking air then acted as if they didnt change my tire 30mins before my return then took 3hrs to say they didn t have another tire

Love this place! They ALWAYS come through no matter what time of day if you are having a tire emergency. Prices good and tires are of decent quality
