Mr. Randy , Mr. David and crew are 5+ Stars service. Honest and Always Fair with their Prices. I ve had lots of different work done to my cars there over the years and always happy with the work. Highly recommend them

Called to let them know I was 5 mins away with a flat tire. They told me not to come that they turned their machines off 20 mins ago. I called 24 mins before they closed as a courtesy to let them know I was on my way. They told me not even to come because they were not willing to turn their machines on. I even told them I would make I would pay and my husband had done business with them for years. I normally do business with Delta but because my husband said he always goes there I trusted him. Customer service is off-the-chain good! Got 4 new tires and they balance every 3 months for free, and fix any flats for free! Felt completely comfortable and they explained everything.

5 STARS!!! These guys were great. Was on a work trip when I caught a nail in a tire. I showed up less than an hour before closing time and they still got me all patched up before my long drive on I-10.

At 7 am, I blew my tire instantly after hitting a pothole. Toyotacare was no help as no other place was open. Thankfully this tire shop was. They quickly sent someone to help me. The man was extremely nice, knowledgeable, helpful, caring and patient with me! 5 star customer service all around!! Thank you so much for helping me when I desperately needed it.

I've use this place for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied. The man that runs the place has been there as long as I can remember. Fast, efficient and reliable service with friendly employees. Great prices.

I had my truck's front wheels aligned. Patin's equipment and his technician were right on.My truck does not pull to the right anymore. It's a good feeling to know it was done correctly. I will be back in the future for other services.

Staff is excellent and very helpful. Vehicle killed in the right place. Oil change tire rotation and battery replacement at one time. Thanks to the entire staff for being there for me when needed.

First time getting my oil changed here since moving back to New Iberia and I was pleasantly surprised at their quick service and everyone there was polite. I'm extremely picky about who works on my vehicles and I'll definitely return here for my future oil changes.

Charged elderly lady almost $400 to change a cracked radiator reservoir. The one they installed looked old the tag on it wasn't legible asked to see proof of purchase for the tank they installed. They told us it came from Kia, autozone and then orileys still not provided proof of new reservoir tank. Managment got defensive when we asked questions very rude This business will take advantage of elderly women. Please make sure you bring a man with you when you go there . We will never do business with them again. Wish I could have gave zero stars

Amazing of the reviews that this place is good. I had an oil change...on two separate vehicles. Both had the oil filter not fitted on properly. So, a leak in same area again.

You should have called Patin's!! Always quick and reliable service. They can quickly order tires they may not have, but usually have all in stock. Can do quick oil changes, tire changes, and does inspection stickers.

Broke down at Dale St. & S. Lewis St. I saw an auto shop across from the post office. I made it there and they were absolutely wonderful. Worked on my car right then and there. Changed my clutch master cylindar and slave cylindar. My car was ready the very next day!

The people at patin' s auto care are friendly with fast service. When shopping around for tires patin' s beat all the other tire shops in the area that I called. I would highly recommend this place again and again. 5 stars.

Not bad, got in and out. My only issue is that they went through my glove compartment without notifying or asking, and they left everything they pulled out on the seat.

Car just needed a new tire put on. Now it pulls to the right. Ontop of that they didnt even put enough pressure. They didnt balance it either sp now i may have to replace parts of the drive train
