Don't go here they sell messed up parts my alternator last for 3 weeks and now I have to pay labor to take it back off and put it back on this place should have to pay for the labor charge !!! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE

Picked up parts and looked at the good stock of accessories. Staff was quick and friendly!3/23/24: I found the transmission fluid I needed, in and out quickly!

Didn't get the young man's name, but he was very helpful, first on the phone and then when I got to the store for a motorcycle battery yesterday. Couldn't have been any nicer. Really made me feel like he was happy have me as a customer.

Employees can t seem to agree on how to deal with testing and exchanging a battery. Three different employees told me three different things. Over the weekend I brought my battery in to get tested, they said it needed to be charged. He said I could leave it there or take it home and charge it. I took it home so I wouldn t have to wait. The next day I brought the fully charged battery to the other store in New Iberia closer to my work and they were going to exchange it but didn t have it in stock. They sent me to this store to exchange it. The guy tested it and was going to exchange it, but his manager stopped him. They said it has to be fully charged before testing. So the guy said I ll charge it for 15 minutes then retest it. I waited for about 10 minutes and asked how much time it had left, the same manager said about 70 minutes in a condescending way. Thanks for wasting my gas and my entire lunch break.

My daughter and I went there because she needed fuses for her car. No one would help us for a long time and finally a young man tried to but he wasn't very knowledgeable. It turned out they didn't have the size she needed. They talked her into buying a small tool for removing batteries that didn't work. She went back in and told them and they exchanged it for a smaller one. Didn't work either! Gave her money back though. No one that was working that day knew little about cars and we went somewhere else where they were much more helpful and had everything she needed.

The guy at the service desk that served on me by the name of Tyler was very nice and helpful. While his coworkers(female and male), customer service was very unprofessional. Keep up the good work Tyler.

The staff is knowledgeable. We usually don't have any problems or complaints about the place except for one visit. Had a bit of wait because of a family taking forever with getting a refund. When we finally got to the counter the guy acted like he didn't us ask for his assistance putting the break light in our car so we ended up trying to put it ourselves and when we went back in to ask him about it he had attitude

Great size store for our trip, was able to get what we needed and back on the road in no time. Taking the road from exit 105 thru the town of Blenco took us straight to the store, easy to find and near enough to the hwy to continue our trip

I am very pleased with O'Reilly Auto Parts.I had tried calling the 2 other auto parts places in town. Getting these places to actually get back to the phone..Both stores puts you on hold for 30 mins. Then the phone rings back to the desk..AND GUESS WHAT..YEPP. ANOTHER RIDICULOUS HOLD..MY friends highly recommended OReilly..I am very satisfied.. SERVICE was great.. quick..Very friendly and knowledgable..and so HELPFUL.THEY GET A 5 PLUS..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.THANK YOU OREILLY

A good place for parts and just about anything you need for your vehicle. They deliver. All the employees are nice. It's wheelchair accessible. Mid size parking lot. Handicap parking.

The worse service that I ve ever received before. I went with the intention of buying oil for my car and asked what oil they recommended me and the only response I received was the weight and type of oil I needed and they told me to go back to pick and take the oil that I wanted. In AutoZone they give you their recommendations and talk to you about their promotions in oils. It was a really bad service.

By far the best place in town to go when you need parts. Especially if you have no clue what you are doing. Couldn't ask for a better group of employees. Highly recommend this business for all you're automotive needs
