My 2013 Jeep Patriots AC had gone out at the worst time possible, over 100� temps. Called a few places but the time frame to get in was weeks away. Found a place that got me in, found the problem, But unfortunately, wasted a week calling to get a quote daily with no response or returned call. NEIL AND MASTER MECHANIC'S came highly recommended by others so I made a call and within that 5-minute phone call, I had an appointment and an estimated cost for the repair. I had received more information in that 5-minute call with Neil, than I had in the previous wasted week. The price was great, the parts were ordered, and the repair was done shockingly fast and conveniently around my schedule! With NEIL and MASTER MECHANIC'S, not only do you get an honest and trustworthy mechanic shop, they are friendly, professional, and make every customer feel like their most important customer! I'm thankful to all who recommended NEIL AND MASTER MECHANIC'S! .... My permanent mechanic shop!

Neal really got me out of a Jam when my car wouldn't start !! I was kinda stuck & he got to me right away !! The price was very reasonable also !! I'll be going to him for any other car problems I may have !! Great Job Neal & Team !!

Had bought a Shelby Cobra in there a couple of years ago and he had changed my transmission and forgot to put a bolt on my shift I mean I understand people make mistakes I understand that I made my whole job is revolves around me making a mistake at my job but I just want to let y'all know that y'all left a boat out of my shift and I'll send you a pictureService: Transmission

Huge thank you to Neil and his team. I called the day prior I needed to leave to go back to Texas. He was able to fit me into the schedule and get all repairs done while short on staff and short notice. I recommend this place to everybody

They Been had the money to fix my car everytime they say they was go fix some was always wrong with the mechanics , car was posed to be done before my birthday like Mr. Niel said but everytime i call to check on my car they say '' next week '' Everytime & never touch my car its always some everybody else car got touch but mines and i paid just like everybody else feel ripped off as hell specially if you told me you was go be down before my bday & now its a whole different storyService: Engine repair

Fantastic people to work with to get high quality automotive service. I've done business here for years, on multiple vehicles, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is wonderful. No one enjoys getting their car repaired or the cost that goes with it most of the time, but I have to say, if you need your car fixed and you're in the New Iberia area, please call Emmet at Master Mechanics. The repairs were done in less than a day, at a really fair price. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience!

They really go out of their way to figure out your problem. They may also let you know what may need to be done to your auto in the future. I recommend this place. Not a good place to sit and wait though. Best to drop off the auto.
