Place is chill and they offer refreshments while you wait for your car to get fixed if you decide to stay. The employees are nice and informative.

Waited almost 2 hours. My lower dust engine was hanging when I got car back and dispatcher was asked to give driver 20 minutes notice before picking up car. He was not aware of notice.

Damien was an excellent salesman, felt more like a friend I was discussing options with really.Greg was very understanding and went over and beyond to be positive I was happy with my purchase.Jordie was very attentive and made the transaction smooth and correct.The team at JP Thibodeaux is bar none the best I have experienced. I shopped around at the competition and they let me walk out each time. Damien and Greg made every attempt and closed the deal with me with ease. This is the second car I bought from JP Honda. I will be sure to recommend and tell my friends and family the experience o had with this awesome sales team.

It started out well. The salesman was very friendly though our credit union later told us we'd been overcharged when we tried to refinance for a lower interest rate. We were still treated well when we brought car in for service. The lobby and snacks we're nice. The problem came a year or so ago when we got a coupon in the mail for oil change and tire rotation combo. The mechanic approached me and told me that when he rotated my tires, there might be a slight noise since they were worn slightly uneven. He told me it wasn't a big deal. Just didn't want me to be too concerned about the noise. I told him to go ahead since it's why my husband sent me. He changes our oil himself most occasions. But since coupon was so good, he decided to take a break. When I drove up to the dealership, there was no tire noise at all. When I left, it literally sounded like the car was falling apart before I even got out of the parking lot. But I'm not a mechanic and took him at his word. I hoped the noise would even out as I drove. It didn't. Within days, 2 of the tires blew out and one developed an egg. The tires were still under warranty. But when my husband went back with me to see what we could do about it, we were told we had to take prorated tires. They were very expensive, and we just don't understand how tires that sounded fine going in could devolve so very quickly.

From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional! Everyone I encountered was so courteous. The time spent teaching me about all the features of my new car helped me to really love it before I even drove off the lot.

I honestly have no complaints. Everyone & everything from meeting my salesman, Mr. Mike, to pulling off in my new car was exceptional. Being my 11th vehicle purchase, after 4 months of patiently, painstakingly, and relentlessly searching, researching, driving, changing my mind, countless dealers & salesmen.. it was J.P. Thibodeaux that went above & beyond. From a very large selection, friendly & knowledgeable staff, a seamless purchase process, and everyone being so accommodating of my requests and many questions, while maintaining real professionalism & true southern hospitality- I am confident you will be a return customer if you are wanting to get the most for your money and be completely taken care of (not to mention the complimentary drive-thru car wash is available daily during regular business hours!)I am admittedly an unusually difficult customer to please, being very particular in style and taste, and having needs/wants that are not in line with the most popular or current trends, but I am a very loyal customer after I find great customer service and an overall pleasurable experience- and J.P. Thibodeaux has definitely gained another customer. This is my 6th Honda, the only Civic of 5 Accords. I am beyond satisfied with my new car! The EX trim is equipped nicely with fancy options that add both comfort and conveince to my drive, yet I still feel comfortable enough in the cloth seats and the rear-view mirrow is manual to dim for night rides (there's no option to upgrade to auto-dimming, not a deal breaker though!) And a huge thanks to all of the staff! Having been going regularly for several months to scour every lot at J.P. Thibodeaux, I went for several test drives, spoke with multiple salesmen, even left a sweet deal unsigned- I'm sure some may have thought I actually had no real intentions of making a purchase. I am so appreciative for being treated & assisted with care & concern every time I went until finally the right day came when I found the perfect car. Mr. Mike is by far the best salesman I've had the pleasure of doing business with of all my vehicle purchases, and everyone involved worked efficiently as a team so the entire process was done both quickly and accurately- they were surprised I stopped before settling up in finance to run across town to pick up my dog from the vet. But they didn't hesitate to let me go and I felt no negative judgement for my "never heard of before" request. They were even happy to oblige my last request to let my pup inside so she could be part of a very long awaited moment for us!This purchase was the first step in executing a meticulously put together plan to secure every aspect of a future for myself & many others like me. Words cannot express the magnitude of how imperative this purchase and experience was in setting the tone and getting the means to achieve the many more goals I have. Mr. Mike & the rest of the staff, although unknownigly, were able to provide me with a once in a lifetime experience- one of which I will cherish forever because they made it unforgettable. Making the purchase from a fellow veteran, two in fact, really made my day even more special than I could've ever expected! I would not change a single moment of the entire day- not even the part when I watched my new car leave the lot while I buckled myself in my moms car that I'll never need to borrow again! I was able to see my car passing me on the highway and just a bit of its acceleration power, so I know exactly how its going to look to other drivers when I pass them, so sleek and super quick!It may be many years before my next vehicle purchase, but I can assure you, I am already preparing and looking forward to doing business with everyone again. Thank you all, I am utterly impressed by the experience I had and I absolutely am in love with my car!

I generally don't give 5 stars because everyone and everyplace usually have room to improve!I have been dealing with JP since 2012 at this location and have had good service and actually some very competitive prices on parts and products!I suggest as I do with any business that you just be involved in the process and keep an eye on what is being done, ask questions!

Pop in, purchase the car of your choice, and drive home in your dream vehicle! A difficult process was made easy and enjoyable by the staff at this dealership. This is our second time and we will go back again when we are ready to trade-in this vehicle on a newer, more advanced model. Love this place and its people!

I would highly recommend J P Thibodeaux Nissan service department, where I received excellent professional customer service! I called JP Thibodeaux and spoke with the service manager, Malcolm. He was very confident and knowledgeable. He assured me he had the best technicians and would be able to diagnose my post collision problems. They were able to get me in right away. I was impressed with the detail diagnostic assessment booklet they provided that made the information easy to understand. I would have to say JP Thibodeaux couldn t have pick a better person as their service manager.

Unfortunately our son was recently in an auto accident that totaled his car. Accordingly, we were needing to purchase a used car for the approximate value he received for his totaled car. Fortunately after we told the sales agent, Chris Jones, our dilemma, he was able to offer a clean used car that had just been taken in on trade. Because the car offered was clean and in the price range we were able to put our son back on the road in a very short turn around time.In summary, attentiveness to customer's need and the inventory to meet that need was what I treasured about my recent experience. I also appreciated the shop repairs and detailing of the car before it was presented to my for sale. I love my new/used '04 Camry.

Greg Daye made our car buying experience so easy and pleasant. Not only is this dealership not marking up current MSRP on their vehicles, they made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. Greg is exceptional and never once was pushy. I highly recommend buying from this dealership and having Greg help you find your vehicle.

Car buying process was a breeze, majority of the people we talked to were super nice and friendly.Cashier, on the other hand, was rude as hell. She made a oh, they came back? comment after we had to go get a cashiers check from Chase. Did not have a friendly attitude throughout the transaction. We wouldn t be shopping for a car if we couldn t afford it.

I recently purchased a vehicle at J. P. Thibodeaux. The dealership has a friendly atmosphere and good service. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel any pressure to make a decision. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends

Matt Landry helped me with picking out a brand new Kia. One thing I usually dislike about car salesmen is how pushy they can be. Matt was very down to earth without being pushy, plus he knew everything about the car I wanted, the exact type of personality you want to buy a car from. Also, the finance process was super fast and simple. Great buying experience overall.

Malcolm Hale is a superb Service Advisor. This was my first oil change with my new Nissan Versa Note, and he went above and beyond in helping me set up my Service Plan so that my future oil changes and maintenance will go smoothly. I live in Lafayette, but because of his excellent customer service, I plan to return to J.P. Thibodeaux every time I need something for my car. Beyond my routine oil change and tire rotation, the staff made sure to wash my car, remove an unneeded sticker off of my windshield, and checked out a part that was on recall for my car. I felt very comfortable working with Malcolm, and know that my car was in good hands with the mechanics at J.P. Thibodeaux.

Mike Lemoine, salesman and JP Thibodeaux equals a great buying experience! Mike always gives me a fair price and makes the buying process simple, quick and easy. He is happy to answer any questions and always makes me feel comfortable. Never pushy and very knowledgeable about all vehicles on the lot. I have been dealing with JP Thibodeaux for 6 years now. I just bought our family's 4th Honda here. The Honda service department is the best I have ever dealt with. Always friendly, always fast and the facilities are immaculate. Great company, great employes!!

Over the past week as I was shopping, other dealerships pressured me, called me and texted me two or three times a week. Even after I told them I would call them when I decided. JP Thibodeaux respected my wishes. Some people may like being called often but I don t. I believe it s the service after that makes a difference. I was greeted with an air high five. The staff wore masks and were in compliance. Colton Brown and Jordy Tourne' were both professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They were both humble and caring. I felt at ease and no pressure. Thank you.

This is my first time buying a Kia. Previously I owned a Honda CRV that I purchased from J P Thibodeaux in 2003. Because of the wonderful service I had received since 2003, I decided to buy another car fromJ P Thibodeaux. Please see Matthew Senegal for your next car purchase. He has the patience of a SAINT! It took me two months to buy, but throughout the process Matthew was patient and willing to work out a great deal. He is so knowledgeable of the features in the car and how each works. Prompt, friendly service from the sales associate to manager and financing, even though I kept them all after business hours. I showed up an hour before closing with the intention of just letting them take pictures for an appraisal for my trade in and less than 2 hrs later, drove away in my new Oddysey.

Joey is the man!! I had submitted three leads the prior day before I put my one lead into JP Thinoudeaux. Within an hour, not only had Joey answered me, but we had numbers for the two vehicles that I was interested in. When I got to the dealership, Joey showed me both vehicles along with two other vehicles that might fit my needs. Okay experience test driving vehicles and got a quote to think about vehicle overnight. At work the next day, dealership runs my credit without my permission and received 5 different hard hits to my credit. Then to top it off, wants to give me 500 less than payoff for my loaded charger when its worth 5k more than that and they can make at least 10k more. GTFOH!!
