Dronet s is the place I always bring all my vehicles. My husband, who doesn t trust any mechanic shop I ll fix it myself , brings his vehicles here now too. They always make us feel like we are priority. I love the honesty, the prices, the quality of work and great customer service.

I go to them for pretty much everything with my car. They are very professional and nice they always keep you posted on things with your vehicle. they do amazing work they're the only place i bring my car to. Big thanks to Mr. Lance and his team for the awesome customer service and great quality work. it is very greatly appreciated.

Would not recommend for vehicle inspection. Every time I go they are very rude and I still try to give them my business. It s almost like they don t want to service certain people. It s ALWAYS something this time my car I purchased off the lot tint was too dark. I can barely even tell my windows are tinted

First I try to fix it myself, then I get my neighbor who is a mechanic and a blessing. And if that doesnt work I go to Dronets.That's the place.When I was younger, heading to go work offshore (5hr drive, at night) truck acting up. Went to Autozone. They were clueless. Little dirty elderly mechanic, shopping, comes from around a display tells me what I need. I fix truck go offshore. Saved, on 2 separate occasions by him like that. No charge. Second time I saw where he worked, on his shirt. Brought vehicle there for an appointment a year late. The elderly dirty mechanic was in clean uniform, and the owner I found out. I always go there now. Always recomend him.

would NEVER recommend. they said I needed to come pick up my car from their shop & I told them to leave the keys in my car cause I wouldn t be able to pick it up until after hours & they swore up & down they didn t have my keys that they remember giving it to me mind you I only went there once to drop the keys off that s all. everything else was over the phone. so when I went there I seen my car parked & I searched in my car for it & there my keys was on the floor in the backseat. real rude liarsService: Auto maintenance

Lance is great to work with. He is understanding and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care. I could not leave the car while waiting on the ac compressor so we worked together and I brought it up there when they had it. The first part was faulty and I understood that happens, so he let me pick it up while waiting on the new part. Just picked it up today after dropping it off last night and the ac is sooooo cold! I am super happy with it and I love my car again! Thanks guys!Service: A/C installation & repair

This shop is top notch. Very much recommend if your in the area. Van started over heating and had to have it towed to the shop they were able to fix it and get me back on the road the very next day. Given that I was over 2 hours from home they were a life saver. Thanks guys!

Broke down traveling from Destrehan, LA to Little Elm, TX in New Iberia and when I called to ask if they could look at my truck they not only looked at it, they diagnosed it, ordered the part and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. They are very friendly, efficient and extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone who lives in the area to make Dronet's Auto Repair your #1 mechanic. They are amazing!! From the excellent service to the friendly staff, you cannot ask for a better place to bring your vehicle. Absolutely LOVE Dronet's. Thank you so much for making my day better than I ever thought it could be. You are the BEST!

I recently purchased a used vehicle that had some issues. I took it to several shops & either they flat out refused to fix things or their estimates were much to expensive. Me being a woman i felt some were trying to take advantage but because of my dad i am a little more knowledgeable than most. I brought the vehicle to Dronets their prices were very reasonable, they fixed it promptly, & Lance professionalism was outstanding. I m a new resident to Louisiana from California but he definitely has a new client in me! Thank you Lance & your staff-you guys rock!

Was referred to Dronet's by Allied. Lance was extremely helpful and informative, helping me first diagnose and then plan the repair. He answered all my questions and explained the process throughly. They even went out of their way to give me a ride home and came out to pick me up the next day when it was ready. The work done was superb. I ended up having my gas tank dropped, the fuel pump and the fuel filter replaced. Excellent work, great friendly staff. Definitely will be referring.

My car sat at their shop for almost 3 weeks. Every time I needed an update during those 3 weeks I had to call them. I was given the wrong price quote and the diagnosis on my car. My car was never touched for 3 weeks when I was told that the parts were changed. No bolt or but was ever touched on my car. I was always told I would get a phone call for an update about my car and never did. When I went to finally pick up my car it was in worse condition than when I first brought my car to them. Very unprofessional, no communication, bad service, and not organized at all. I will never recommend this mechanic shop to my worst enemy.

Lance Dronet and his amazing team are definitely my go to when it comes to any repairs on my car! Lance runs a very professional and welcoming business.Lance and his team take their work very seriously. They make it a point to get people back on the road, while making sure everything is completed correctly and in a timely manner.I have gone to Dronets many times and have never gotten anything less than perfect. This poor shop looks like its barely running. Then try to quote me 800$ on a 2.5 hour job. Has a tiny office you may think was the bathroom door. Not sure who gets work done here but your brave

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dronets!!!!! Lance Dronet is not only very professional, he strives to resolve the issues I experienced with my vehicle in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the staff and the work done to my vehicle. Everything was explained in clear and easy to understand terms. If you are looking for great place to take your car, mechanics who are familiarwith all makes and models of vehicles and how to repair them, this is the place to go.

Would not even quote a price of a simple rotor change over the phone. A general repair that is done repeatedly and they want the vehicle first so they can charge all kinds of stupid things.
