Stayed here for over a month with no prior incident. As a former guest, if I have any questions regarding what I am paying for it should be a hassle free and uneventful encounter. This was the first time I have ever dealt with this gentleman behind the reception desk. Needless to say he was extremely aggravated and confrontational, for no good reason. As a result we will no longer be staying here and will take our business down the street to Motel 6 per his recommendation. Unbeknownst to him he has turned away months of future revenue due to his tyrant-like behavior. Hope this helps anyone who is mistaken that it should be a breeze to book a couple of rooms.

Shower leaked. Night clerk didn't know what a "bath towel" was.Air conditioner did not cool very well.The property owners live up stairs apparently directly above room 101 and a child woke me up every morning running on the 2nd floor before 6am.The hotel is priced to high for these problems. I almost didn't stay here because it had bad reviews. We drove by and we decided to stay because of big parking spaces which we needed. We were also only staying for a night so gave it a try. I was surprised that the night staff was real nice. I don't remember his name but he explained the rates and made it fast and simple. The room was totally clean and fully stocked unlike what the reviews said. I would say the door could use an upgrade, to lock better, but it honestly didn't feel unsafe. The parking was good, many work trucks so that gave us reassurance. My husband checked to see if the cameras were on and they were. Breakfast is coffe, apple juice and some nut bars. The guy at the front desk for check out was also cool. Overall a good stay. Would definitely stay here again, much better that the other options we saw.

The room was a bit grubby, it smelled musty and finding a previous guest's underpants behind the seat in the corner really spoke to the attention paid by the cleaning staff. Not nice.Don't try to do your hair or make up in the room. There is a mirror, but you can't get a decent light on it, so you can't see what you're doing.The breakfast really isn't worth walking down the corridor to see. You can have oatmeal, but not if you want it with milk. The muffins are ok if you like sweet, but don't go looking for toast. The coffee was nasty.The desk staff, however, are friendly, efficient and helpful.

One of my favorite Motels to come stay at whenever i visit Natchitoches. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a great spot and close in location, especially for the Christmas Festival. Its usually nice and quiet, rooms are clean and they make sure they accomodate your needs while staying. I always feel comfortable staying at Super 8. A home away from home Update since my first review: 12/2023 stayed here for my last and final time ever. The original owners who are the Patels have relocated and no longer work at this Super 8. This motel has gone downhill tremendously, the rooms are dirty and housekeeping never cleaned my room the entire time I stayed! I went down to let Clayton the General Manager know and still nothing was done about it I even found a dead cockroach by the bed when i checked in I really miss the Patels because they would NEVER allow the hotel or service to be so low. It used to be so quiet but its not, loud music from the outside. I am so glad to be gone from this establishment, and i will NEVER return!

Staff was lovely and friendly. Not up to par with the Wyndham name, but a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. Breakfast is hit or miss. Some days there was nothing, but coffee and juice. Other days they had a few prepackaged muffins.The hotel is clean, but it s true what they say. You can put lipstick on a pig, but Some of the rooms had print outs of the room numbers tapped to the door. Low water pressure in the shower. The room does have everything you need. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc.Again, clean hotel and super friendly staff. If a low budget hotel is fine with you you ll be happy.Conveniently located to everything!

Was there one night and half day until a medical emergency came up and had to leave early..Not give us money back for that because it was after 11:00 am. Can't help a medical emergency. Rooms small for handicap and can't move wheelchair around the refrigerator. Beds hard as a rock.Roaches found in bathroom. Cleaning Service not show up with clean towels or anything. Only 2 things for breakfast. Thankful for what they had thou.

The rooms were rather small, I believe one of the managerial staff's children were running up the stairs and upstairs hall midday. The breakfast station was very small and most of the items that they did provide were out. The young lady at front desk was very nice as well as the housekeeping staff. I liked that it was pet friendly. Overall I got what I paid for

It was a great night!! The night lady who checked me in was very very nice!!! The hotel was very quiet and was easy to fall asleep. The morning staff was great too! The only thing was with covid restrictions we only got muffins or danishes for breakfast options. Which was better than nothing! Definitely recommend this hotel

We had a very late check in and were greeted by Clayton. He was very nice and got us into a king non smoking. The accommodations were alright. There was a slight smell in the building. Kind of musty. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom is small. No highway noise because the hotel is a little was away from it. Very quiet.

First floor and the window didn t have a lock on it. The door didn t have a latch and the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. Dust bunnies hanging from the popcorn ceiling. I was so grossed out I slept in my clothes. Good thing since there was only a sheet and thin blanket on the beds. No extra blankets anywhere in the room. And $100? Wyndam should be ashamed to have their name on this place .Id love to get a refund.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Super 8 accommodated us with parking our pick up and travel trailer. No incidents. Water in room was nice and hot, although water pressure was low. 4 stars instead of 5 is because of sparse breakfast items where other Super 8 locations offer more. Coffee was *ehh*.

Clean rooms, decent pricing. Staff is friendly but our truck broke down and they threatened to call the cops to remove us because they wanted to clean the room. So we ended up paying for another day. Otherwise we would have sat in the lobby with my mother and 4yo and 6yo kids for 4 hours. Now instead of wasting our money, we're just hanging out. All 3 stars go to the cleanliness, safety & pricing.

Omg! Ok I m happy it was pet friendly BUT they don t tell you about all these pet related stipulations until your checking in (40 lb weight limit, have to be kenneled if you leave them in the room etc etc). Also just because your pet friendly is not an excuse for a poorly cleaned room. Just was not what I expected of a hotel flying the Wyndham name

Never again will I darken those doors why under the present management or owner. Wallet stolen from room and several charges made from in town. My property thrown away and they refused to reimburse. You want your room cleaned, well you can forget that. Asked to get it cleaned and got thrown out. Wyndham you might want to do an undercover boss.

Room is very small for 2 adults, 2 kids, a baby, and a dog. No pool and no continental breakfast being served. Disappointed, but the staff is very nice and I gota say the room was very clean. Not many places will let you bring a dog for $15, no breed questions asked. That was nice.

Cheapest hotel in Natchitoches we could find that didn't have bugs in reviews.Pros: The place was clean and staff was friendly. It's an older hotel. AC was plenty cold and the shower was hot/good water pressure. Flat screen tv with cable.Cons: 3 of 5 stars because the bed was pretty terrible. I could hear and feel the springs everytime I moved and it did not make for a good night sleep. This was room 109 with a king size bed. Also, the parking lot was poorly lit so I was a little nervous about our car being safe. Wifi worked but was only about 5-10mbps down. They're still advertising continental breakfast even though they only serve a small muffin and juice box upon request.We booked last minute, next time we'll plan ahead and get a better place with a more comfy bed.

My family and I always stay at the Super 8. Although an older hotel, still a pretty good stay for the money. Quiet area for the most part. Clean rooms, pretty pleasant staff. For the past 6 years, I've not had any issues

Staff is nice. They do allow pets. Rooms are adequate. Walls seem to be very thin and we had a hole in our bathroom door. Prices are reasonable though for what you get.

The service was great. However the rooms are small. The carpet was nasty. It smells in the hall way. The complimentary breakfast consist of toast oatmeal and cereal. The housekeeping ladies go through your stuff. Thankfully nothing was stolen.

Breakfast is decent, coffee always ready on demand, and staff is polite and respectful. Beds are made and rooms cleaned daily. Tha lobby has a computer for guests to use. Only problem if you have children, there is no pool. Great place for contractors and subcontractors.

Customer service was 5 stars but, the bed was super hard!! Got no sleep at all! There was hair on the towels. Not mine or my husbands! They did allow us to leave my car there while we were gone after hours.

I had a great stay here. It's kind of an older hotel, but it's very clean and cozy. I am on a budget and for the price you can't beat it. I stayed upstairs and it was quiet. Comfy king size bed, fridge with a freezer, regular size iron/ironing board, hair dryer, there is even a barbecue grill outside for you to use. From now on this is my go to place to stay when I visit Natchitoches. I would've said 4 stars but what made it 5 star was the service. GREAT SERVICE from Stacy, she was very accommodating and super friendly. She was genuinely glad to serve me-- you don't find that too often nowadays!

Staff and owners are super friendly. Very accommodating as our windshield was leaking during this major flood event, we were stuck here and the owners moved their car so we could park under the awning. Rooms are comfortable, clean and large with good water pressure and comfy bedding. Thank you Super 8 for a great destination stay!!!

Hotel was clean and a basic place to stay. We were there for only 1 night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since we didn't have to stay indoors at the hotel due to our outside activities it was fine. Had it been raining where we would of have had to stay in the room, would not have been so great. Rooms are small but doable for short stays.
