Such friendly and prompt service!We were on a trip and 3 hours from home when our car suddenly went in limp mode and started knocking when getting off the interstate in Nachitoches. We called smiths and they said they d happily squeeze us in to take a look.When we got there, service was prompt and great. Ty was incredibly honest with the diagnosis of our vehicle when I feel like many mechanics would have taken advantage of the fact we were out of town AND it was the holidays. He even offered to have someone bring us to pick up a rental car.Everyone was so kind and friendly. A awesome, family owned and operated shop. Definitely a great place to go!

Great shop. They picked up my mustang on Super Bowl Sunday off the highway. They said the transmission went out and they tried their hardest to find one for me. I ended up finding one on my own but they had no issues with installing it and Tye also drive the car around before I picked it up to make sure I didn t buy a lemon transmission. The price was more than fair and the car is running a lot better after smiths garage worked on it. Thank y all.

I already knew what was wrong with my vehicle when I brung it in. I usually work on my own vehicles but I didn t have the time or tools. They told me it would be 1600 to fix okay cool whatever it s my slider car and I was ready to put up my Range Rover for the year. What I asked to be fixed was fixed, but when I got into the car my instrument cluster and radio was not working(mind you it was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off) The owner was gone and I explained to the lady they must ve hit something while fixing my car. She states oh they only worked on what you asked, it might have blown a fuse, he said you need a instrument cluster and he ll work with you. Mind you I drive a Mercedes so I knew for a fact something electrical was hit because my key never worked and low and behold it s working now. The next day my whole car wouldn t do anything. Since I was on vacation I did the necessary work myself. I took my own instrument cluster out and found it to be working just fine. I wiggled the cord and low and behold it s working just fine. My fuses were working fine none were blown, radio still doesn t work. I don t know what they hit but that was unacceptable.Services: Part finding & extracting, Vehicle rebuilds

Ron and his grandson Ty took good care of me and my car. I broke down on 49, they towed my car (at a very reasonable rate) learned the radiator was shot and then not only helped me find a motel but also took me there. The total bill was super reasonable but their customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My family and I hit debris on the highway that cut open our oil pan while on the way to Texas from Savannah, Georgia. All the shops in the area refused to even look at our car except for Smiths Garage. He was able to quickly assess the damages and ordered the part to fix it right away. His mom even gave us all a ride to our hotel- including our dog! We couldn t be more grateful for the kindness showed to us during our visit. If you re new to town, you won t find anyone more capable of taking care of you! We won t ever forget Natchitoches.Service: Part finding & extracting
