I didn't have an appointment, not because I didn't try . But I went in, and they took me pretty much straight in the next person. The employees were all very polite and professionalThe office was very clean.

Still doing appointments and it doesn't help at all still a ridiculous waiting period! Now just the added inconvenience of having to make an appointment! Also the inconvenience of NOBODY to answer any questions over the phone!

The Employees here are so kind and patient. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. One of the better DMV in Louisiana in my opinion.

Although you do need an appt.,the Morgan City branch is great!! Friendly, professional, and efficient. In and about as quick as your business there will allow

At times, they're semi-sociable. Other times, they can be rude and/or have attitude deficiencies. One thing I can say is that they're usually not crowded. At lease that's the experience that I've had once every 4 Years to renew MY Driver's License. It's not a very attractive-looking place, aesthetically. Very small room and the chairs are in an odd arrangement at this location.

From my personal experience the workers here at this DMV were kinda rude it was straight to the point in terms conversation during my trip. There is a pretty bad odor in the DMV around the chairs and was a bit unclean and the whole "take a' number" thing is a super slow process. I don't recommend anyone going to this DMV.

Horrible situation. Made appointment for today and get to the office and the office is closed. This is ridiculous as there is no reason things cannot be up and running fully again. I have confirmation of my appointment and what good that does. Can t get anyone to answer phones at dMV

It s been so long since I ve been to the DMV, I didn t know it s an appointment location. I only had to wait about 15 minutes to get in between some appointments. Happy with the service.

Idk where to start. Its like walking into the 80's. Rude , lazy..1workers...out of date system. How is this still happening after so long. I dont understand. Management needs to go asap. This place should not be a total nightmare to go to.

I had to go there to update name on my Driver's License. They were very courteous and took care of my issue right away. Wait time was about 45 minutes.

There are certain things that need to be taken care of at a DMV and certain things Morgan City DMV does not do they send you to the Thibodaux office for certain things I think it is ridiculous to send you 40 to 50 miles out of your way I think all DMVs should be able to do the same things the other DMVs can do

This place is horrible. They have you too pick a number and the number that they pick is not the number in order. The workers have no idea what they are doing the lady I seen had to ask someone else several different times. Will never visit this place again. This place needs to be shut down.

Poor management. No one ever answers the phone. I made an appointment showed up on time and everything and NO ONE was in the building.

No one answering the phone while I had a friend in there turning in plate and she was only one in building and I've been calling 2 days straight and busy signal all day long hahahahaha what a joke

Went there to transfer my license from out of state, even with a slight wait I was still in and out pretty quickly

Rude, never answer a phone, and it takes forever! Usually 1 person doing it all, while the other laugh and giggle and chit chat
