I ve always went to pennzoil for oil changes. They were the last people to change my oil before the last time I went. The gentleman who did my oil broke a piece on my car where my oil housing is. He claimed that the part on my car was already broken and the lady inside vouched for it also. If you bring your car to a business, especially for an oil change, if something is broken they WON T touch it because they wouldn t want to be responsible for any other damages that can be done. I also spoke with Toyota & they told me there s no way that piece was already broken being that I had just took 2/3 trips to and from Texas. Moral of the story? They didn t want to be responsible for paying to get my vehicle fixed. Almost a year later, the undersized piece that he put inside of my car so that it won t leak oil has finally went out. Now my car has a huge oil leak. Please be aware!

Poor service since the ownership has changed. Waited in my truck for 20 minutes without any service. Went elsewhere. Definitely recommend Chabills or Mobil 1 Express, where your business is appreciated.

Service was excellent and extremely fast( 10 minutes was more like 8.5.) brought my breakfast and didn t even have time to start much less finish. Technician offered multiple services which I opted out of however I didn t feel pressured at all and that was a welcomed change. I also drive lifted diesel truck and have had instances where other quick change companies want to add on diesel / oversized truck charges didn t even blink when I drove in. Another noticeable difference was the cleanliness of shop and waiting area. I will 100% be back!!!

Been getting my oil changed at Pennzoil for the last 20 yrs this is my first experience with the new ownership and it was terrible.Guy shows me a chart to choose what oil I want and I choose the one that showed 69.99.When it was Pennzoil my bill was 65.00 so I figured that the price was basically the same. After they finished my oil change he tells me my total due is 101.29.I complained that the chart showed 69.99 and the guy tells me the extra is for oil filter and other things.I refused to pay the 101.29 and he magically got the bill down to 78.00.I give him my card for payment and another guy comes out of the office and gives me my receipt and i tell him thank you and he walks away without replying and with a attitude on his face.To be fair the two guys that waited on me were very friendly but the guy that brought me my receipt was very rude.I promise I won t do business there again .

In and out in 15 minutes: When I pulled up, the technician asked me how often I changed my oil, how many miles were on the engine and what my oil preference was. When I paid for the service a few minutes later, the young woman asked me if I was a veteran (I am) and she took 10% off. SWEET!

I went to this establishment and was greeted by the owner. She is a leader, leads from the front, efficient polite and has to be the quickest professional oil change I have had in some time and the cheapest. The proprietor clearly leads from the front and by example. Professional, courteous. Thank you all.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They will change your oil; as far as fluids they will not top you off. I used my windshield wipers once then empty. My coolant was low, that didn t get topped off. Now all is left is to spend $20 for the additional fluids that usually come standard with an oil change.

Went to get oil change and someone touched something they weren't supposed to and my car started acting up and spewing liquid from the engine. Then they wanted to say I need to go to a mechanic to get it fixed when it was working perfectly fine before they touched it. Still ended up having to pay and they refused to take responsibility. Never going back.Service: Oil change

I worked at this location for one year. I couldnt count how many times I was told to put the wrong oil in a vehicle if we didnt have the proper oil. The partial owner, Guy is a thief and their employees and customers are abused daily. The previous owner, Wilbur would roll over in his grave if he knew who married into that business. Go to Mobile-one or Chabills, you WILL be treated properly there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Employees need training on LA state laws. He had to measure my tint which is clearly not even close to being illegal. He absolutely refused to measure my tread depth on my tires. He said they would not pass inspection but never even measured them. I went somewhere else and had them measure the tread depth and I still had way more tread than the legal minimum. Not knowing what you are doing is why you work at a lube shop instead of being an actual skilled mechanic.l

Because of trying to sell me air filters and bogus additives every time I go, I tried to stay away from them. I just do not like being hassled or scammed. The manager, Heather, recently didn't put my dipstick back in my transmission. All of my transmission oil boiled out and caused it to self destruct beyond repair.Upon calling and speaking to Heather I was told that it is impossible for oil to boil out of a transmission. I was also told that nothing could be done about it.I ended up purchasing a new vehicle because of how expensive replacing the transmission would have been.I fully see this as being pennzoil's fault, but what do I do? Complain to the manager? The manager is the one who did it, and the one that said it was impossible for the oil to boil out.Disgusting.

My wife had her oil changed three days ago, and today she called me from work because she had a huge oil spot under her car where she parked earlier before lunch! I went outside to Check the driveway and sure enough there was a small oil spot in the driveway! I went to her work to check out the car, sure enough I find the oil plug has backed out and it's leaking fresh oil! So knowing I wouldn't lose much oil I take the car to them and ask them to check the filter and plug to make sure it was tight! After looking at the car I was asked if I checked it out, so I said no to see what response I would get, needless to say I didn't get the response I should have! I was told that everything was fine and the the oil must have been old oil that wasn't washed off from three days ago and a Sunday trip to Hammond and back that was still leaking! Haha! I was to pissed off to have anymore conversation after that so I just left knowing damn well my car was leaking fresh oil as I had stood there with a yellow oil filled napkin I had just wipe from around the plug in my hand, and knowing I just checked the plug in the auditorium parking lot and found it loose right before I drove in! A mistake I can overlook, being lied to, I can't! Thanks for the years of service but service to me you will be no more!

Very professional, but kind of expensive. Yet, I expected it to be a little high. The lead mechanic definitely knows her stuff. Shop Local!
