1/9/24 @ 8am. Wash is nice. Attitude of employees is not nice. The male individual and girl needs a different job. This is the 2nd time I experienced bad attitudes here. Strike two. If it happens again, I'm Gone.

The top wash! Deluxe or something?? I don t know, but it was $20 but when on the go and you want a quick wash or just want access quickly, this is place is 10/10 great wash, free micro fiber towel, and free vacuum and air. Plenty of space even if you have a big truck (not talkin semi s here). The staff is helpful and plenty friendly to boot!

Love this car wash! Wish they had more up in Illinois. I travel to Illinois quite a bit and would get the membership if they had them in Illinois around the Peoria area. Or at least shared the membership with other car washes. They do have nice car washes up there, but I don't want to have to pay for multiple memberships.

Normally there s people in the front to help you pay/choose a wash but not last night. It was about 20 min til closing time, so I believe they were focused on their closing duties. I choose the $15 wash at 7:42pm and go on through. At the end, I pull into one of the vacuum stalls so I can throw away some trash.Before I have the chance to do that, this girl walks up to my window.She tells me, The vacuums are for customers only I smile and nod. She says, ma am you have to go through the wash first .I told her, yes ma am, I just came out and start to roll up my window.She raised her eyebrow at me with disbelief and starts pointing at my car. There s bugs all over your hood and windshield. It doesn t look like your cars been washed. The vacuums are for customers only I smiled and responded, I can show you my bank account. I just spent $15 on a wash. She says, no you don t have to show me but this is for customers only and your car doesn t look washed. I respond, Do you want to give me a free wash since my car is obviously still dirty after a $15 wash? She said, No, it s ok and starts doing closing duties.The person I was on the phone with and I were both shocked at this back and forth. A few minutes later, a differently lady walks up to my window to tell me that I need to leave because it is 8:03 and they close at 8:00. So I left. I never even got the chance to use the vacuum or throw any trash.This is the worst experience I ve ever had at any car wash.

This was a great experience. The wait wasn't too bad for a weekend and the deluxe wash had all the bells and whistles. The waxes and polishes still look great even a week later. Including my tires!I really appreciated the brushes and hoses you could use before you enter the official wash because these Louisiana bugs just laugh at regular car washes.The wait staff were friendly and helpful. Glad I came here to get my car cleaned.Will definitely come back.

Good automatic car wash with vacuums available after, that's the draw for most customers.

I m not using it as much anymore because they always come up to my window with a cigarette , makes the whole inside of my vehicle smell like smoke. Also, I do not need assistance in order to select and pay at the machine. They shouldn t have someone coming up to my window at all.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

It's okay, however if you're driving a pickup truck your tailgate is not going to get a very good job.I also do not believe there is an underbody wash in the $20 package, I was hoping there was. For example the super bay car wash in galliano / cut off has an underbody wash in their ultimate package. So does Soapy Joe's in pine prairie.

Stopped in to wash my car after a trip down from Maryland, and it did not clean my car. Bugs are still on my car and spots after the wash. 20 dollars . The car should have been spotless.

I can t tell you whether or not the car wash is good or bad but for a place that exists to clean thing one would think they would do a better job of containing the trash that s in the cans with NO LIDS . I m getting real tired of having to pick up trash in my yard every day. Please do better

Left a car mat there and within less than an hour, they threw it away. Didn t hold it for the rest of the business day (which was an hour and a half) or anything. The lady said, If it was on the ground, it s already thrown away. Really upset with their customer service Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Left suds on car. Did not clean. Talked to attendants, said nothing she could do. Left word with management, they never returned call. Very Disappointing!!!!!!
