I m from Houston but currently working in Morgan City. Last weekend I called to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change, apparently it s by appointments only. Regardless I was able to get my truck serviced and they were very nice and helpful.EDIT: I had some maintenance that required me dropping off my truck for a day. Sabrina and the team were very professional , kept an open line of communication and kept me informed on everything. Overall a real positive experience.

Long story. Wife's car died, so the next morning we went on the hunt for a new one. We knew it was toyota or nothing. After searching the web and finding Noone had a tacoma in stock, we found Morgan city Toyota. Website said they had 40+ tacomas in stock. A bit unbelievable, so I called to confirm. Was told yes, we've got many to choose from. Drove the hour to the dealer to discover, there wasn't a single new tacoma on the lot, and they had planned to up sell us into a Tundra. Our sales person was lovely, however, not very well versed in the product she was selling. The dealer gave us a loaner until the truck we ordered came in. Which was awesome. A week before our vehicle arrived, our sales person was let go for whatever reason and we were given another sales guy. No big deal. But, we liked the first one. Wife eventually got the car she wanted. I got piece of mind. Still mad about the dishonesty in getting me to the dealership.

Quick, polite, fantastic service. I couldn't recommend a better place to have your toyota serviced. Unlike the Houma, LA dealership, I'm always able to get an appointment the next day and it doesn't take 2 hours. A+.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I bring my car to MC Toyota about once every six months for the past few years for an oil change, tire rotation, they check and fill all fluids, check and change all filters that need change, and they do an inspection and change any bulbs that might need to be changed. They check my brakes and much more to make sure everything is still working as it should be so myself and others are safe on the road.They are great! I never have any problems with them. I schedule an appointment, show up, hand over the keys, and head to the nice waiting area. I bring my phone and tablet and check emails or do do school work while I wait and Ms. Kitty let's me know when they're done. My Toyota product is at its 300K mile maintenance. The service center NEVER disappoints. I have pushed, pulled or dragged my vehicle here for nearly all of my maintenance. The only times that I ve not done so, we re when I have been out of state for business purposes. Miss Kitty always goes over poin by point what needs doing, and when it needs doing. I have never felt as if there were ANY unnecessary services performed for the sake of increasing the payout. I bring my vehicle to this facility, knowing that we are being treated like part of the family. My vehicle is 12 model years old, and still drives like it s new. I had to replace my oil pan due to a leak. It didn t take long to do the job. I didn t know that my car would have to stay over night for the adhesive to properly dry. Other than that, I received great customer service along with a great maintenance crew.Thanks!!!
