I drove up to this dealership at closing time. Darrel Gautier came out to meet us and was awesome. He wasn t pushy, he was straight forward and completely honest. I have bought many vehicles in my 63 years .. this was the easiest purchase I ever made!! It was late so he met me at the dealership the next day ( dealership was closed) to set my phone up and connect it to my car. Extra special service!! I highly recommend !!

Unlike some, buying a new car is one of my most least favorite things to do. However, Danyelle Hewit made this whole process very smooth. I mentioned to her I wanted to move quickly, she definitely made that happen. I highly recommend Danyelle for your car buying needs. She is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet, not to mention very knowledgeable! Danyelle, along with the finance team were a pleasure to work with. I have always purchased vehicles out of town, but I am liking the "hometown" feeling with purchasing my new 2024 Camry locally!

Wait I can't leave Mr. Kevin Madise out thanks for staying late and being so kind. If you want a car salesman's that's not pushy and actually listens to what you want Mr. Curtis Pouge is the person you need to go see at Morgan City Toyota when you ready to buy a vehicle. This was the most genuine and compassionate car dealership because of the salesman Mr Curtis is literally one of a kind he treated me with respect and made sure I was taken care of he wasn t just trying to complete a deal he made sure the deal matched my needs and budget he was wonderful then Mr Kevin put the icing on the cake made sure I was good no matter what. I love my vehicle was well worth the drive this will be the only dealership my family as well as myself will deal with moving forward.

Great friendly service Mr Curtis got us in the vehicle we wanted, unfortunately all they had was white but thats due to chip shortage and frankly I wasn't going to wait any longer. Got it the next day after it came in blacked out package. The lifetime oil changes and inspection stickers are a reason to go with them alone the customer service just makes it better he even watched my kids while I finished signing paper work. Definitely trust them with all.your car needs.

Bad service, they always forget something, and when you return to fix it, they charge you again, even if it was their fault, and when trying to leave, they put you in mazes. They persuaded me to buy Warrantee, and I paid two thousand dollars, and when I returned to them, they told me that it was Decline, they gave me a number to call, but they said that they could not help me .

I bought a Toyota Cross from Darrell G. from another state. Darrell is the very, very best! He communicated well, was honest, helped me navigate financing and was very well educated on warranties. He went above and beyond to help me and I believe this is how he treats all of his customers. Thank you Darrell!

10/10 recommend Morgan City Toyota to purchase your vehicle. Call or go in and ask for Mr.Curtis, an awesome salesman. Mr.Curtis literally had me approved and signed my paperwork in no time for my new vehicle. He also took the time out of his day to check on my baby and I who at the time was in the hospital when I first reached out to him. Also the sales manager Mr.Kevin will take very good care of you when it comes to your finance, very awesome sales manager! The staff overall was very friendly and checked on me while being there.

Actually amazed with how professional and courteous this dealership was. Specifically my experience with Mike was great. We went for a test drive and discussed all my options for ordering a vehicle. Mike was super transparent the entire time and I never felt like I had a gun to my head (unlike some other dealer experiences I've had and hear about). Overall a pleasant experience and it's a place I can comfortably recommend family go to without fear that they'll get harassed or haggled. Great service.

Had the best car buying experience at Morgan City Toyota! I reached out to Sean when first inquiring about a vehicle listed online and unlike other dealerships he didn t call me everyday trying to get me to come in! Everyone was so nice and we we re able to get in and out pretty quick. I tell everyone about how great this buying process was and you can t beat that 7 year warranty or free oil changes :) We ll definitely be back next time we re in the market for a vehicle!

Made an appointment w them to see a car. They let us drive over two hours one way to see a car that was already sold. We confirmed less than 12 hours before it was still on the lot . Apparently it was an internet specialist that doesn t even work there. The front desk lady even led us on that this sales rep was there.

Great working with Sean! Did not feel pressured at any point during my time there! He made sure I received the best possible deal on my trade in and actually made sure to stay in the $$$ range I set. The sales representative Sean Hendrix was very Professional and Attentive to my needs and concerns of purchasing a New vehicle from The Time I step foot on the ground looking; After not having purchased a car in over 20 years, he helped made my experience very comfortable because I was a like nervous, HE WAS GOD SENT! I would send anybody to go see him if they was even thinking about purchasing a car!! Sean is even willing to answer any questions I may have even after I left with the car! Yes, I Was Thankful for Sean & CO. Staff, Most of all GOD!!

Paid $1500 for ac repair Bought car back ac not working now they want me to pay a few thousand more to fix something else on ac.Getting rip off. Don't go their for mechanical problems

Highly recommend Morgan City Ford! This was my first car purchase so I was a bit nervous, but Sean and Tommy were super helpful in walking me through the process. I cant thank them enough for getting me such a great deal on my dream truck. I'll definitely be back for the next!
