Took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job on my girlfriends car that had minor front end damage. A week after they received the car, a more in detail inspection wasn t done. Majority of the parts was already in before the car was even brought to them. A supplement was written due to lack of inspection of the remaining underlying damage once hood, front bumpers was removed. They seem to be unorganized in there business.

I had an awesome experience with MC. They answered any questions that I had, kept in contact, and was done when they said they would be. Very nice and professional. They take forever to do work. Don t ever go to them unless you want your car back 6 months later. They also lie about how long it will take at least if you are going to take that long tell me when I first bring it over. Had 2 of my friends had the same experience.

My car was left here unlocked for 3 weeks after an accident. Had a lot of valuables inside, nothing was missing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and honest.

We always tell our customers if you have any problems with the repair of your vehicle to please let us know...if you don t tell us then we can t fix the problem....
