The staff here is super knowledgeable and friendly too. They are always eager to please a new customer and chit-chat like old friends. Awesome bunch of folks that we don't have enough of around.

Ferris A-1 Glass used to be my go-to for window and glass replacements. I used them every time they were available at the shipyard for different jobs we had going on.But now the customer service is horrendous. Every time I call, it goes to voicemail, and when I leave a message, nobody ever calls me back. When I do get in contact with someone, they will take down my information and say they will get someone over to take measurements so they can make a quote. They never show up, and if they would, they will not call ahead of time to let you know. This small business was great to work with until the last four years.

I highly recommend this place, not only are they professional and friendly, but they are very honest, had my vehicle brought in by my daughter, who had told me that when the window slid down, she heard it crack and break so she thought it was broken. However, that was not the case was I was informed that my vehicle is ready to be picked up that the glass was not broke, which save me quite a bit of money. I was very pleased to hear this, but only because I save me money, but more importantly, of the honesty

Everyone who works at Ferris A-1 Glass are so polite. Mr. Ferris goes above and beyond to make sure you get what is best for what you are trying to accomplish. He helped us design our display window for our store and it is exactly what I wanted.We have also had quite a few rock vs. glass incidents on our vehicles and patio doors due to lawnmowers and Mr. Ferris has fixed all of them very quickly.I would recommend them for all your glass needs.

Put this on your bucket list!Surprise! Hand feeding squirrels at it's finest, they are the sweetest, sitting waiting for your offerings. Be sure to save some nuts for the squirrels further along, as the first ones will most likely be full if it's late in the day!Perfect little park, picnic areas, small beach area, offering campgrounds and a small marina. Beautiful picturesque area with nice paved walking trails! Black squirrels were unique!

Went in with measurements, left that with them. I was told it would be ready on Monday. I told them I would be out of town that day for a week. I explained that my baby would pick it up when able after work at the hospital. They worked with her so she could get the glass bandits a good fit. All concerned are happy with it. Better price than I got at a hardware store at home.
