I dealt with Heather while having metal valve stems installed on (6) 5th wheel tires. This world needs more of those like Heather. Absolutely incredible work ethic and customer service. The guys in the shop were awesome as well. We are from out of town and it s rare to see this level of customer service !!!

Very unprofessional!!!!!!Did not care to help me at all just wanted to get their hourly wages without my small inconvenience to them!!!!!They do not care about quality customer serviceI change my front ends parts, everything!!Arms, tie rods, sway bar, hubs , struts, also new tires the whole 9 yardsI called them to do an alignment and they said ok bring it inDid so, and the lady at the front desk said let me have a tech look at itHe says the front tires were too cambered meaning they had I tilt which they did. Also ask if the struts were slotted to adjust that problem and I said no, said I had to buy a kit to fix it.Went to the front desk and there was no such kit so they couldn t help meI changed the struts 2 months prior to any other part so that was not the issue because it did not tilt my tires or camber themI took a strong line and wrapped it around all four tires done a quick alignment to get it close and the tilt (camber) came outLong story short they get paid by the hour and did not care to help me at all just send me out having no care for me or assisting me at all .

The service at Chabill's Morgan City is excellent. I always feel like I get an honest assessment of what is needed or not needed with my maintenance and repairs. The crew is always professional and helpful. Especially Heather, who seems to be their biggest asset.

Staff are very knowledgeable. No over sells. Charges are only what your vehicle needs. I will be a returning customer! Great customer service!!

Never in my life have I heard of a company who make there customers feel that little I had work done on my husbands car and while paying there employees was telling off a old lady who was asking for help with getting a credit card FOR THERE Business. Wont be going back i rather buy my tires from Walmart and get work done out my back yard. You should be ashamed of yourself

Love Heather!! Love the Morgan City Store. I wish y all were still open on half day Saturdays however. Easier for people working.

Heather was very helpful and made sure my truck was done correctly and went for a test ride to make sure everything felt good with the truck. The entire Chabills team works very hard and they're very good at their job. Excellent Service. Heather has great customer service as well as the gentlemen who work there. She pin pointed my problem work my vehicle and she was dead on. My car rides like I drove it off the show room floor for the first time. Had new tires installed, checked alignment and replaced shocks. All items were in stock and it took lessthan 2 hours . The staff was very helpful. When rotating tires they discovered my shocks needed changing. I was given the opportunity to see the old shocks. I was suppied with a full estiment prior to services preformed. I was very pleased with the service. The staff was very professional. They were respectful and courteous.I would recomend Chabills Auto services and tires to family and friends.Service: Tires

I was impressed with the workers and their attention to the customers needs and the quality of the work. There's not enough of that in today's companies. The assume that you need whatever they have so come in and sit down till they are done, fork over the cash and NEXT. Great job Chabill's. Now I know why my parents came to your establishment.

I was told some time ago, on a road trip, that I needed my rear brakes replaced, that they would only be good for a month or so. So, I decided it was time to take care of it, and the woman at the counter did some paperwork and was very friendly and professional. I took a walk as they took the car to inspect the brakes. They found the brakes did not need to be replaced. The honesty here is quite refreshing. I want to say thank you to the good people working at Chabill s.Service: Brakes

Excellent service every time. The staff is phenomenal, always on the ball taking great care of everyone on the double. I was in and out super quick today with a free tire repair.
