Only a few parts are in stock for newer vehicles. They have to order most parts on next day delivery.

The customer services today was Terrible!!! They is Sooo Lost without Amber!!! Customer service is Terrible, They Don't know what they doing!! What happened to Amber? She was the best part of this company. I heard she got ran over and they just dropped her. This is why you can't find good help these days. Companies like this overlook the quality of their employees. Amber was the best, and now she's gone. What are we supposed to do????

I walked into AutoZone today desperately in need of some assistance. I was generously helped by Cynthia and Ada. Not only did they lend me a hand to address my car problem, Cynthia actually recommended a local, mechanic by the name of T. Within 2 hours I went from SOL to blessed. Come see those wonderful people at Morgan City, AutoZone, they are the best automotive help I have recieved to date.

Want to thank the Young Lady Jessica that works their. She assisted my dad with putting wiper Blades and filling his washer fluid for him. She never hesitated in doing so. She went above and beyond.

Jessica was courteous and very helpful in getting the right battery and finding out if it was still under warranty. She also installed my battery. I noticed also that she was very friendly to customers in the store and knows her job well. I have never had a bad experience at Autozone in Morgan City. Great job everyone!

Do yourself a favor and don't come here. I came to them when my check engine light came on and my ac was causing me issues. They recommended a guy to me that came to my house and had me buy a thermostat. I called the guy and he put it in and he told me to throw away the box it came in and did a bunch of stuff which in the end didn't fix the problem. I texted him about the issue and he ghosted me. So I went to a mechanic, they went through every possibility that was wrong. Come to find out it was a malfunction in the thermostat they sold me. I had a life time warranty on it and went to return it and he tried to tell me it wasn't bought from them because the mechanic put it in a Napa box. Had to catch an attitude and tell him to look at the receipt for him to actually give my return back. Yall need to do better, definitely my last time going there for anything.

First off this was best far the best experience I had at autozone. I originally came in the get a diagnostic because my check engine light was on and I needed to get back home to Houston. Amber helped me get some fuel exhaust cleaner that could help and she also referred me to the autozone in Houston to help me further. As I was on my way back to Houston, I locked my keys in the car on accident at the gas station, I called autozone to see if they had pop a lock kits, they did not. But Amber knew someone that could help and she also offered to come help once she gets off work. She sent a guy to come help and I got my car open in no time. She went above and beyond for me and she is heavens sent. My day is so much better because of her. Thank you Amber

I was headed North of Lk Pont from New Iberia and battery light came on so I pulled off and ended up right by AutoZone Morgan City.Marchelle tested my battery& thot OK but before I left the lot everything was fritzing on electrical.Drove back the 200 to AZ and pretty quickly the car shut down completely dead.Jeremy came out and did some more checks and due to age of car(2011) with 5+year old battery rec d new battery which they could install but also needed alternator (still orig in place) which they had in stock but AZ does not install alternators. Jeremy made a call to T a mechanic not far away who worked alone out of his house and makes off site location calls. T was there in 20 min and went to work. It was quite a job with the whole fan assembly having to be pulled out to get to alt down DEEP on R side but in just under 2 hours, I was up and running with replacement radiator fluid, new battery & alternator and on my way They were ALL sooo nice to me. I could have been stranded on the road or on the Pont Causeway which is where I was headed and would have been in the dark alone and 65+. I am so grateful to ALL at MC AZ and of course to T the mechanic (sooo accommodating and reasonable) that saved the day. Words can t express .Most Sincerely, Penny Rahaim

Dennis R. The store manager should not be in that position. I came in with my husbands card to purchase an item on hold he called ahead of time to reserve and when I got there Dennis would not let me purchase the item. I had my husband on the phone to verify all of his information to make this purchase bc he works on the road and doesn t have time to come in all the time. He refused to speak with him at that point also. We always shop here so I expect better customer service but today I was treated like someone who he did not want to help. He was very rude and not helpful at all.

Could not have asked for a better customer service experience. I was in a bond, and these awesome employees helped me find the parts I needed and even helped me locate a mechanic that could fix my car. Nate J went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe driving my car. Cannot thank them enough!

Store in general is very clean and the workers were generally very nice every now and then I get a workers who is lazy And tell me they don t have a product and I look in the aisle and it is on the shelf. But all in all it is a good experience

Descent prices. They usually have the parts you need in store, if not they ll order it for you and let you know when it arrives. Various types of tools, headlights, stuff to wash, wax, polish your vehicle,etc.

I walked in had to wait in line maybe 5 minutes and I was taking care of. I purchased a new battery it was installed. No complaints from me I would recommend this store. Staff was respectful.

Customer service has always been by far the worst. Only reason I don't go. Everytime you walk in no one sees you and an act of Congress to get help and they know absolutely nothing about their job!

The sales agent seems new but was very courteous and was insisting to help the best she could, after a little assistant from the manager, she was able to help me to complete the transaction. I was also happy with the quality parts that I got, thanks Autozone

I usually don t do reviews but since your sales manager Julia Falgout took the time to give the company I work for 1 star and didn t even share her experience I figured I needed to share my experience this morning at Auto Zone in Morgan City. I usually purchase all my vehicle maintenance items at your store but after waiting for 10 min with only one person in front of me I gave up and decided to head to O Reillys.

My car wouldn t start, so I went to auto zone since I was in the parking lot. Amber was very nice and helpful from the moment I walked in and till we were done!!

This place needs new management. If you call, the phone rings off the hook. If you go to the store, you stand in line for the longest, and you won't get any type of acknowledgement. You just wait in line while the other so called workers pretend to look up something on the computer. I always dread going to this store

The new people they have there are so damn auto part illiterate its unreal. How are you going to work at a auto parts store but not know what a timing chain is?!?! The only one there with common sense is Lawrence the manager.... So discusted with my experience I will be going to Oreileys from now on.
