Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. Kept us informed. Would recommend to anyone and will continue to take both our vehicles to them. This is was the 2nd time we have had repairs done with Van Trow and couldn t be happier with the results both times,

Never seem to fix it right the first time. I had family take their vehicles here as well. They never get it right the first time. Costing the insurance more money. They guarantee their work but we should expect it to be fixed right the first time.

Worst experience ever. They tried to over charge us. Yes double the deductable and said it was an accident. Alight that was working no longer works. But was told we never touched the car on that side. Got four calls saying the we're getting parts but the day we got the car they said the parts came in that day. Total lies from beginning to endService: Body & Trim

They called and told me my vehicle was finished and it wasn t so I lost the rental car. When I went to pick it up, the parts where not on the car right. Then my car broke down not even a day (not 24 hours) after I got my car. Horrible customer service and horrible work!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
