I want to thank Bailey and Lisa for making my car buying experience such an ease for me. I don't like pushy sales people, it sends my anxiety out the roof. Lisa was so much fun and kept me calm through the process. Aaron in financing was very thorough in explaining everything and giving me options to be where I wanted to be with my payments. I will recommend Sparks to anyone and everyone I know looking to buy!

Great place to buy a car from! I was completely overwhelmed with picking a car out for my daughter with all the options for a midsize newer suv and Doc narrowed it down for me and new all the specs on the vehicles and helped me get the best safest one that was in my budget range. Will, the sales manager, took care of me as well and I couldn't be happier! Sparks is the best!

I take my vehicle to Sparks every 5000 miles for an oil change. In addition, I get the tires rotated. Much to my surprise, there was a special going on and the price was much lower than I would normally pay. I was elated because I am a widow and every penny saved helps me a great deal. The service was exceptional and that visit made me very happy. Kudos to the service managers.

The maintenance department will rip you off. I had a part replaced, and when I asked to see the old part, they conveniently had cleaned up and had no idea where the old part was AKA they lied and charged me for a part I most likely didn t need. Several weeks later, a plastic protective cover fell out from under my car. When I called to have them replace it, they claimed they could do nothing for me even though they are the ones who did not properly install it back on. Do not do business with these people

Dewayne and the rest of the Nissan family always greet me with a warm smile. This means a lot to me. And the service is always excellent. They keep me informed on whatever service I'm having done and the facility is always clean and setup to meet the waiting customers needs.

My mom lost her keys and needed new ones. Talked to Joey in the service dept and told me to bring it on in and they could take care of it since they had the fob and keys in stock at the location. Told Joey the situation we were in with needing it to be done quickly. At first he wasn t sure if they were going to be able to do it right then or on that day. He came back and told me if I could wait 20 minutes then he could have me taken care of. Extremely thankful and grateful for the service and him going out of his way to make that happen for me. Only thing was the price markup on just the key fobs was extremely ridiculous compared to what new ones cost on internet with the same matching numbers on all parts of the fob. $215 a piece compared to $58 - $125 a piece hurt seeing that. Other than that, no complaints at all and very thankful for the service, quickness, and Joey going out of his way to help me at Sparks Nissan.

Lisa Kay was an amazing sales associate. She made the sale process easy and enjoyable! She smiled the entire time.My only complaint was my husband and I was swarmed by sales members as I stepped out of the vehicle. My husband couldn't even get out of the driver's side door before a male sale associate was at his side. We had spoken with Lisa Kay and was looking around before our scheduled time we told her we would be there. It was annoying. Having breathing room makes the process more enjoyable. Lisa respected that. The other sales associate didn't seem to appreciate letting customers look before pouncing on them.

Justin Mayo is the best. Super helpful. Very knowledgeable and informative. Great customer service made sure I knew what I was looking at. Car sales men with integrity is few and far between, and that is what I encountered.

Let me just tell you how amazing Sparks Nissan Kia is, and why you need to have a man like Doc in your life..My husband and I started searching for a vehicle on September 5th (Labor day) at another dealership. For over 2 months, we got the constant run around from them. My husband and I finally decided to look elsewhere. We reached out to Sparks Nissan Kia where we met Doc. Doc was the most knowledgeable, patient, and honest person we have ever dealt with at a dealership. We told him what we were looking for, and he delivered! Our finance guy, Paul, was wonderful as well! Great conversation, efficient and such a smooth process! Car shopping can be so overwhelming, but they made it so much fun! Go to Sparks Nissan Kia and ask for Doc!

Mac and Paul made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. Mac was very knowledgeable about the Armada and spent time to go over every detail. When we went to the finance office everything was ready. Paul explained everything well and answered all of our questions. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone.

I went to Sparks Nissan of Monroe, not only did I have excellent service but my salesman was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable of the vehicle in which I was interested in purchasing. Chaten Singh is the salesman I highly recommend for to seek out who are wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. This all could not have happened though without the incredible knowledge of the financial director Jessie Eldridge. His explanation of the warranty and exactly what they covered was exemplary straight to the point and not confusing. He was able to tell me about how my loan was broken down and again straight to the point and wasn t confusing. I highly highly recommend Sparks Nissan of Monroe for your next purchase due to there exceptional staff.

Always an awesome staff while working with my family...I may recommend knowing a salesperson in advance because the lot lizards (as I call them) chase you down no matter what..I mean clear across a long ways on foot when if an interested buyer enters the lot to LOOK.. they do not want a sales person down their throats immediately...relax guys..be more like Lisa Kay Moore and BE the sale...No offense Lisa.. but you are the Bomb Diggity!!!! Anyways..the staff at Sparks Nissan is usually and generally nice and professional...Kudos on an awesome clean ride and what the wife was looking for even though she parted with her fave despite its high gas use during these times.. again Thank you Lisa Kay Moore for your awesome Attitude and Professionalism at Sparks

Our experience was amazing because of our salesperson Ms. Tiffany C...With the shortage of vehicles and increase on prices she made a special effort to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Because of her wonderful customer service we left that car lot without any regrets...how often can you say that when leaving a dealership?
