I don t understand the negative reviews about Doc. He is an amazing salesman! If you re thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership, ask for Doc! He knew everything there was to know about my pathfinder. He s even text me to make sure I didn t have any questions days after I bought it. I couldn t be more pleased. Thank you Doc!Now the finance guy, im giving 2 stars. He upset me when he was joking with my husband about me being bossy. Not funny at all.He only gets 2 stars because he did explain the warranty and financing in detail and took the time to go over everything with us after hours I might add.I will buy from them again because of Doc.

I have purchased 2 Altimas from Sparks and have been happy. But recently , my husband was looking for a used car. He was told by others at Sparks to see "Doc". He supposedly had just what we were looking for. Through deception on the selling price, my husband was lied to and defrauded on actual price of car. I will seriously consider doing business here again. Or definitely use a different salesman. So sad. Thought Sparks was trustworthy until now

Love this place. Garrett in the service/parts department is the best. Great customer service and knowledgeable. I drove almost two hours for a part bc they was the closest dealership that had the part instock and had the correct part, he double checked to make sure the part was actually instock then held it until I arrived. I will recommend this place especially Garrett to anyone

Horrible! I'm a mom of 2 in desperate need of a good reliable vehicle after being in an abusive relationshipand my car was mostly destroyed by my ex boyfriend but luckily I got out alive, so I go here thinking these people would help me bc I am offering to pay 18,000 Down!! Some guy named " Doc " had me believing he would help me find a decent used car, I wasted nothing but time and gas money driving there! So I texted him what I was looking for my max price range and he texts me back he had found me a car! I was so excited, thinking this was the Lords work but boy was I WRONG, it was definitely horrible how they did me, I was told I would test drive a kia optima and it was a 2019 and had less than 50 k miles also was my price range ! I told him I would arrange a babysitter and be there first thing the next day. I got a babysitter lined out, got dressed, drove up there only to find they had SOLD it! He could have easily texted me and let me know but no way he wanted to sale me some other junk for way more! So I didn't get upset bc he had another one available, only this one had damage to the exterior, it was a BASIC model which was fine but was a year OLDER and had 10k plus miles. Still didn't get upset, I thought well maybe it will be a better deal, NOPE think again, they wanted MORE . Biggest joke of a car sales man ever. I will never go give my business to this place again. Very dishonest too caught him in 2 lies, on mileage on 2 different vehicles.

I went in today looking to buy a new vehicle and Mr. Willie Bartmess delivered as I was told he would. Great customer service, both from sales and financial services. I was nervous but they re down to earth very real and friendly. Overall a great experience today!!! #williegooddeals

Bubba made the car buying process very easy! Gave me the time and attention that was needed. He also helped me get insurance. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to all of my family and friends!

These guys ripped us for a 5000 dollar transmission when the whole time it was the fuel pump! No one wanted to claim the misdiagnosis and now we are still recovering financially because of this! Definitely a dishonest place to do business with!!!!

The AC in my wife s rogue went out she called them twice and told them EVERYTHING. They tell her it was covered under warranty for up to 5 years take it to the dealership and they call me and tell me it wasn t covered because of the mileage. My wife told the man how many miles we re on the vehicle over the phone. Then wanted to charge $160 plus tax to just look at it on a diagnostic tester. Before parts, labor, etc. Rip off!!!!!

This is the place to go. Very laid back I felt comfortable from the time I walked in to leaving in my new vehicle. Ask for Henry to show you around he was super helpful and Paul was great in finances.

It took right at 3 hrs to get oil change, tires rotated, car wash. They forgot car wash , had to go back to do that. Got down the road....my tires were not rotated! I took it back, mentioned this, i know which tire was what....they said they did...and went back to put more air to make all even. I watched. Not good services today at all! Very disappointed!

Best ever experience at a dealership!! I know that all salesmen work for commission... but for the first time ever I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me, and it wasnt just about the money.
