There were some issues with my service which was no fault of theirs so it took longer than expected to get everything done. While I was waiting Anna was super nice and helpful. She kept me updated throughout the process and even offered to take me to the ATM to avoid the credit card fee. She also stayed after they were supposed to be closed until everything was completed. The waiting area was quiet and clean and overall it was a great experience!

I was in Monroe on business today and my Honda Ridgeline started making a grinding sound. I was concerned about driving it back to Baton Rouge so I pulled into Ryan Honda without an appointment. The service manager took the time to drive my truck to hear the noise and said she needed to place the truck on the rack to inspect. They checked me in and came back and said there was a rock lodged in my brake. When I asked how much I owed her she said nothing!When I told the story to my wife she said we may have to drive to Monroe when we are ready to buy our next Honda.It is rare when a service department delights a customer in our current market.I have taught Service Marketing at LSU a wanted to recognize Ryan Honda for going above and beyond expectations!Well done!

I recently bought a used car from the dealership, so I m still experiencing follow up as a customer. So far, however, they ve been courteous, attentive, available, and honest. The circumstances, for my search were rather particular, and they really went out of their way to find a match for my needs. If this car runs as smoothly as the deal did, they ll deserve all five stars. I specifically dealt with Chad Osborn and Scott Taylor, both of whom were A+. I would recommend them for used car deals and especially if one were in the market for a new Honda. Had I had more money I might ve bought one of their new hybrids.

Since I know nothing about the details of buying a car, my salesman patiently guided me through each step from explaining everything in detail and patiently answering my questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He is going above and beyond to show me how to use my phone with the multimedia system. I will recommend him to my friends.

We have been treated very well by the dealership in an unfortunate situation. We purchased a new Honda while out of town and unfortunately had a few quality issues immediately through no fault of the dealership. However, they have been very empathetic and have worked to get all the issues repaired. The only reason I did not leave 5 stars is because our issues have required multiple trips to get repaired. This probably is not the fault of the dealership but it has been frustrating since it s a 45 minute drive one way.

The service department was ready to take my vehicle at the appointment time. Both the recall repair and an oil change were done in less than two hours. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I received text updates during the service time. Super service!

I had an appointment to get my oil changed and I was having issues with the steering wheel on my 2023 Honda CRV. I got there a few minutes before 9:30 since that is when my appointment was and I gave them my keys and they took it back. I sat there until 12 which is 2 1/2 hours, this whole time I was thinking they must be fixing the issue with my steering since I have been here so long. I finally went up there and asked if there was an update and she went and checked. She came back with my keys and told the oil change had been done and for my steering wheel they will have to order a part that is on back order and will take a few months to get here. My car had been parked in the front for no telling how long as I sat there waiting on them. This was the first time I have had to come in since buying my car, the people there are very nice but guess I just had a bad experience this time. Also a little frustrated with Honda in general that my 2023 that I have had less than a year needs to be fixed already and that this is an issue many people are having.

They salespeople went over and beyond to put me in a vehicle I wanted with the price I was most comfortable with. Last vehicle they sold me lasted 9 years no problems, not one repair ever. 10 out of 10 . I highly recommend!

Sierra was my personal contact and salesperson. She was amazing, and I can imagine all the salesperson there are also also amazing. When I walked in, I told her, look, before I waste your time and your time, I want to tell you my credit history and what kind of car I wanted. She laughed and said Ms. Rosie you will leave with your new Honda Accord. Before we were through, she said you have been approved. Wow, I couldn't believe it at first. It took me the third day to make up my mind and I have my new Honda Accord. Thank you Honda
