If I could give zero stars, sadly I would. I ve had my car cleaned here many times and it s been hit or Miss but never as bad as it was today. I paid for the highest car wash. They gave me my keys and the inside had clearly been water hosed down and not touched otherwise. They took it back and cleaned it again and it s still terrible. I waited well over an hour and 15 minutes with two young children for my car to still have to be cleaned after I leave. Another fun fact is that I walked out to get quarters out of my car a few minutes after I dropped it off so we could get my toddler something from the vending machine and the guy vacuuming my car said he had vacuumed up all of the quarters from my door? Everything in my center console has been overturned too. I will go somewhere else permanently. Pictures are from after BOTH washes when I was taking my car from the lot.

Do not go to Rocket Lube for a car wash. The service and the staff are lousy. They do not care about the nasty job they do, they only care about the high prices you pay to get a car wash. When I brought this to their attention, they did nothing. They acted like I did not exist and walk away from me and went and sit down. One of the employees had a Dodge vehicle and they walked away from doing nothing on my vehicle (that I paid for), and started cleaning the vehicle for the employee. They do not show concern for the customer, only concern is for the employee with a vehicle. The dirt that I had on my car when I drove in is still on the car and I paid for inside and outside but absolutely nothing was touched inside. They will not see me again. A business that need to close down!

BEWARE!!!My parents had the oil changed in their Kia before they sold it to me. After I bought the car from them the oil light came on. Looked under the hood and found out that the workers didn t put the oil cap back on and they put the drain plug back on with a metal washer. It didn t create a seal. All the oil was completely out of the car! Ruined the engine and I had to buy a new car because of their mistake!

My truck was serviced quickly. The biggest disappointment was when my truck was brought back around there were oily handprints on the hood, on the external of my door, internal of my door, on the steering wheel and on my dash. I was asked if I wanted a paper towel when I brought it to their attention. I cleaned it myself. There is better service in town.

I got up on a Saturday morning, went and had my oil changed with Free car wash. I stayed outside the whole time. Usually the will let you look at the dip stick when they change the oil. That didn t happened. When they were done, oily hand prints & feet prints in the car. 2 days later I notice my antenna missing. I called up there, the girl said usually they will put in between the seats, under the seats or in the trunk. You re kidding me right! The curly dark blonde headed lady said. We can no longer have this discussion til you go look and call me back.. I called her back told her no it s not no where. She said well the boss will be in tomorrow, we will look at the cameras. She called me back the next day, we have it. I asks was it broke because the other screw piece is still down where my antenna is suppose to be.. went by there the next day Friday before closing the blonde lady met me outside. I said you sure it s not broke? Some of the paint was missing off it. Had the nerve to ask was I having a bad day. Naw but I m about to be. No apologies whatsoever. She needs to be fired. We have been coming here for years. They lost my business of at least ten years. I hope his attitude adds lots of money to your business. I will not spend money at a place that treats me the way he did. I was giving a second chance to this place, the last time they changed the oil in my truck the filter was left loose and left leaking. No thanks. To make other places that do not have an attitude problem.

It was extremely busy at 8:15 in the morning on a Monday. Perhaps other days are faster but it took an hour for an oil change and a car wash. No upgrades no specials just the basics. Would go there again but not when I'm on a time schedule.

Have been coming here for several years. The last time my husband was there his ear buds were taken and yesterday my change was rifled thru, taken and pennies were left. Not a great amount of money but i hate dishonest people. We are 75+ years old and have always gotten a discount without asking. No discount yesterday. Will not be back.

The worst and most dishonest service I have ever used. I chose to go there because I figured they would be honest and do a good job. I was COMPLETELY WRONG !I called ahead of my appointment and got everything set up. They said they had everything needed for my oil change. I talked to the actual oil change guy about what I needed and he said that they will get it done. I go inside and sit down for 5 minutes. A man walks in and tells me that they don t have the (5w 30) oil for my truck but they have a different kind that is basically the same thing. I told him that I did not want any other oil in my truck than what the truck actually calls for. I told the guy that I would like to take my truck somewhere else.He went outside and said he would get the truck ready to leave. He comes back in 3 minutes later and says that they found the oil sitting in the corner. I asked to see the bottle. He leaves againHe comes back in to tell me that they have dumped the oil in my truck before they knew that they didn t have what we originally agreed on. They had to go to autozone and get the oil that I asked for.They put the right oil in my truck and proceed to charge me $84 for an oil change that I can get $20 cheaper at another place. (Again, I went there because I thought they were professional )Dishonesty is how you lose customers. They have lost me for life. I will never go back. After waiting over a hour for an oil change and wash I had my backseat soaked with water. They tell me I need to go have it checked out lol. I ve never had any problems with it leaking. Try them if u want but it ll be my last time.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I have used this business for a long time but today a co- worker and I went through and they did not do a good job for either of us. The outside was ok but they did not wipe the dashboard or the cup holders or anything else and did not vacuum well. And my good pen is missing! Very disappointed today. Basically drove through the car wash and the employees dried it off for $21 Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Fast and Efficient service for an inspection sticker - in and out no hassle. Also, Rocket offered excellent differential services. All staff were professional and kept me informed as I waited in their comfortable waiting area.

Worst service, called to complain and lady I talked to was rude. Got the top wash package, paid to add Armor All and they didn t even wipe down the passenger side dash, same dust was still there. They do a fairly good job and usually not a long wait. However on our last time there, my wife also paid extra for tar removal along with their best carwash. When we were about to enter the vehicle to leave she noticed no tar had been removed. Upon reporting this we were told that this was overlooked by the employees which we could understand and said they would get right on it. After waiting 30 to 40 minutes and nothing was yet being done, we requested and were refunded the extra cost for the tar removal and we left. We may try this carwash again in the future.

I had my oil changed here for the first time to give them a try since I lived close by, and my usual place was not open yet...and the very NEXT day my car wouldn t start. I have NEVER had any problems before. I wish I would have never went. I tried to save a dollar because Im a single mom but it cost me more than I could have imagined. You have to get out of your car and wait inside so you don t get to watch them. My car had to be towed to the shop. Be careful with this place. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Hopefully this review will help save someone else because it s too late for me!Service: Oil change

Paid for oil change and wash. Dude comes around to let me know they're done with the oil and about to wash it. 3 minutes later they park it in front of me still dirty. I wait, thinking someone is about to pull it around. After 10 minutes I went inside and was told the wash just closed. Manager said he doesn't know what happened but they'll rain check it. Y'all can keep this place, go to power lube or car wash west instead. These folks are trash.Service: Oil change

I got an oil change, and with the oil change, I received a free car wash. They guys half washed my car and did not whip down anything on the inside. Every time o go to get a car wash, I have to go back inside to tell them to whip the inside interior or ask them to do it again because it was half done. The guys that half washed my car were in such a hurry to leave work I got a half clean car!! I understand that the car wash comes with the oil change, but it should be done right if a company is offering a service. The young lady at the front desk should take a customer service training class because she has a NASTY attitude!!! It is sad that you go to a business place for a service and get treated like you are bothering them when I am paying MY money. I receive better service at Walmart!! Family and friends must have written the reviews that are listed on google because what they are saying is not the truth. I will not spend MY money with Rocket Lube EVER again!!

I never liked them . They don't care about no one . To tell me I'm not able get inspection sticker because of Crack across windshield. I know law myself . The very rude. I only got oil change once in 21 years I been in raggly city . I thought was better opportunities. I see same kind of bs . It really hurts when just don't want no trouble . No one seems care . All about money or you just nobody . Law already the law . Even though they tell you whatever they want . Just business . No I never recommend then no one regardless . It hard out here . You see you trying make it thru your day because I don't have support system or team of individuals really care if I get stop or get in bad situation. I only rely on what I taught . I'm so glad I wasn't raised in city . To continue stay here . I got no other home . I except it . God knows best .

$80 oil changes. They did not ask what type of oil I wanted nor did anyone tell me a price until the work was done, so I was essentially FORCED to pay. I'd give them a 1. I went to get an inspection sticker on my vehicle. I sat in line 20 min. He came to my truck and told me to take my insrance, license and registration out and put on dash. I did, then he came back 10 min later to say my boss says i cant do your inspection because of the way your truck sounds. I said what???? He said he just couldn't do it... I said ok and left. I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work in Sterlington .... My thing is if you knew you wasn't going to do my vehicle. Why have me sitting there for almost 45 min looking crazy. Never again

Well... I didn't get the $119 triple flush special that was advertised and ended up paying about $60 more for a triple $50 flush (plus charge for the synthetic oil, which was to be expected). Took a rain check for the car wash as it was gonna rain that evening and the next day. Still was an ok experience overall. I'd come here again for necessary services - I just need to be sure on the pricing of things before going thru with it.

I'm from Oklahoma and I have been here twice. As far as oil change and free car wash they do an amazing job, but I always drop my vehicle off and come back to get it. Both times the lady inside consistently calls because it has not been picked up within an hour even though they aren't about to close. She always says they close at 4:30. Don't list that you close at 5, then call and say 4:30.

Disappointing with the car wash I got on 9/4/20. My rims still had dirt and grease on them. The inside wasn't cleaned...especial the console, shifter area. Spoke to Sarah and told me to bring back would wash for free. I appreciate her doing this. This was.the $28.00 wash.

10/16/2021Today was the absolute worst at Rocket Lube & Car Wash. Being Sat they were busy, I pulled up in the only open area up front got out & had a seat outside. I watched as no one asked me what I needed or a simple hello. After waiting a while, I asked why... they blamed me of coarse. For not hunting them down. And repeatedly stalled & put me perpetually last. Sorry NOT going back...Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

I was looking for an oil change place that I could trust and use as a repeatable source when I needed an oil change. I pulled up and was greeted quickly. All the guy asked is what I needed. He did not offer to ask what kind of oil, what services they offered, lube points, or anything of that nature considerate of a place like this. Upon leaving, the guys did do a good job washing my truck. I did check for a new oil filter on my engine and pulled the dipstick to make sure oil was in range of "full or add". It was. Sadly, I will not be back at this place. Way to vague in explaining services in detail as well as a suggested oil. I usually run Synthetic oil but as the oil change ticket on my window states return in 3k, I'm pretty sure they used a cheap 5w-30 conventional oil.

I went to get oil change here a week ago and my car misfired right after code P1061. I have Alfa Romeo , he claims they change oil on these cars all the time but didn t know how check my oil level in my car . I took my car to a mechanic which told me the valve could be stuck but the cause come from bad oil, bad filter, or a poorly oil change job gone wrong. When I took my car back up there the manager did nothing about it and told me it s not cause of the oil it s because your valve stuck. When ask what make it get took he say idk it just happens, remind you I m driving a brand new car I just got in the beginning of May 2021 and rocket lube did my first oil change. For you say you work on cars like mines all the time when this Monroe, La only one car lot in this small town had my car on their lot. It s very ware you re going see Alfa Romeo in Monroe, La so I knew that was a lie. Don t nobody go to them they are trash and don t change your oil properly. Now I m having to buy my own oil and pay someone else to flush my recent oil out that rocket lube put in there and get done all over again.Service: Oil change
