Highly recommend these guy's they do great work. They go above and beyond to help you out.(New Review) Had to get windshield replaced and used them again this past year 2023. Still doing great work!

I will never forget the terrible experience I had with this company many moons ago. I got a quote for replacing a windshield over the phone. There was no mention of insurance during the call. When the work was done they wanted to file it on my insurance I thought no problem. Then they told me I had to pay the deductible which was higher than the original quote. When I disagreed with the bill, they told me they were keeping my car with a mechanic's lien until I paid the amount they were demanding. They ended up being paid 3X the original quote after insurance paid.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They came and got my car, delivered it back when they were done, even put me an inspection sticker on, best price in the twin cities!!!

This place is terrible. They didn t repair my daughters windshield correctly, so it started leaking and mold was in her car on 2 different occasions. She has taken it to them to fix twice and they just try and seal it and the 2nd time they sealed it again and you can see the sealant. It looks terrible. We requested our money back and she got rude with us. She wouldn t look in her files to show how much we paid and told us we have to bring our receipt. I told her I would wait until she found the receipt and to discuss with her brother. She told me to get out, because I wasn t waiting in front of her. I told her I would just wait here and she called the police. I did tell her I would get an attorney. She proceeded to say that s fine and I will have my attorney. The officers were very nice and advised us how to handle this situation. We will be getting an attorney to deal with the rude lady(Cindy). Please don t use this company and let your friends know about what they put my daughter thru and how terrible the work is. They don t even deserve 1 star in the rating.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield leak repair

I called Cindy and Lawson They said Hm come on over .I went right over to there place in Monroe They were very friendly joking around talking with me treating me like family. Best price for a windshield in Quachita Parrish period. took about 30 minutes and they were done. I had a brand new windshield. Y'all go see Port City Glass. Professional people. I don t even want to give them 1 star! Worst customer service ever! The blonde lady up front is extremely rude. She actually got in my face because we brought some glass back they cut wrong! She said they don t cut glass?? Not to mention they scratched my boyfriend s 80k truck installing a windshield and basically said oh well. Offered him 100 bucks..but then offered to cut some glass he needed for something else for free. Ha! She then tells him they re doing him a favor! I listened to her rude comments for as long as I could take it and finally told her she was rude! She literally screamed at me, put her finger in my face and told me to leave and never come back! Honey you don t have to worry about me gracing those doors again. Customers beware she is horrendously rude!Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Had my windshield and back driver side window replaced and they did an amazing job. Excellent customer service. I walked in and they took my truck back within minutes and had it completed shortly after. Very pleased with this company. Even the guy that replaced my windows was very respectful.

Very fast and very affordable !!! My daughter and I went in to have the windshield replaced in my 05 f250 and by the time we stopped visiting with the other customers our truck was done. It seemed like no time at all. The office was very inviting to sit and chat.

I don t understand how this place gets so many recommendations when the lady at the front could care less whether she gets your business or not! And why can t workers rotate lunches and not make customers wait for them to return from lunch! Makes no sense-figure it out! Would never attempt to use them again!!!! Acme is only $15 more and way more accommodating.

The quality of work was not the issue. The poor customer service from the owner himself was the problem. We called and got a quote on a window. It was the cheapest in town, by far. They said it would be over a week to ship it. So they offered overnight shipping for $45. We did that. My wife called the day it was supposed to come in to check on it. The owner got on the phone and said it wasn't in. So we asked for the $45 back since it didn't come in on time. The guy got very rude with her and told her she can pay it or leave. Mind you the rudeness did not go both ways. The, owner or manager, which ever it was could use a lesson or two in customer service. The quality and timelyness of the job was, however, great.

I had an appointment for 8AM and was there at 7:45. They serviced my car immediately and didn't make me wait. The process took 15 minutes. The staff was nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone for winshield repair.

I suspect they cover their bad reviews with good ones. Horrible customer service!!! Never have I felt so belittled! I came in for a inspection sticker I got all my paperwork and went elsewhere. I really hope that lady was the owner screwing up her own business. If she s a employee she should be fired.

On 08/24/15 around 10:15am, I a black man entered the Port City Glass & Paint Business, a white woman and a white man were sitting at their desks behind their computers. I stood in front of the white woman's desk. The woman was on the phone, neither one spoke to me as I stood there. About 30 seconds later, two white men walked in, and the woman leaned over looking past me, asking the two white me, "Can I help you" and began to wait on them. I could not believe what I was experiencing in Monroe, Louisiana. I politely took a step backward, turned around and exited the building, got into my car, drove a few blocks down the street to Acme Glass. Upon entering that establishment, two employees were acknowledging me, "Good morning, what can we do to help you". It was their respect that took some of the void feeling away that was in the bottom of my stomach. This is not my opinion, but the facts, you chose your own opinion.

I would ride around without a windshield or any other glass before Port City Glass EVER touches my truck again!!!!! If it was possible this place would'nt even recieve 1 star i'd give them nothing. I took my truck to them around the end of July 2016 to get my windshield replaced. I waited on the truck and once i recieved it the interior was filthy from where they didn't clean up after themselves, but i didn't worry about that and went on with my day. About a week later it started raining at night and my truck was pouring water into the interior of my truck while i was driving. I immediately took it up there the next day and after going back and forth with them they finally took my truck back to "fix" the leaking windshield. I waited on it again and once i got my truck the interior panels were not even put back on correctly there were cracks between the panels where my dash meets the A pillar and the headliner wasn't even pushed back under the door seals so after fixing all this stuff myself i vowed never to go there again. Well it wasn't a week later and the windshield was still leaking. So i brought my truck to Acme Glass and told them the situation and they took care of the problem, and showed me where port city didnt even have the windshield sealed off all the way around they just had spots of silicone in random places. It has been over a month and i havent had a single problem from Acme's work. I would highly suggest not going to Port City Glass.
