I m actually leaving this review a little early (4/11). I just used an extremely easy online scheduling system to book an appointment (4/12) for a front end alignment on my 2007 Ford Mustang. As usual, I popped online to research (reviews and such) the establishment so as to get an idea of what to expect.Initially, I am extremely impressed over the ease in which I could book an appointment, the availability of days and times open, the advice given regarding whether or not waiting for your vehicle is wise as opposed to leaving it with them, and last but not least, the detailed and specific responses from management to reviews posted post service.In my opinion, anyone who would take the time to educate/refresh themselves concerning the individual specifics of EACH detailed review (especially the negative ones), reputation and quality work must be vitally important to the business from the very top down. I wish for such attention to detail and addressing of any issue concerning my vehicle, no matter how small, to be a no brainer whilst it is in their care.I will be updating this review soon after my appointment is over. I will be evaluating the business with a critical yet fair eye, including quality photos. However, if the work yet to be performed is anything like what I ve experienced/read thus far, any update will only further solidify my opinion that quality and care are the basic foundational staples of this local business.-Pastor Larry Roy

Very professional and easy process from booking the appointment down to selecting what vehicle services I wanted to approve after the mechanic's inspection. Friendly staff. I even got my vehicle back the same day (water pump replacement) Definitely will be bringing my business back here for future needs

Outstanding!! Words are not enough for Parker Autos excellent services!! Their whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable, as well as fast. I got a new set of tires and waited in the HUGE lobby area with so many comforts of home! Comfy couches and even a kids toy area! Everything is so clean too! Best bathroom in town .. I will recommend Parker to everyone and I will be back if and when I need work done or an oil change!!

I was able to walk-in without an appointment to have my truck's brakes inspected a few hours before closing on a Friday. After roughly 20 minutes I received a detailed inspection report, with photos, sent directly to my phone, in addition to an invoice where I was able to select which repairs/replacements I wanted on that day. I was absolutely blown away by the efficiency and quality of service, I was there for just over two hours total for inspection and brake replacements. I will definitely be coming back here for any future auto service needs.

Excellent people, service, and work! A detailed report was given on the alignment issues and exactly what adjustments were made to correct it. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend trusting Parker Tire and Alignment with your alignment needs.

Great group of guys. Friendly and great service. Came in an hour before closing and they were willing to help me out. Ran into an issue and they stayed an hour late just so I could get back on the road that night. Highly recommend!!

I went to Parker to get my brake pads replaced. I received two emails, the first email contained my inspection and the second email contained estimates for labor which required immediate attention. I was impressed with the environment and customer service.

These guys were the only shop willing to even look at my Commander and get her running again and I am beyond impressed with them. It was quite a bit of work but they were very efficient and kept me up to date every step of the way. Personally, I m glad that I spoke to the same person every single step of the way. Richie was great to work with and I didn t have to worry about the this guy said this and the other guy said blah blah blah confusion. I hope I don t need this depth of repairs needed again on any of our other cars but Parker s Tire is going to be my first call if (when) I do.

We have a Volkswagen and it s very hard to find a place that will work on foreign vehicles. They got my car in for new brakes the same day and did an excellent job. 10/10 recommend

Friendly, personable, knowledgeable staff and very accommodating! Trey always get me in to keep my ride tuned up, and he and Andrew never hesitate to discuss all the car-things with me when I ask my random questions! I don t trust many when it comes to working on my BabyA, but I know when I drop her off with Parker, she s in great hands!

Clean facility with very nice waiting area. Staff is very friendly. Because it was a fairly lengthy electronic process they were working on, they were kind to give me a ride home around lunchtime. I ll be happy to use them again. AAA members receive a discount, too!

My first time here was great. I needed an alignment done and they weren t busy at all so my whole visit was about a hour and 15 mins max. The customer service was amazing. The technicians were very knowledgeable. They let me know that I had the incorrect tire size on my rims that I purchased from somewhere else. They made sure my visit went well and contacted me a few days later after my service was completed. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
