I experienced a malfunction with a tie rod end and subsequently placed an order for two replacements, scheduled for delivery on April 17, 2024. Upon realizing the items had not arrived, I contacted customer service, who informed me that the products had been packaged for shipment two days prior but had not yet been dispatched. Despite my request for a refund to facilitate immediate acquisition from a local retailer, I was informed that a refund could not be processed due to the items being already packaged. Furthermore, there was no option available to redirect the delivery to a nearby store. This situation highlights inefficiency in the handling of the package over a three-day period and a lack of viable solutions provided by the customer support team.

My sister's car was having issues in Delhi so I had to drive back to Monroe for a needed part. Billy in Rayville had called to make sure they had the part. The part was waiting on me when I got there!!!Thanks for store to store team work

Stopped in to get my battery checked. I was greeted as soon as I walked inside. Someone was outside checking my battery in minutes of my arrival. No cost at all. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I bought a throttle body does (Not come with gasket)one man said bring back the old on after I did another said I need the box I will never make the mistake again I'm my own machanic. The store was clean the customer service was good the first time I went. Spent like $200 . P.S Now where on the box say bring back the box.

Know these guys on a first name basis and they're always eager to help me find stuff even though I pretty much know where everything is.They'll do their best to help you get your vehicle going, keep it going, and looking good!I definitely have no problem giving them my endorsement and feel confident you can find what you need, or they'll tell you where you can find it even if it's at a competitors business.This is one place where You take center stage and are without a doubt their highest priority.Mohawk

I went there to get a cab in air filter for my vehicle but they didn't have it in stock. Though that was a bummer. I asked the guy that looked it up if I could look around and ask a few questions about cost of some part I was thinking about replacing.As well as a few more annoying things that I really wanted info on. The guy at the counter was calm cool and very professional. I didn't get his name but I did ended up spending $70 on thing I probably shouldn't have. The guy at the counter really made me feel comfortable at that place... Thanks brother..

Bought a cvx Axle for my car, they had to order it. The parts arrived less than expected and tomorrow I will replace it Saving thousands of dollars in labor charges. Great place to buy car parts.

Always one of the best parts stores to go to. Their staff is very knowledgeable when most other parts stores are not. And their service is way faster than their competitors! I love going to O'Reillys for all my auto parts!

Adding to my 5-Star review from a year ago:I've been frequenting auto parts stores more than ever in the last two years, as I've finally gotten too old for the drama of choosing repairs over preventative maintenance...When I was popping in once or twice a year, I would have told you that they're all the same, but that is not the case at all. Over time I've gravitated more & more back to O'Reilly, and decided to leave a review after realizing this is now the only place I go.Compared to the other big name auto parts stores, I haven't noticed a significant difference in price on the things I've needed, anyway.I once would have driven another block or so to save a couple dollars, but it looks like I've also gotten too old to put up with bad service at any price.So, I stop at O'Reilly without question and, if at all possible, I stop at this particular one.

I called to check if a part was in stock around 4pm on a Saturday. I was told can you just come up here and check, im kinda busy right now i told him i have a part number and in 45 min away, i want to see if you have it before i make a special trip. He still insisted that he was not going to do it. Thats a bit ridiculous.

Always have the parts I need and by far the friendliest service.Not only do I suggest you use these guys, but I highly insist you consider this location as TOP spot in this category.I Won't Go Anywhere Else For My Automotive \Motorcycle Needs In Monroe.

Trell, I believe was his name, was the nicest person. I purchased a tail light and a few other things. Without asking, Trell put my back tail light in for me. I really appreciated the kind gesture because I m a clueless girl when it comes to my car. Really nice guy, I look forward to getting all of my car needs there from now on!

Terrible customer service, went in and bought several boxes of DEF fluid and did they help me carry it out? Nope, the one who rang me up ran to the back when finished and the other 2 guy stood there with their hands in their pockets and watched me make 2 trips in and out.

Guy didn't know what he was doing so we had to get someone else to assist me. Other then that a pretty good place I guess.
