The gentleman I spoke on the phone with was very kind and considerate..he sure was ready to help....he didn't lose any time to look for the part I requested!!! He was very friendly! And especially when it was only 3 minutes till closing ...now That's Great Customer Service!!

Fas and friendly service and information about town was great, worked at the NAPA in Round Rock Texas, would consider working at this location too clean and ready for business

Will put you hold and never come back on the phone. Had low supplies for paint materials and had no clue when truck ran. Also only one person knows about paint stuff in store. All others are clueless about paint and paint supplies.
