They were nice, but two out of four tires failed in the sidewall. They also do not balance your tires. They just throw them on there. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are much better places to buy used tires in Ouachita Parish.

Very nice, helpful employees! They do have good deals on tires but you also get what you pay for. I've got some good tires from here before, but I have also purchased duds from here so look before you buy unless you just need a very short temporary lived tire. I have a dry-rotted one on my car I'm getting replaced that I bought from here.

Had a totally phenomenal experience with them. Would highly recommend revisiting them. The owner is a very humble and honest man. I recently got my car fixed by them and am very happy with their service. Very approachable and affordable compared to other establishments around.

Got quick service at a price almost half what I was quoted elsewhere. Got my oil changed next day was quick and affordable. Cash over card helps with cost.

I was recommended to this place by a friend a few months ago.. I had to get two used front tires. Excellent service.. tires are still going strong.. and they got me in and out quick!! Today I returned for two back tires and service and quality remain the same. Highly recommend.

They are ok and friendly... I didn't recieve my change from a service, but when I realized, I called and the boss told me no problem come back and get it...

Had a blowout on Sunday and they were the only place open. Was going to get just a used tire until Monday but the guys were so nice and I ask about one new tire instead. Long story short, I bought two brand new tires and was told if I came back they would make me a deal on two more. I said that I only get paid once a month and with Christmas shopping, I just could not do it until January. I was told no problem I would still get a discount next month. I will be there when I get paid and get two more. Thanks, guys for working on Sunday.

Great tire shop for quick repairs. They prices are very reasonable and the owner is very nice. They're open until 6 most days and all holidays.

Went in about an hour before they closed and needed a new tire. They didn't have one there but was able to quickly get one that would fit our truck. Workers were nice

I went to this place wait 1hour. I got 4 tires truck tires for 180. As I was leaving the manager tells me the tech messed up my studs 2 bring it back. So I go and park my truck. When I went back 2 get my truck 1 tire was flat. My uncle couldn't get it off. I calls them back they send someone 2 air it up. Drive it back there they tell me I drove it and got a nail in it. Not only that now I need 5 lugs. After $55 more I got another tire. Just sad

These guys are so honest and caring! On a hot May SUNDAY trip back to Texas from Mississippi we had a blow out. No tire sales shops were open except these guys who were to close in 10 min. When they heard our dilemma they said they d wait on us to arrive which was a half hour later. Not only did they wait but they found a suitable used tire for a VERY low price and got us on our way in less than 30 minutes! We felt so blessed by this business and hope they will be successful!!

I was very satisfied and pleased. We bought a tire last Friday, and it went flat. Called them about it and they told me to come in Monday. They exchanged the old one for a new tire. Very pleased with their service. Go there for all your tire needs!!!

We were traveling from Texas to Florida ard were losing air pressure in the tire. Filled it twice and going down faster and faster. Hard to find a tire store open on Sunday but found this one. They were incredibly helpful. Inside of tire rim was bent. They put on the spare for us and are going to fix the rim and we will pick it up on the way back. Nice guys. Great service. Thankful that they were here!

This is the best place I've found to have anything done with tires and rims. Atif and everyone that works here provides excellent customer service and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you back on the road. They have the best selection of used and new tires plus rims. Shop around if you want but they consistently have the best prices from Jackson Mississippi to Shreveport Louisiana.

Very knowledgeable and understanding folks. They went as far as hanging out after theyre usual hours so that i could run to the atm. Not alot of goljs would do that this day and age!

These guys are awesome. They were open on SUNDAY and helped get a friends car off the side of the road and put a tire on it quickly. Got them back rolling. Would definitely recommend

I get a brand new set of tires every year. Last year, in 2017, I got a set from them and they were good tires but now I'm getting a new set elsewhere, come to find out they stripped my lug screw and it is damn near impossible to get tire off and other places won't touch it so now I have to try to get this thing off before they'll put a new tire on! They didn't tell me nothing of this. I won't go back. They'll damage your property and won't tell you anything about it as long as they get paid.

I took my car here after noticing I had a leak. They fixed the leak but damaged the stud and hub of the wheel. While they did make a mistake they've been very adamant about fixing their mistake after speaking with their management. These days it seems a lot of companies don't do the right thing, but Monroe Tires and Rims have earned my respect and my repeat business.

My Altima has rims and a lock which I didn't have. They were the "Only" tire shop to fix my tires for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will be coming back.
