They did a wonderful job on my tint.The lady at the front desk customer service skills are wonderful and impeccable she is so nice and I really appreciate her she is such a light.

Wow on the Customer Service!!!! They just helped me land the biggest surprise for my daughter's 17th birthday they let me pay over the phone because my husband and I are over the road truck drivers. We had our oldest daughter (who is a half day senior at West Monroe ) go drop our birthday girl's Yukon off to be tinted. Well sure enough, we had a frantic girl calling us at about 3:10pm, because her truck was "missing" . So her daddy coaxed her to walk the block from the school to the shop and there it was. Y'all did a fantastic job Magic Tint!!!!! Thanks so much for the amazing customer service The quality work and The great price

I had my wife s 2019 Honda Pilot windows tinted here last week. Took it back today, because one of the windows tint didn t go all the way to the edge of the window. Had a pretty ugly gap in the tint. Once there, the guy came out and immediately started giving an excuse why it wasn t his fault, cars are made cheap today etc etc. I m giving 3 stars because they did fix the window and I didn t have to pay anything else, but to blame it on a brand new $40,000 car is ridiculous. Either you can tint the windows right the first time or not, maybe walk around and ensure you did a good job before handing it back to the customer, especially a week old car that stickers for $40,000. Throwing out excuses why you did a half way job is ridiculous. No way to do business.

I got my Toyota t100 tinted at Magic a couple days ago and I couldn t be more pleased with it. I got 30% on front two doors and 5% on back quarters and backglass and they did an awesome job.

Magic done a truck for me many years ago. When checking out the newly tinted windows, I noticed black tape on the edges of the new tint. When asking them, they said it was necessary because how the truck glass was made (Chevy x-cab). The tint was cut short and daylight came through after removing a piece of the tape (or black pinstripe). Also where mounting holes for the x-cab windows were, the tint was cut out too much there as well and a black marker was used to look like window tint. There was many tiny bubbles in the tint almost in every window.After talking to the owner about everything and the tiny trash bubbles, he said it s because the truck was older and if I wanted a cleaner tint job done, I d need to have a newer truck (my truck was 4yrs old). He offered to redo the truck, but I wouldn t have any future warranty on the new tint job, because they will have already used the warranty replacement. The new tint work was much better, but I started using ?� (!$ to avoid customer services like this again.

I had a windshield replaced here and got the front two windows tinted also got a,two year inspection sticker all for under $300 they did a superb job would recommend them to anyone!

Very rude receptionist. She told me to bring my car at 1:30 and when I brought it at 1:05 she said she couldn t take my car bc other ppl came in. Time management is key!
