They were so nice and quick. Called with extra questions. Even fixed a tire I didn t realize had a problem. Dropped off before work and it was done before noon. Thanks y all

My wife who is from our of town came by just to get a flat fixed. She's by herself with a kid with her with air leaking rapidly, the man she talk to was rude and told her he couldn't do it and that she was not the only one with flats. I hope his wife doesn't get stranded like that and if she does I hope someone is nice enough to help her. People just don't care and I'm glad I don't live in a big city.

My Four star rating is offered to one of the two owners (I understand it is owned by two brothers), with the caveat that it disregards the surly attitude of the other. If you visit the store, you will have no problem recognizing the one to whom I refer if he "serves" you. If he is the only one available, just leave.Both owners know their business from a technical standpoint, and they offer a range of quality products at competitive prices. I have bought tires from them twice. Each time, on follow-up visits I had to convince this defensive man behind the desk that I was not blaming Eberts for my problem (unbalanced front tire(s)), I just needed help with it. His solution was that I buy a new pair of tires for the back (they were worn to the wear bar, it's a Mercedes, etc, etc.) to see whether that helped. Then we could more easily isolate the problem.I left without buying anything or receiving any further advise. I returned the next day just to see if I had misunderstood him. Nope; that was the extent of his "help".If you don't care about customer service, Eberts Tire and Rim sells good products at good prices. And one of the owners is a pleasure to deal with; very helpful and responsive. If you do care, there's a 50/50 chance he will be there to take care of you.

Took the time to find and order the exact tires my husband wanted for his "vintage" 1991 Toyota pickup. They came in quickly and they got them on just as fast! Highly recommend!
