I would like to take the time to let anyone who reads this that these guys are who you want looking at your chassis, truly honest, and great work. One Collision Center said they had replaced a part that was not ( this was a nightmare won't say who it was here, but message me, and I'll let u kmow) the guys at Brown fixed that part, it went out again, they fixed it again no charge, and again they fixed it a third time. ( they found a defect in the rubber in the part 2 times) the third time we went back, it had caused the cv axle to go out too.. they replaced the CV shaft and the parts that were replaced prior. They only charged labor for the cv axle. I'm telling you I was so impressed with the pride in their work and the INTEGRITY these gentlemen have every day. Day in and day out, no questions asked, I'll bring my vehicles back here anytime they need work. 6 stars if I could.

These guys did a great job working on my truck; I ran into a few issues that were discovered while installing a suspension system on a Wednesday, I called Brown Radiator that day and these folks had it fixed by 2pm Thursday. Very pleased and super helpful! Chris, the man at the counter, was on the ball and facilitated great customer service! Great job!

If you need to have your vehicle's front end aligned this is your best bet. Not only do they do alignments, but they will drive your vehicle and tell you what you need.They also do Radiator repair and replacement.

Buck down at Brown Radiator and Alignment was the best alignment guy I've ever run across! I brought in a Winnebego RV on a Sprinter 3500 chassis and he did an amazing job. He knows all the old school ways! When he got done he made sure all my tires were topped off with the right air pressure. He got me right in and right out one happy customer.

I will be taking my business here from now on with every vehicle. They're honest and fair with pricing. They got the job done in a timely manner. I had no problems whatsoever, and they were very upfront and blunt about the details of repairs. I recommend to anyone in need of vehicle repair services.

Very friendly folks and very knowledgeable about vehicles. They give you an appointment and if you re there they get on it immediately. They drive your vehicle to hear and feel what you do and bring it back in the shop and two or three different techs look at it to make sure nothing was missed. I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the people there. Won t ever take mine anywhere else for front end work. Thanks guysService: General repairs & maintenance

After the dealer said my 2022 Ram was within spec, it still pulled to the right. Brought it to Browns and they were eager to take it on and got it done right. It was great to see their personnel strive for perfection. True professionals. 10 stars.

Got me in for an alignment and discovered my old 2007 Ram needed extensive front-end work. They were able to get the parts and install them while I was there. It was a good 3 hour job. Their sterling reputation is well earned.

I, as my father, have used these guys for years. You will not find a better shop. The alignment guys are the best I ve found and I ve traveled to several states.

Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. Wouldn't go anywhere else for an alignment between the price, precision, and pretty much wide open choice on how you want them aligned if your going for something special, like a racing weekend or a car show.

Best place in town to have your radiator fixed and your front end aligned. Their techs are very knowledgeable and their customer service is Top notch. My family and I have been doing business here for over 30 yrs. And we have never had a bad experience...

One of the few radiator shops around. I find this company to be honest with the assessment of a radiator problem. For example they could have stated that I needed a new radiator on my Chevy truck, but no it was just the hoses. Most people probably don t have their radiator serviced. It is something to be done occasionally and this is the shop to have that performed. Highly recommended.

I had the unexpected happened to my truck which was a radiator leak on my Silverado truck. Truck was horribly acting up badly out of nowhere. I called this place and talked with Chris, gratefully they was able to fit me in for today. I can gladly say, they took care of the problem and got me in and out of there. Thank you guys

Mitch was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and professional. He was straight forward regarding what my truck needed. He fixed what he could and clearly explained what additional work needed to be completed. I followed his instructions and my problem is now completely resolved. I highly recommend these guys!

Hands down the best customer service I ve ever experienced with any vehicle maintenance business! I called at 7:30 this morning and asked to make an appointment to get the noise in my front end fixed. They asked where I was and told me to come right over. I was pulling OUT of their parking lot at 7:50 with a quiet car and a business card to share with my friends and family. When I asked how to pay the guy said don t worry about it, just don t forget about us. I will definitely will not forget them and I will use Brown s forever! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I was very impressed. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and honest. I thought that my radiator had a crack in it so they ordered a radiator for my Cadillac. I dropped my car off and they called and told me that my radiator wasn't cracked. There was a hose that was leaking and they replaced it. To replace my radiator would've been $500+. To replace the hose was only $140+. Then they told me about some other issues that I was having with my car and advised me to get it to a mechanic. They could've replace the radiator, took my $500 and sent me on my way. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Them seemed nice and got done fast but they did not inform me that's I needed to get tires before an aliment so I ended up wasting $100 cause I had to get it done again after

These guys give honest work at a decent price. You're really not going to go wrong here. They're not shady at all. When they are busy, you may want to mind where you are in line. They sometimes have trouble communicating between them, which will cost you if you are in a hurry.
