Store manager Josh did an awesome job! Called me back when he said he would, impressed already! The gentleman who installed my battery was thorough and did it right! After going into O'Reilly auto next door, and returning to batteries plus, I truly saw the difference great customer service makes. Will return and will recommend, thanks!

Each time we go in the heavy set older guy refuses to keep the warranty and makes excuses. He tries to make you feel like you don t understand how a battery works. My husband who is a mechanic over 20 years understands and was told he was wrong about how a charge concerning batteries works.

Buyer beware!!The owner is extremely rude and aggressive. Honoring battery warranties is frowned upon at this location. You will be ridiculed for exchanging a dead cell battery under warranty. The owner does not value his loyal customers and has lost this customer's business.

Battery: I wish I had reviewed this company prior to purchasing a battery from here a little over a year. I have returned to this place 5x since purchasing. At least 5 months after installment my battery goes dead every month. Im literary charging my battery in an 2019 altima weekly. Why? There is nothing wrong with alternator per dealship and battery plus. Every time i go the manger states he wont be able to be reimbursed for the battery eventhough there is a 3 yr.warranty. Its not the customers fault.

Emailed the store on Friday night and have yet to receive a response on Sunday night. That email is a huge thing in your store income. I'll never stop here due to your incompetence. Forwarded it all to corporate.As a previous employee of a Batteries Plus franchise, not this one, it was understood we logged into the email and checked it upon opening every single day. That is obviously not important to you. You lost my business, and I will not use you, but, I will use any of your competitors around the area when im in that area just because of this. It's pathetic and seriously unprofessional. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If I could put zero stars, I would. Thank you for leaving me out to dry in a point in time I needed help.

Great for batteries and bulbs but would not recommend them installing your car battery because they left my positive cable loose and caused some issues until it was discovered weeks later . The guy was rushing to get back in store to take care of other customers.

Conveniently open on Sunday as I found out...had to have a bulb for my boat running lights in order to fish legally at night. Couldn't find it at two different auto parts supply stores...went to Batteries Plus and was able to have the sales tech to hunt the right one down..great service, comfortable atmosphere, but a bit cramped, clean and, of course, well lit!

I have always had a good experience with this store until today dealing with Jessie Cantrell. He refused to honor the price he quoted for my phone repair and when questioned about the situation he took my phone to the back and said he was removing my phone screen. My phone now displays an error code saying apple can not verify the screen due to the screen they installed. To say the least, I am very disappointed with this employee and hope he can get the proper training so other customers don t experience the same issues.

I just had the batteries changed in both my car's key fobs in less than 5 min and I'm feeling pretty accomplished right now, TBH. So, go ahead & take that dead spare key fob out of the junk drawer and throw it in the car, and the next time you pass Batteries + Bulbs with 5 minutes and $13 to spare...You know what to do.Or don't. But I bet you'll remember this moment next time you lock yourself out of your vehicle.

always expected them to be high but boy was I wrong, price was more than fair. the owner installed and thoroughly cleaned everything. Highly recommend and will come here for all my battery needs.

I am so disappointed in the management here. I went in to get a battery changed in my watch for work I saw they do key fobs. I still don't get how you break a person key and don't offer to fix the damage done. I was left to eventually tape my key back together until I can replace it. It will cost me 300.00 to have another BMW key made. Who does this

Good place. Knowledgeable staff friendly helpful. I went looking for for watch batteries for a little LED light. I no sooner said what I was looking for then a man behind the counter told me how much they were a piece. and offered a discount package of 12. Next time I get by there I want to spend a little more time in there looks like they have a lot of cool stuff.

The gentlemen were friendly and helpful. And don't let me forget, humorous. It was funny to hear the responses of people when we walk in. The salesman said, "May I help you?" The response while we were there, even mine, was, "I need a battery."I loved it! Because not one time did anyone answer with, "Do you carry this size battery, or do you have a battery for a whatever type cell phone?" It was always, "I need a battery." I wanted to say, "Didn't we come to the Battery Store?"Go and visit, and just listen to the responses of the people that walk in to get a battery.Just Me, De5-13-21

Had to wait a while but when it was my turn i got the owner. He gracefully offered to stay late to fix my problem. Will be back nice friendly place

Great service! Bought a car battery here and the guys at the Monroe store installed it for me. They had to remove my backseat to replace the battery. They also found a coupon and gave me an unexpected discount.

My third or fourth time at this place, they have just about any battery for anything!Kyle at the counter was really helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase.Only reason I didn't rate 5-stars was due to place been pretty busy with customers and only one register open to check out......but these days, that seems the norm at most places.

Needed a battery. They delivered and was courteous and helpful. I visit there for watch batteries and hard to find batteries. Great visit!

My husband and I ordered a key fob for our new car through this store. They ordered one that they said was specifically for our car. We paid for the fob and programming fee. When we went back to pick up the fob, they told us the fob wasn t compatible with our car and they couldn t program it for us. We got our money back but I was very disappointed with the way the staff handled the situation. Very unfriendly and didn t care that they made a mistake. We won t be returning to this store.

Do not buy from here! I had two batteries that I paid over $400 each for that they would not warranty because they sat up for 3 months and was dead when I brought them in to check. Batteries were only 2 years old and was supposed to have a 5 year warranty.

I went here to have the screen on my iPhone 5s fixed. The screen had lifted out on one side of the phone, and there were no other problems with the phone. The guy attempted to fix the screen for me, which he did, but he cracked the screen in the process. He did not say he was sorry or accept liability for breaking it. He originally tried to blame it on me and said I brought it to him already cracked, and then all he could say after was that he had fixed the original problem and therefore didn't know what my problem now was. He eventually offered that he could put a new screen on for me at half the price ($70), which I do not find satisfactory. I left the store as he would refuse to do anything for me unless I paid half the cost. I would not recommend going to this store to have your iPhone screen fixed.

I called 24hrs ahead, needed my phone camera replaced, was told the product was in stock and could be replaced same day. After a 30min commute I was told that the part was not in stock and that it would need to be shipped, which I would have to pay for. Nice guys, poor execution.

Took almost three times longer to replace a cell phone battery than they said it would. I asked if I could be checked out prior to completion to speed up the process and was told I could not. The store was dirty also with dust on several products. 2 of the 3 people in the store did not seem particularly concerned with the fact that it was taking so long to replace my battery and seemed like they really didn't care that there was a customer in the store judging by the language I overheard while they were in the back of the store.

They have really nice selection of batteries, it's the place if you're in need of good price on a battery. There is a nice choice of other electronic items also and they're in a good location.

Daughter went today and told the guy she had a old battery in her car but she couldn't carry it. The guy was visibly annoyed he had to go get it. Once she told the guy she needed to purchase a new golf cart battery, his response was " Well I hope your Daddy gave you a bunch of money." Won't go back!
