All these parts stores are the same. Availability drives customer, but at a cost. Priced a Mercedes Throttle body here...$460. Purchased same make model and brand for $80 bucks on ebay. I will let you decide

I wasn t greeted or asked if I needed help but I m pretty resourceful so I found the bulb number myself I stood in line waiting for the next associate to knowledge me the gentleman folding boxes was very polite and eventually asked if I needed to check out and then grabbed a couple more products that I wanted to try and this time a different sales associate checked me out but when I asked about the products he told me he was something else and then didn t really seem interested in him talking to me I m

Great customer service! The salesman saw me looking under my hood and came outside to assist me then walked me inside right to the product I needed then quickly checked me out at the register.

I pulled in because my car was overheating. I didn't know what I was doing but Mr CJ helped me out so much. He didn't have to help as much as he did but I'm so thankful for him. Thank you again!

Needed new wiper blades for my vehicle and I didn't want to make appointment at the dealership. Auto Zone had the wipers for my model car and they installed it for free. Great service and profesional.

I raised my hood in the parking lot and almost within seconds one of the employees came out & ask if I needed assistance. Two different employees were helping me with my fuses & looking up something else I needed. The store was a little busy but they were all very friendly & efficient never acting like they were bothered to have so much going on in different directions-which is what I usually have encountered at other auto parts stores.

This place and their employees have been great in my time of need post hurricanes. With their help, I have been able to keep my generator running so we could be reasonably comfortable and not lose 2 freezers of food! I really appreciate their expertise.

Excellent Customer Service. My battery died on me last night. Called Mr. Willie at about 7:30 and explain the situation, he helped me get the right battery and get it installed quickly. So quick, that I was able to have breakfast and make it to work on time. These guys are amazing at what they do; going over and beyond to provide quality customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone. Truly gratifying after an experience I had at another location. Five Thumbs up gentlemen.

I understand that they're not a mechanic shop but I needed assistance putting a light bulb in, just some direction and they were rude when I went back in to ask for a little bit more instruction because I couldn't get the light bulb back in the headlight assembly the man behind the counter was rude and walked off. I understand they were short-handed but there was no one in the store at that time when I went back in begging for help and I was discarded and sent on my way. Thank goodness there was a young gentleman that helped me. I will never go to them again...EVER!!!!!

Was a great experience as a single female, I have to rely on the parts people's knowledge and definitely found it at this store when O'reilys had told me the part I needed was a dealership only part. The computer at Auto Zone also showed that they could not get the part I needed but the staff here had the knowledge to know that the part was right there in the store and helped me find my other things needed like oil and complete gas treatment from my whole fuel system including injectors which saved me money buying a one in all product and even though sales price buy one get one free had expired and we couldn't find my membership is they still have me the discount also which all total saved me $10 instantly and with finding that part for me saved me possibly $100 more dollars!

I went in to get some oil for my Lawnmower. The young lady behind the counter helped me immediately and answered all my questions. Also the prices are generally Okay. I have since been back once and this will be one of my go to stores for a long time!Great Job Autozone!

They had the replacement low beam I needed for my car, but did not put it in like every single time I have been there or any AutoZone in the past. Will be my last time as a customer to this store.

My review is in regards to a phone call I made checking prices and warranties on parts for a vehicle. Phone calls and price checks from potential customer is a part of YOUR JOB. Being rude is NOT. Using a condescending tone of voice is NOT. If you don't like answering the phone, answering questions about parts or checking prices on parts, if you're dissatisfied and unhappy with your job, if you haven't the patience for the female gender, then you need to find another job and lose the chauvinistic attitude.

Definitely 5 stars. The sweet lady went completely out of her way to help me when she didn't have too. I really appreciate her.She seems to actually care about her customers that come through and because of that I will continue to come to this AutoZone even though it's out of my way.Thank you!!!!!

They were very helpful. My initial issue was corrected and they helped me to find the right part which wasn't easy and required some hunting through multiple similar vehicles to find a match. They also printed out some detailed repair instructions for another job I'm considering doing.

The manager is very rude. He lacks customer service skills and is very condescending when you ask him any questions about anything. I must also say that the rest of the employees here are very nice it s just that when I see Willie-the manager I cringe, leave, and head to O Riley s or Advance Auto-parts; anywhere but here!

Stopped by this autozone just on a whim for new windshield wipers. I normally use one across the river but needed to kill some time. Received STELLAR customer service! Associates were friendly & knowledgeable, good & honest recommendations (for us non-car people, this is important), and quick service. Darian then put my wipers on for me as well as filling up my washer fluid! Highly recommend this store!

I would ve only given 1 star but there were 2 white employees that were kind, courteous and helpful! I did not have a good experience here! I had a simple return and then a few items to pick up while I was here. I literally stood in front of a man at the register for six minutes. The man at the register noticed me and looked at me several times without saying a word. Of course the man was not the same color as I was so I m not sure if that had anything to do with it or not. I finally asked where I needed to stand in order to do a return. The man finally spoke and said, over there. I have shopped at AutoZone for over 30 years and have never been ignored like I was today!
