I didn t have time to review it at the time but I got my driver side window replaced and my windshield and when I get the car back it has two screws in the door panel and whenever I call them to complain about it, they said you can bring it back and we ll take the screws out That does not fix the holes they put there or whatever they did that made it need them now does it

On Saturday 12/02/23 we took my daughter s vehicle in to replace a cracked windshield. The windshield was replaced and that work was performed well. Then we noticed damage on the interior steering wheel and shifter handle as they were scratched and having a cut. We had recently purchased the vehicle and know for a fact the damage was not there. I ve been in law enforcement for 35 yrs and my daughter is a teacher. There is no way either of us would be untruthful.My entire family has done business with Acme for many years. I went by there just to inform them and the results were as expected. What the installer said was insulting saying he had no reason to get inside the vehicle and the only thing he would have touched was the shifter to move the vehicle. He then said it appears the shifter was damaged by a ring. My daughters only ring is her wedding ring on here left hand. All this to say be very observant when taking your vehicles to get any repairs done , both before and after. Thank you!

Ordered the wrong part, then instead of calling the one with the truck they call the one who did the damage about payment when I told them I would be paying out of pocket. Just felt it was my color honestly.

Replaced broken lens on bathroom vent light fixture. Olivia was great! I gave her the lens description and the dimension over the phone. Perfect match! Ready the same day. Invoice was paid by phone. I was in the shop less than 5 min. for pickup!

My daughter accidentally broke our window and acme hooked me up with the glass to fix it for about $15. And they let me have something they where going to put in the dumpster. An employee even helped me load it into my car. My daughter broke one of the panes of glass around our door

While my wife was traveling through Monroe her passenger side front window literally shattered into pieces. After contacting the Honda dealership in Monroe they gave me Acmes name so I called them. Much to my surprise they had the glass and had my wife back on the road in a couple of hours. Gave this husband some peace of mind. These folks are nice and are seemingly professional but I can t recommend them for automotive windshield replacement on a German vehicle. Been back several times after the work was completed but they just can t get it right.

Acme glass has replaced and repaired a windshield for me over my span of time in Monroe. The staff is always polite and courteous. I never seem to wait an excessive amount of time. I can't comment on how their prices compare to other operations, but I have never been disappointed with their work.

Their staff goes above the expectations. Receptionist told me it would be a few hours wait. Upon learning I had an appointment she offered they could take me and pick me back up, but car was taking into bay in less than a hour. I was out of there under 2 hours. Their windshield replace rate was the cheapest in town as well.

Coming home from Shreveport I had a rock hit my windshield. Called Acme the next morning and they said bring it in. When I arrived the young lady said my insurance company was sometimes hard to deal with but to her surprise it did not take long for appoval. Did not have to wait very long for the repair.But when I got in my truck to leave I could still see a star in my windshield. Walked back in and they said if it runs within a year they would put the cost of today's repair towards a new windshield. It's nice dealing with home town folks.

The experience there was NOT pleasant. The two ladies I encounter didn't know the guidelines regarding vehicle stickers and had NO problem letting me know they were NOT regular workers THERE and did things DIFFERENT at their locations.It was my FIRST visit. While contacting Nissan to clear up the purpose of me being there, I feel in love with several mirrors, candles and more several items I WOULD HAVE purchased but with that experience...I declined the idea to purchase.I % appreciate Mr. Michael for explaining what the ladies SHOULD HAVE been able to explain to me....because it was a store policy.

My back window was shattered by a rock on the day before Thanksgiving at 12:50. I called my insurance co and they set the repair up with Acme. They are 40 miles away and they replaced the window that evening by 5 o'clock. Did a great job and I was elated! Thanks Acme! You made my Thanksgiving.

I'm happy to say that Acme Glass and Mirror of Monroe has customer service down to a fine art. I had an insurance windshield replacement claim and they came and picked up my car where I work, did the work, and returned my car in plenty of time for me to go to lunch. Very professional and friendly from the first phone call to the end drop off of my car. Many companies could learn a lot from this great company! Thanks Acme!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had a buzzard hit our windshield. Of course we have 3 dogs with us, Acme glass allowed us to bring all 3 dogs inside with us. The people are super friendly and reasonable priced. Highly recommend using them

Friendly staff. Fair prices. Clean and professional looking store. Great atmosphere. Multiple services offered. Acme Glass has been a staple in the local community since before I born, but they stay strong and busy. Their sales jingle goes: "Acme Glass and mirror, give us a break and we'll shine through."

The same day someone broke my passenger back window is the same day Acme installed my new one. They had what I needed in stock and it was surprisingly cheaper than what I had expected. The officer who came to do a report on the incident recommended me to them. I am happy that within an hour I had my car back.

Because I use them personally with great results, I called them about doing some corporate work. I spoke with Lisa, who was an expert in helping me to clarify exactly what I needed. Although what I wanted was outside their scope of business, she spent several minutes pointing me in the direction of others who could help. As always, an extremely pleasant experience!

The WM office worked with my warranty company for payment. Then came picked up my Jeep and changed out my front window. All in the same day. Wonderful service and such a nice team.

These guys are great. Excellent service and pricing. Got a new F150 windshield for 1/2 of what the other guys wanted to charge. Was in and out in 1 hour! Highly recommend.

Wonderful folks and great service. We were passing through on I-20 and something from the highway broke our sunroof and it was raining to boot. They were able to get the replacement glass overnighted and we were back on the road before 11 the next morning.
