I use to Love Wilson's. Last time my car broke down I brought it here. It would crank drive forwards and back wards my strong wheel just wouldn't turn easily. DO NOT LET ROGER WORK ON YOUR CAR if you take it here. He told me it would be over $900 if he has to give me a receipt but $825 if I didn't want one. Of course I paid the $825. I drove my car home and The next day my car wouldn't start.. It needed a new starter. He told me not to buy it from Wilson's because they aren't good starters so he ordered one from his buddy he gets a "discount" from at the parts store. I got my car towed back to Wilson's and pay him $400 to fix it. Go to pick my truck up and he tells me he broke my temperature gauge but he will come to my house and fix it and only charge me $80. Smh at this point I have no choice but to pay this man who keeps breaking my car. He even called me one morning asking if my car is still cranking... Which is weird right?? Now my air conditioner doesn't work and smells like burning coolant all the time. DO NOT USE ROGER AT WILSONS!!

Good job, just wasn't ready when they said so...I had to call to see on the 3rd day to see if it was ready

Had a starter issue while traveling across country and these people were the best. Fast efficient friendly. I rate them # 1.

Sent my starter to get rebuilt April 28, 2021. 3 weeks later my starter went out . all I had was my bank statement for proof of purchase, was told since I didn t have the original invoice he couldn t do anything to help me the . Told him I wouldn t use his business anymore he told me that was fine he had a ton of business.

They set a time and they work on my car as soon as I got there, they fix my car in a timely matter, and I was satisfied
