THE BEST customer service we have ever had renting a moving truck was with PREFERRED RECOVERY SOLUTIONS! Our experience with Erin was outstanding on everything from out last minute request for needing the truck a day earlier than scheduled to meeting us after hours for the return. We had peace of mind because Penske rental trucks are newer truck models so no worries about us having a breakdown associated with older trucks. (That is what sold me on giving them a try.) Renting from Penske was quick and easy plus as a treat we had some fresh warm chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we picked up the truck.

So I was broke down on the side of the road assessing the problem and the only person to ask if I needed anything was the owner Mike he offered drinks and tools then allowed me to keep my car at his shop until I could fix it. I returned the next day after work to do so and he was there to help with tools and knowledge until it was complete. Really nice and informative I did get to see some of the vehicles that his shop detailed and gotta say I was impressed when I say detailed they were basically restored back to new. Plan on selling your vehicle? This is the place to go to!
