Middle if the day place is filthy. Employees standing around being louder than the customers talking about there time off work and gossip while the truckers suffer a with dirty broken truck stop.

This Loves is Ghetto!!!!! No cold creamer for coffee, you ask if there's any cold creamer and they look like you're bothering THEM....Arby's front counter is non existent especially after 10pm. OVERALL, this place is trash!!!!!!! Just like the bathrooms here...smh

Quick stop to fill up. We were greeted by the manager. He was diligently showing his staff around the store. The store was clean and the coffee was good and hot

Cashier was very rude to customers, didn t catch her name but whoever it was was there 12/9/23 at 12pm. Simple task of running a register seemed to stress her out, also stated customers were holding her up ? I ll spend my money elsewhere.

Worthless people behind counter. Hire smarter not just an empty shirt filling a shift . Bathrooms are in need of attention. No toilet paper in stalls .

These photos were taken inside the shower room. Do you guys ever dust at all, or get health inspections? As far as I remember, dust and black mold are hazardous. The mini shower head was also broken and the water pressure for the mini shower head felt like razor blades, so make sure it's off. Very tiny shower rooms.

No lids for coffee. Stood in line while waiting for the cashier to get back from wherever. The Arby's couldn't do breakfast because no cheese.

They have many chargers and car accessories for electronics. Good bathroom but idk about the showers.

Stopped here for emergency fuel and none of the employees know the comdata code. Figured out the code these lazy workers couldn't get it for me code is (LA793) if anyone ever needs it here you go.

I would not eat nor get coffee here, everything is dirty; trash bins everywhere were over filled; and counters dirty. Restrooms were also dirty.

Nice location, but very bad service. The employees are young women with a pretty bad attitude. It's like they don't want to be there. I had to wait like 30 minutes for someone to dispense us liquid gas. The manager wasn't cordial. She basically can't hide her body language and bad faces. We asked cordially and respectfully about the waiting time for the gas, and she just looked at us like we were asking her to donate her kidney. I will not support this Loves.

So i blew a tire on the gooseneck trailer I was pulling about 3 miles away from this place. I slowly made my way there and drove up to the tire shop. Walked in and asked if he had tires for a gooseneck trailer and he was very rude when he told me the he don t have tires and don t work on trailers. This story is quite long so if corporate wants to know the rest of it feel free to contact me as I left my phone number there. Manager was super nice and said she will write him up as he was rude to me in front of her. He needs to be fired!!!! You don t treat people the way I was treated. I was very respectful to him and didn t give him the cussing that he so well deserved$

Lazy I mean LAZY STAFF THERE ARE MORE THAN 6 people on the floor and it s breakfast time nothing ready black lady with light brown here talking to everybody and hear customers asking for stuff but just staring off into space too early for drugs

I was moving cross country with my uhaul and car in tow. We filled up on gas here, and found a spot to park and sleep for 4 hours. The overnight staff were friendly. The restrooms were mostly clean. This was a much needed rest stop since there are no public rest stops nearby.

Love's Travel Stop...Besides being a gas station; this place offers a larger selection of food stuffs, clothing, toys and electronics.Restrooms are kept clean and the staff is usually very friendly.

Nice location pretty small but very friendly staff and very clean they only issue is there parking lot and road in front of fuel Islands you could nearly break an axle in the potholes

In the actual store it was OK . Clean wise nothing special than cleaner! And customer service could be little better. But for the convenience , open 24 hrs and then staying as busy as they are right off the freeway I guess it was ok. The best part to me is the casino!!! The staff there are you friendly and helpful the casino is small but it is clean with up to date games to play

Needed to gas up. Used the facility. Very clean. Fresh smell. Store itself was neat and stocked nicely. Customer service was decent. No complaints! Stop by for yourself

Absolutely disgusting shower rooms! The lady at the fuel desk was very nice but the shower rooms are awful. Pass these showers by driver if possible.

The atmosphere in the store and restaurant today Friday 2/17 was AMAZING!! Thank you so much for passing off good energy as I drive across America !First time at this Love s 3 for $6 on the Little Debbie and the Arby s fish sandwich was super fresh !!2/2023

It s was mostly clean, Arby s was super slow, the staff was friendly but it was pretty run down and could use some upgrades. Unfortunately there were homeless in the booths at Arby s jamming out to music and kept looking at my daughter very oddly. I feel bad for them but I think the staff could tell them to at least not do that with customers.

My husband was having a rough day, actually week and he stopped here to grab a quick bite. He locked his keys in the truck. Which made his week even worse. KeKe Willis, who I believe is one of managers or employees, was kind enough to help him. The employees here are always nice. Thank you KeKe for being an angel for Richard.Sue Sandifer
