Very friendly and courteous staff. A sunny atmosphere in the waiting area. The Service Dept is staffed by knowledgeable and easy to communicate with individuals. Prices for parts and labor can be frightening but are fair for the market.**I went in for a diagnostic and came out fuming at the bill it would take to correct some issues but further research indicates fair market value. The bathroom was clean, orderly and supplied with ample materials. I will update further after I have the repairs completed but genuinely feel the work will be completed in the time and in the manor for which one should expect.

Purchased a new Silverado truck from salesman Pat Harper it was a great sale only took about and hour and I was out the door. I highly recommend Harper Chevy GMC for a great deal and buying experience.

Arrived at specified time, they waited on us right awayWe were told service would take 1 hourThey finished in 50 minutesEveryone was friendly and professionalHarper is number 1 in my book!Another trip to Harper Motors. Ordered new sets of keys. Very nice employees and extremely helpful
