We had a major tire issue on our Class A Rv. Called AJ Price from the gas station, and they asked a lot of questions before they determined that it was safe to limp over to their shop. Our mechanic, Duck, (please correct me if I misspelled!) was so thorough and knowledgeable. He got us prepped for the repair that afternoon, but alas, the parts weren't easy to come by. While our vehicle was disabled and we were dead in the water, these incredible folks allowed us to stay in the camper, in their lot for free. Any other shop would and could have said, "that's an insurance liability, go find a hotel room," But not them. They were so kind and hospitable. And while we were there, they worked hard to get the parts delivered as quickly as possible. The overall price was a lot, but it was a huuuuuge job, so they charged exactly what we were expecting for the repair. Their lot is big enough for big rigs and class A's. In fact, they are the only repairer in the area that still works on RVs-- everyone else has gone to 18 wheelers only. We LOVE these guys so much that, like other customers who have been similarly rescued, we will definitely be back to visit, because they treated us like family.

Another trip in this time for tires. Because my truck sat up so long things aren't simple for the guys in the shop but they never fail to find solutions, at no charge. Stick by my first review this time too. Best service around.Fast, friendly and professional. Shout out thanks Alex and Steven. Drives great with new rack and I'll never forget the hoops y'all jumped that prior visit with the tires and glue! Many thanks!

AJ Tire. I have used them several times. Their service is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable of your needs and have good people fixing your problems. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs. Has a friendly staff also

Minden Louisiana is very blessed to have such a great place to get great tires and great service. 2 Locations; downtown on Broadway and out in Highway 531. When buy there you buy care.

Went there twice and they tried to tell my girlfriend both times that parts needed to be changed when they were just replaced that week so they could make extra money.They just try to scam people out of money do not recommend this shop worst one in north la

Reason for 3 stars is not the customer service.It was great and all got us back on the road the issue is they installed these bobo tires from Thailand and ended up getting a flat tire with one on the way home from our travels.He didn't offer better tires so the communication wasn't there I would of paid more for better tires not those two ply non name brand tiresHad my wife and two kids so you'd figure better tire better oddsAgain it was a communication issue

I had some work done on my vehicle and they tried to recharge me after I had paid for it already and they also messed up some of the wiring issues in my vehicle and now I have a lot of issues

Great service. Was on our way home from Shreveport with a horse trailer and still had an hour to go when the back tire went flat. Their road side service man had called in sick and they was still able to get some guys out to put a plug in and air it up so that we could get to the shop to fix it. Definitely recommend them!

I'm very satisfied with AJ Price tires! Customer service is awesome They take good care of you. They're curtious and treat you like family. They don't get in a hurry on your vehicle because they want to do the best job they can but yet get your vehicle out ASAPYou need to go there and check them out and let them take care of your needs!!

I had a dire emergency on 1/24/23 when I hit something in the pouring rain (and 41 ) on I-20 and ruined my passenger front tire. AAA came and changed the tire, but it left me with no spare. The guy who changed the tire gave me the A.J. Price Tire name. I drove into Minden, LA and got there at 4pm. At 4:58pm I was back on the road with a new tire (that they had to go pick up at their other store) in the proper position on the truck and my spare back in the rack under the truck. They were great! Thank you, AJ. Price Tire!!

I would like to thank a.j. price for the new customers because of their poor workmanship and commitment to upselling parts that don't get put on. If all you need is tires and a rotation you're good to go but don't expect quality work when it comes to actual mechanical repairs.

Mid trip camper tire problem. Alex and his team got us in quickly and back on the road within an hour. Friendly customer service. Reasonable pricing and recommendations. Didn't try to upsell, instead he was more interested in educating. Great shop!

Called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for an alignment and was told to come the next day because they were booked all day. Came in next morning as soon as they opened and was told that they were already booked and couldn't get to it. Wouldn't waste my time here.

I picked up a nail on my horse trailer on my way through LA and they took care of it and checked all my other tires. Really nice people, great service and plenty of room for big rigs! Highly recommend!

After blowing out two tires in the middle of the night on I-20 we had our car towed to their shop which was closed. When I called in the morning they had already put on new tires. They also charged a fair price and were very friendly.

Don t shop here!!!!!Sent my wife here to get an alignment, and they told her she needed all types of parts that she didn t even need adding up to $900. So I told her to go across town to Brent s. And it turned out she needed only one part and the job costed $135. A. J price will try to screw you if you don t know any better. I wouldn t recommend these people to anyone.

My mom received horrible customer service here. Workers, please find the common sense to call your customers and let them know when their vehicle is ready so they can plan their day. She deserves at least some part of her bill reduced. My mom said she is not planning to come back to service her vehicle with you whenever she needs her vehicle serviced again because of this. That is all.

I was on my way home when I had a blowout on I-20 without a spare thanks to everyone at A.J. Price Tire I was able to get back home. Though I was clearly stranded and in a bind they charged me much less than I would of expected to be charged under normal circumstances. If you live around A.J. Price Tire you should dedicate your business to them. If you're traveling and need help, and honest service visit A.J. Price.

Great people and a great place to do business. I have been dealing with them for many years and even though I live in Texas now, I still drive 2 hours to buy tires.
