Excellent experience overall at Lakeside Toyota. My service advisor Allen did an "outstanding" job in communicating throughout the whole process. My car was quickly diagnosed and I was provided a thorough estimate of my repairs. Parts were ordered via expedited delivery and my repair was expeditiously handled.

I purchased an under the wheel liner in advance and was told that the part should arrive in 2 weeks but that it could possibly arrive within a week. After 2.5 weeks passed, I called and was told that the part actually arrived 1.5 weeks prior to my call and that someone should have called me. Next, I went to pick up the part and the worker at the desk ignored me when I walked in. I asked if I could receive assistance and the worker said he would get to me. I then walked out to my car to retrieve my pre-paid receipt from my car in case it was requested and walked back in. I asked if I still needed to wait to receive assistance and waited another few minutes. Next, the worker told me that the part hadn't arrived even though I informed him that I had already been informed otherwise. He walked into the informed section, returned and again stated that the part hadn't arrived. However, at this point, a nice lady from human resources just happened to enter the department. I explained what transpired and at that moment, the worker began searching in the inventory section again. This time, he magically found the part and brought it to me. If the move lady from HR hadn't walked in, rest assured that I would not have received my part that day!

I brought my truck in to have a noise checked out that occurred when my front wheels were turned sharply to the right. I described the noise as a loud pop.The mechanic blamed this on a small roofing tac that was in the driver side front tire. I told them there was absolutely no way the noise I had been hearing was caused by that (I m ver familiar with automobile repair, I ve installed engines, transmissions, and numerous axles).I asked the service associate to have it rechecked, they called back 30 minutes later continuing to blame the noise on the tac.They then told me the tire was unrepairable and I would need to have it replaced I told them I wasn t interested in that as the tire was holding air and that wasn t the issue I was concerned about. I picked my truck up, saw the tac was in the middle of the tread and could easily be plugged, took it to Sam s club and had it repaired for free.Still no closer to fixing the loud pop that I m dealing with, but I saved $280 by not letting them upsell me. I don t plan on returning to this dealership.In the end, they were kind and did not charge me for not resolving my issue.Review Update: from 2 stars down to 1.I ve left Dave 3 voicemails over 3 different days and given him/the service department approximately 7 business days to return my call .. of course they have not returned my call or reached out in any other way. I am even more disappointed on the service department at Lakeside Toyota now.For funnsies, I ll upload a video of the noise my truck is making. Remember that the mechanic tried to explain that this noise was being caused by a tack in the tire .

I was greeted right away and the work was done promptly. the rep i dealt with was courteous and efficient. the car was returned in about 30 mins. best experience i have had for an oil change at Lakeside.

I wish I could give this service center no stars. Their staff are uncommunicative, don t explain repairs well, and have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It s impossible to get them to call you back, and they say that they will call and never do. I would avoid buying a car from this dealership at all costs if it meant using this service center. Going here is purgatory. I paid over 600$ to get my radio repaired and they never told me it was possible it couldn t be fixed. They are a rip off go anywhere else! They have service advisors who do absolutely nothing and are horrendous to work with. I ve deeply regretted every time I bring my car here.

I was able to make an appointment very quickly, first time there. Everybody was polite at checkin, at the cashier desk, one staff member even opened the door for me! I liked the photos of the car as it was being serviced

Car was serviced very quickly. Had an oil change and a tire rotation done on a 2019 Highlander. Lakeside Toyota has exclusively performed all service work. Presented an offer we received in the mail for $74.95, the same offer I had for previous service. When I received the invoice, I was charged for 7 quarts of oil versus 6 and my invoice was much higher than oil last service which was exactly the same. I see on the previous invoice, that the discount was $35 and this time it is $20. I spoke to someone regarding the extra quart of oil charge and was told I should see a refund of $6.45. When refund is received, today s invoice is over $16 more than previous oil change and tire rotation with the same discount. Red seat cover was still in car when I picked it up and I had to bring it back to service department and I haven t received the video of the service and inspection done to our vehicle.

I was there for an annual check-up. I drove in and right away someone was there to assist. She asked me about any problems and I mentioned one I had noticed. She drove the car off and I went home. Within two hours the car was ready. They had done a routine maintenance service as well as fixed the problem. The car runs perfect. A great experience.

First appointment I was told that they were backed up with other customers and a couple of technicians did not come in, so I set up another appointmentAnother waste of time as this advisor did not agree that there was a problem, but would keep the car for the day and have a technician look at it. Eight hours later I received a call that I could pick up my car. Upon arrival I was told that the technician could not duplicate the problem.

They took me in on an unscheduled appointment due to a Flat Tire and they were completely booked. They managed to only take a few hours to get my vehicle back to me in top shape. Excellent and exemplary service!

I received a reminder call that it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. I really appreciated it as well as the ease of setting up the appointment. The check in process was smooth and my car was ready in 40 minutes.

The service manager met me promptly and kept me up on the progress of the work on my car. When the work was done he came and reviewed everything that was done and he thanked me for my business. I really appreciate it everything that was done and the way it was done

Called to order my second key fob and was given an appt two weeks later to have it programmed. When I checked in, I was told it'd take 60-90 minutes, "depending on internet speed." After 90 minutes I asked for an update, and was assured the tech was finishing up. After two hours, I was called to the front and told that not only did they not have the key, they didn't even have record of my request. Don't know what they were doing for two hours; neither did the man behind the desk.I wouldn't trust this crew to change out a windshield wiper, let alone do something important on my car.

Showed up early and they took my truck in. Service was FAST and great inspection video. Only thing though supposedly the service department did a tire rotation for the 20k mile whatever months....thing is all the tires were 36 lbs when I left and now the rear passenger is at 35,....I put a plug in it a while back and it ALWAYS drops a couple lbs of pressure. So did I get a tire rotation? Did they actually perform any of the services today, Service: Tires

Best service ever experienced. My service advisor, JP is attentive and efficient, The systems that Lakeside Toyota have in place are customer oriented and make it simple to drop and the wait time is pleasant in the new facility. Highly recommend!

During a recent storm with flash flooding, The plastic undercover of th car got loose and was hanging down. I took the car to Lakeside Toyota and they fixed the problem in a few hours. Best of all, there was no charge.

They were Very friendly & professional and the service was wonderful. They work with your needs no matter what your needs are. I went in with very specific things I wanted in a vehicle and I got everything I wanted, and it ordered in a very reasonable time. I brought my car to Lakeside Toyota with a concern I needed checked out. Our service advisor had set up an appointment and they were on time for that. I was given a clear and understandable explanation of how to fix the car and going through insurance if needed. I didn t end up fixing my car at Lakeside but I ve become a customer of theirs because of the superior customer service. Special recognition goes to Jean Paul the service manager for how accommodating and friendly he was.

First time to do business with Lakeside. I live several hours away and had to conduct business over the phone and through text. Johnathan was great. He was always polite and professional. He always answered all my questions and concerns. The day I picked up my car, he was waiting for me to arrive. The other employees I talked to were also very kind. Very good experience.

The day after my truck was serviced (oil change and inspection) it has a front headlight out and a missing center cap on the rims. According to the link I was sent, the headlight should have been noticed. And I never removed the center cap from my rim. I ve often wondered if they really inspect anything. I think I know now. Funny how they often notice a costly filter or brake pads that need repair, but they can t spot a busted headlight. Lame service.

The moment I pulled up everyone was nice, professional, and welcoming. It was pretty early and they all had such a positive attitude. They kept me updated on the service and what was going on, I even received a video of the inspection that was done on my vehicle. I ve been to many other Toyotas but this one by far is the best! Thank you for such an amazing service experience. Your staff is amazing!
