Got a windshield replacement on my Honda Civic LX. Very nice gentlemen, super quick service and at a very a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back if I ever need their service again!

All the other glass companies wanted me to wait a week before they can come out and repair my car window but not Tiger glass i called at 8am and they were at my job by noon the same day. And there price was half the price of the other glass repair guy. Friendly and good service . Thanks for the great job

Tiger Glass made and installed a beautiful custom shower door for our newly renovated bathroom downstairs and we couldn t be happier with it! It was installed to perfection by their workers who took their time and made sure to do it correctly! Their price was fair and was the lowest of several estimates we received. The personal was very friendly and prompt in every aspect. I waited for a short time while they replaced my windshield. The windshield is perfect. The proprietor walked around my vehicle with me and explained what they did and how I should care for my vehicle for the next 24 hours. I am an extremely satisfied customer. My car was broken into on Sunday. They broke the drivers window to gain access. No one was able to accommodate fixing my window until after the 27th. I called Tiger glass and not only were they professional and polite, they were able to fix my window the same day. I m forever grateful. They even vacuumed the remaining glass out of my vehicle. The establishment is very clean and they offer beverages while you wait. The quality of customer service is amazing.Service: Window repair

After being told by another company I had to wait until Sept 6 to get my window fixed....I called Tiger this morning and they came out around 3:00. Their price was cheaper than the other company. Long but Please Read. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish negative stars was an option for them. I normally don't write reviews but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The people are nice initially but after I got my job done they're true colors showed. They put the wrong glass on my car for the windshield. As a bit of background, there were two options a 320 glass that was best for my car and a 200 dollar version. Keep in mind I am a broke college student. So I asked what the 320 option does for my car and the lady on the phone told me it's just for lane detection. I was like "oh i never really use that feature, I keep it muted. Is that the only thing that would not work?" She told me yes lane detection was why I needed the 320 one. ( Lane detection is used when a driver is sleepy and the car starts swerving off the lane) Never has happened to me before. I mostly find the collision sensor and cruise control handy and most useful in my car. Before the guy came and started to change the glass, I asked him again is lane detection the only thing I would be missing. He also agreed. I was short on cash at the moment and decided why pay more for something I don't use. He made me sign a waiver. He went on and changed the windshield and at the end called me out and handed me some pieces he took off the windshield. He took the whole entire thing out and said here take it. I was confused, I guessed that was for the lane detection and when I have more money I'll get it back on. Later when I started the car I immediately got a bunch of messages saying that headlight system malfunction, LDA system malfunction, pre collision malfunction. Even though I clearly asked 10 times what I would be missing in my specific make model for my car all those things were never mentioned. I politely told the lady at the office that you guys never told me ALL the sensors would shut off. I would've just paid the extra 120 dollars. Now all the lights and messages keep popping up on my car. She started arguing that she told me all that would happen!! I said it is a brand new mirror 15 minutes old can you guys take this and I'll buy the proper one this time. She told me that she will talk to her supervisor and I would get a call tomorrow morning. Behold the next day's afternoon and still no call. I called for an update and she said they were working on it right now and she would call me back. She sent me a text message quote 45 minutes later for a 900 dollar glass plus separate labor costs of 155!! I waited for her to call me.. nothing. I called again and asked for the manager, the front desk lady just handed it over to the other lady at the front desk ( I recognized both their voices by now) She told me that is the proper glass. I drive a Camry not a Mercedes or Porsche!! With a cherry on top she said I would have to wait two weeks!!! for it to come in stock. I told her the price just yesterday was 320 and was available at the end of the day too. How can they run out of windshield in just one morning for the most basic car on the road? She told me the prices can change. I asked for her supervisor and she said he's not there and will call me back in 20 minutes. It's been hours since then and I have spent this time waiting, writing this awful review to SAVE someone else's life. If anyone ever actually gets to see this review. They had a 5.0 star rating and I fell for their trap. I admit there is my fault in this but they never mentioned taking all my sensor systems off. (Safety and cruise control) Mistakes happen but I do not appreciate how afterwards they never returned any calls, no manager has contacted me, the windshield technician guy was laughing at me when I called him. I am sure they lied about running out of stock of a common car windshield in just three hours the next morning, asking me to wait two weeks and try over charging me like crazy. Now I am stuck with an alarming car, and having to go elsewhere to buy a new windshield. Worst place ever.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great work, fast. Over $100 bucks cheaper than safelite. Also they had glass in stock for to me today. The expensive company couldn't get it till Friday 3 days later.
