Well, I will start with this .. my husband and I have been very loyal customers.Almost 2 months ago I came in for an oil change. They informed me that my inside cabin filter needed to be changed so I told them to change it.. I left there got about 4 miles down the road and went to turn my air on and it was not blowing out the vents. I knew it was on because I can hear it blowing but cannot feel the air. I went back to have them look at it and explain to me why it was not working when in fact it was working before I went in for an oil change. They told me the reason why it s not working is because the cabin door is missing. I said well it was working before I came here but it s not working when I leave. The guy told me that they would give me 25% off of my next old change and they will order the door and call me when it comes in and I can come back and they will put it on. Needless to say I never heard from them the following week. I went back to the shop and they told me that it was ordered. It just hasn t come in yet And they will call me. The following week I went back again they told me I don t know what s going on with the shipping sometimes it takes a lot but they still haven t received it. The following week I went back again for a third time still nothing but another excuse.Then the following week I went back again mind you this is the fourth time they told me that the guy had it in his car and he was at lunch when he comes back they ll call me and I can Come Back Inn and they ll put it on. Once again, never got a phone call so I went back a fifth time and received another lie, The manager they told me that he was going to go by the part from the dealership which would only cost 10 $15 but the company ( take 5) would not let him he says he ordered the part the day before and it is a process that they have to go through so I proceeded to tell him why y all didn t order the part almost 2 months ago when I came in here and told y all my AC was not working but y all gave me nothing but excuses and lies with no Phone calls. I ve placed a call to corporate which I haven t received a call back yet. I ve called them twice still trying to get to the bottom of this..hopefully someone that seems to care about their customers would return a phone call

Extremely professional and yet we had a few laughs too. Michael suggested long over due services that another take 5 never brought up. Changed my a/c cabin filter for the first time! Probably come here in the future instead of the store I have gone to for years! I can't remember the Managers name, but he was AWESOME!

I have had the oil regularly changed in my 2015 Honda CR-V at the Take 5 Oil Change location at the intersection of Clearview and West Napoleon Avenues. I have also had my CR-V s air filters, coolant and wipers replaced there as well. The technicians have always been friendly yet professional and they complete the vehicle service as quickly as possible. I plan to continue using their services and recommend that others do the same as well. Don t forget to honk as you drive away if you liked the service

The guys who serviced my car couldn t have been nicer. After the oil change they explained what other needs would be coming due. They were detailed and informative. I appreciated the care and time they took to be of help to me.

The total experience at Take 5 (West Napoleon) was great!! Starting from pulling up and being greeted within minutes. All staff was very professional, all members worked a a team to insure all aspects of the oil change went smoothly. Was very impressed. Great job!!

When there around 9 930 in the morning no one was there pulled right to the bay. Service was great. Had the guy also change out my cabin air filter bc I haven t had time to get one and do it my self. Very professional around there and was in and out within 15 20 minutes. I usually do everything that I had to get done my self but instead of doing it my self and dealing with it all I just decided to get someone else do it. I will definitely recommend them or be back.

I ve gotten oil changes at this location for years. I had a bad experiences with being skipped 2x s. A employee noticed what happened and informed the manager. The situation was addressed within minutes and I got a great discount! I will NOT stop going here because the employee was observant and I was pleased with the result. Thanks to Miguel the manger who was very helpful and cared about satisfaction for his customer.

I have not visited the Clearview/ West Napoleon location is a few years. I am pleased to say that I will be coming back not only my vehicle but two other vehicles in my household. Miguel and Anthony were extremely professional, polite and respectful and they definitely treated me the way I want to be treated. I thank them and their staff for their support and assistance.

The first time we went to take five my wife and I were both very impressed. Everybody seem to be knowledgeable and they were friendly and worked quickly. It was a good experience all around. However, yesterday when I went, I was a little concerned. They were still friendly, and they still worked quickly, but I had asked the attendant if they would please check the tires because the car was saying all four of them were low. I figured it was just the cold weather but I wanted to be sure. He said they would, but they didn t. When he came to collect my money I asked him if they would check the tires please and he told me that they had already done it and they all had 36 pounds. I knew this wasn t true, but I didn t wanna argue with him, so I just looked at him with a questioning look. He walked to the back of the car and then got the air hose and checked the tires on the right side of the car, both rear and front. When he brought me my receipt he said OK I checked them they re all good. Let me reset it for you . He reached in the window and reset the car so did not tell me the tires were low. I thanked him and left. When I got about 3 miles down the road, the low air alert came back on. I went to a tire store and had them check the tires . The two on the right side of the car had 36 pounds in them, but the two on The left side only had 23. I m not sure I can continue to go there, because if he would lie to me about one thing, what would keep him from lying to me about something else.

Miguel and Anthony are a dream team! They changed the oil, added air to all of my tires, checked my air filter and all fluid levels and even took the time to review with me the specific maintenance recommendations for my vehicle. 10/10- I will be back here when it s time for another change! They made it so easy!

I pulled in at 10:47AM. It is 11:44AM and I'm still here. They worked on other people's cars that pulled in after me. I asked for the economy package. I was charged for a premium instead. I am now late for everything else I had to do today and I have to skip lunch. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never come here again.

The staff very prompt friendly and professional. I was greeted as soon as I parked, was offered a cold bottle of water and the service was under 10 min. the manager took his time to greet me and ask about service well done

Came in for my 6000 mile oil change. Right away I was asked if I would like some water? I stated that I had some. At least two people helped with my service and several times spoke with me concerning putting air in tires and checking fluid levels. Always very courteous and thanked me for being a veteran. I give them 5 stars!

These guys are the bomb . So it was Sunday and hours are technically 9-5 ! I pulled up at around 8:30 just to get here early enough to beat the busiest hours . Anthony and Michael proceeded to tell me I can go ahead and pull right up and began working on my oil change . Literally didn t even have to wait because they were ready for business as soon as I pulled up . !! What a great Sunday to pull up and be able to get good friendly service on my ride. You guys rock , thanks for making my day !

Very satisfied with the service I received here, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! The manager, Teja, was super knowledgeable and kind, and Nathan was also very helpful. They were also fast, and even offered me water! Lol I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Keep up the great work, Take 5!

Teja was amazing!!! She offered services and wasn t pushy. She answered every question that I had. And as long as I ve been coming to this particular take 5, no one ever asked me about the filter located behind the glove compartment but she did. It was so filthy but she took care of that too!! She did an amazing job!!

The service was not up to par in the beginning. The guy that waited on me seemed to not be in a good mood/ or not displaying good customer service. Blake came over and I had to ask him what was mentioned about my cap on my coolant. I asked the other guy & he lowly mentioned yea it was cracked upon pull up. But no further details.Customers need/want to know these not just thrown into the air. Then he took my air filter out , held it in his hand but didn t explain to me.I had to ask him what was going on with it. He said it can be changed but we don t have any in stock and just placed it back in the compartment. Again, Blake assisted & was helpful! Other than that, my oil was changed & it s done !

Employees were very polite but I noticed the work is getting very sloppy. I had to remind to fill my fluids, put the sticker on the windshield, and when feeling tire pressure they forgot one tire passenger rear. And didn't clean the windshields on front or rear.

My attendant was so very polite and always kept me apprised of what he what he was doing! He brought me a a bottle of water and explained all the recommendations from Jeep on my model. Very pleasant experience, and quick!

I have always had five star service from the Clearview Store up until now. Two of the three men that serviced my car didn t do anything. My windshield was not cleaned as it had been in past visits. I also had to ask for my tires to be checked, which was not the case in the past. When the two who did nothing were asked, if they checked my tires, they looked at each other and said, did you check the tires ?

Workers helpful nice reason for visit saw oil on my driveway. Last oil change 3 months prior same location. Attendant said previous oil filter not tightened enough. Could have been bad if I didn t notice oil on ground

I pulled in at 10:15 and sat behind a car for 30 mins. I had to back out and leave because I had an appointment at 11:00. I did go back and only waited 15 minutes that time. Of course they tried to sell me everything under the sun without me fully understanding what it was that I supposedly needed. All that to be said, I got my oil changed and pressure in my tires!
