Didn t check tires, didn t clean windshield, didn t top off fluids, spilled oil all over engine cover and other parts because the tech didn t pay attention to the fact that he overfilled the funnel while I watched. Oil wiped up with shop rag but it left oily mess under my hood. They get 2 stars because my oil and filter were changed and the level of oil was full. Other than that wasn t good.

Love this location - the manager - dang really wish I remembered his name - was so sweet. They had a bunch of people training, he was so patient and kind with them.Even offered me a bottle of water while waiting - classy!!Loved seeing their teamwork and general flow. Really makes an every day chore of getting your oil changed into an enjoyable experience.Thank you :)

The Manager was sweet and on top of things! I had an appointment that got pushed up while I was waiting. Told him I had to leave and he said he would get ours done asap! He got us out so quick! Made it to my appointment on time! I really needed an oil change and tried to get one earlier that day at another location and they weren t as helpful. Thank you to the really nice manager who didn t make it awkward and silent getting an oil change

Service was fast and friendly. I came at 5 after work, The guys were nice and made me feel very comfortable and we laughed and joked the entire time. No problems whatsoever. Will definitely go back to this location. I believe their names were Roy and Brice.

Always great service! I've been going to this location for years. Super friendly and they let me know if there's anything else they notice with my car that they can't do there. This last time, he let me know I had a nail in my tire and filled it with extra air so that I could have time to get it fixed somewhere.

Staff was so amazing and helpful! Definitely made me feel comfortable and explained things to me (I m a young female with my very first car and little fatherly guidance on what to do) without talking down to me. Huge in my book!

Rob and Bryan were efficient and helpful! Service was top tier. Highly recommend and will send everyone here. I had called prior and spoke to Emma, she sent me a coupon to use. I will only ever come here for my oil changes. I felt very confident and comfortable with their level of expertise. Thank you guys!

They took a full 45 minutes to change my oil. They shuffled around, apologizing occasionally, complaining about the cold. I got there at 7:10, left at almost 8, late for work. There was only one other car, and it was well ahead of mine. Take 5 is a gross misnomer. Not revisiting this one, although it is closest to my work. This is the second time I had to wait inexplicably. The first time, I actually insisted that they speed up. Assumed my earliness this time would have spared me the unreasonable delays.I dislike all the obviously charlatanistic salesmanship to boot.

The tech that checked me out was rude and made racist "jokes" equating the darkness of my airfilter to the skin color of his coworker. My response was that "you can't say that." He pushed back and said his coworker laughed so it's okay. I would prefer to receive service without being subjected to the racist jokes of your techs. Paying $178 for service while being subjected to that is terrible. I'll never come back to take 5.

I love their service and the additional gestures, such as bottled water, they provide. I have been using them at different locations in multiple states for a few years now. Always great service!

Only 2 employees today with 3 bays open. I watched 5 cars pull off while 5 of us stayed . The 2 employees that were there were very good, kind and helpful. They needed at least 1-2 more employees there today

Service was quick and inexpensive. Offered a bottle of water while I was waiting for my turn. Changed oil , checked tires, and cleaned the windshield. Just a great experience.

They sent me a 10 dollar coupon. I told them I had it, they pulled me in and changed my oil and then told me they wouldn't take their own coupon, and there was no manager to argue with about it. I paid and left and when I called to explain what happened to the manager she just kept saying they don't use that oil anymore. I tried to explain to her that I don't care about any of that. They sent me a coupon and said they would take it but later refused to take their own coupon. It hadn't expired or anything like that, they changed oil brands and decided to stop honoring coupons they sent to their customers and the manager was supposed to call someone else and call me back. That was 3 days ago, I don't think she plans to do anything about it. Do not use these trashy scum bags for anything.

Always a friendly bunch. I make every visit to a specific location, because they are always quick service. Giving 4 stars only because it wasn't a complete thorough check this go around, but otherwise they're great!

Service was ok, I was a little bothered that I had to wait while the workers were goofing off a little, but was more bothered that they told me I was done when they didn t check the tire pressure, fill the windshield fluid or wash the windshield which are all things they marked as being done.

Worst location ever. Couldn t figure out how to change my air filter, had cheap wipers in the premium wiper case, worker said he had to go check the cameras, didn t fill my air in my tires. Also took almost an hour. Save your time and money!!!
